By the way, Phoenix, I have started typing up my first post in anticipation of the thread starting and as I recall there will be an opportunity to do a brief recap of just what our individual divisions and characters have been doing over the past 100 years. Osamu, being who he is, will have been a very busy boy and his activities would more than likely tread on some toes. If you like I could PM you the relevant bit of the post I am drawing up before it goes up on the IC just so you can make sure it isn't plot breaking or to make sure than none one in a position of power would have put a stop to it in the past 100 years. Personally I think it's all okay. IC controversial to be sure but well within limits from a storytelling and plot perspective, but since it's your thread I wanted to give you an opportunity to object OOC. As I said, I think it's fine or else I would not have written it but I thought I'd give you a chance to give it a once over if you wanted to.

Well, if there's a chance he would have made light of it to anyone/Kuroda would have learned any of it/the Central 46 know what he's doing, then I'd say it'd need "approval." If it's secretive/low-profile, then there shouldn't be a problem.

Thought: I'm thinking of having a collective "Second Post" for everyone (you all still get your first posts of what your characters have been doing individually and such). There is to be a meeting and to prevent conversational holes and overlooks, I'd like to make a PublicPad or GoogleDocs for everyone to enter and write their responses to certain items and others' responses.

Who of you all think this would be a good idea?

(I'm still working on the first post, so this is just pre-cautionary.)

I think it could work, it might take a while with time zones and the like, I am on London time if any one is wondering so those in radically different time zones would only likely find my contributions to the google doc coming in at odd times of the day but I think it could save some time, particular if characters start having a back and fourth. It might be useful to let us know the agenda of the meeting and what the Captain Commander is likely to try and push through so we can all start working out or characters opinions or comments ahead of time.

Don't worry about that, my time zone is 4 hours further ahead of you so you won't be the only one.

Working on my post, should be up tonight or tomm.

Mine should be up Wednesday, alot of art projects have me a little behind.

Sorry I've been so inactive. Got sucked into a bout of depression (I think). I'll start the doc or pad tomorrow and we'll discuss further how things should move forward from there.

I haven't been able to stay at a computer long enough to even type anything substantial.

Since I couldn't figure out how to do GoogleDocs, here's a PublicPad for us to use. The bullet points are what I know we will discuss. Changes may occur. For now, you can write in what your character would mention and begin initial conversation. Just keep in mind that opinions/items may change as others join to contribute.

Again, I apologize for my inactivity. Life's not so smooth at the moment, if only because I'm so anxious and oddly depressed (meaning a "different" depression than what I've experienced in the past). Not trying to bring this down or make excuses, just know that I'm not psychologically fit and don't feel completely apt to run this effectively which has contributed to my lack of activity. Rather than just keep quite, I thought I'd let you all know. ;)

Also I will offer to you fellows as well. I am self teaching myself how to use the paint in photoshop, If you would like, I can try to draw your character in the Bleach style. My line art is a weakness at this time, so I am not charging. But Just drawing what I want does not help my learn new techniques. If your interested in it, send me a pm.
Please refrain from telling alot of people that I am doing this. "If your good at something never do it for free." As an artist this is a hugeeeeee thing. But I feel Rpers really connect with their creations so they can look at my sketches and tell me if this captures the image in their heads. Hope to hear from you :D

Would it be to much to ask that I make a lieutenant? Or can I request someone else to make one to interact with my character in the 11th? I have no problem playing many characters. But It makes for a much more meaningful post and helps establish the character if its in interaction with more than just his inner monolog. I know I am being hard to get along with, and for that I apologize. But Though slow to post, and there isn't bright lights and Gestugas flying around as of yet, this is still feeling like a good group.

Just to let you all know, I have put up a draft of Osamu's likely comments on the first few points up on the public pad. I'll add his likely comment to other points soon but I thought I would throw this up to give people something to work with. It's a first draft so may be tweaked, particularly the part about point 3 but hopefully this will get people going. Of course it's all subject to change according to discussion, comment etc.

Venom: There is no post length with which to match. Three paragraphs is the minimum...so there you go ;)
You can make as many characters as you can handle. Feel free to fill in any position you wish to fill in. As for interactions, I'll cover that for everyone. Don't worry. ;)

I've yet to receive a response from Anderiel. I am going to NPC her character as well as the 12th, and 3rd Captains, unless someone really wants to take them.

I'm going to start writing my own next post and pasting on my last post with the meeting. I'm going to skip to the Raid and describe what *should* occur between the meeting and said Raid.

Substantive Point: As you probably remember Osamu is supposed to be meeting with the Ichigawa before the raid. If you do want to skip that still you could hold off for Oblivion and I to briefly discuss what would happen in that meeting and inform you of the results so you could just mention the outcome in your post. Certainly that would be quicker than doing the whole meeting but I don't know how Oblivion feels about that.
