I have a modest home digital studio which I normally use for work, I don't tend to use digital plug-ins so much but I am intending to sell my microphones and amplifiers and start recording direct with amp simulators so I can compose any time without worrying about noise complaints.

It would be helpful, however, I won't be able to place the vocals and the intrumental together, I'm working from my phone, so I have NO editting software to speak of around now.
