Rio continued to watch in silent agony. This sight... The look of someone she cared so much for.... dying.... in front of her eyes was all just too much for her to handle, yet, she couldn't tear her eyes away, she needed to watch. Ashido continued to heal Kaizo and watch the women and when she spoke he nodded "Yes it seems he is making an improvement...aslong as nothing goes wrong he should be okay..." Ashido continued his healing when he noticed Kaizo's right hand twitch a little "Hmm?...seems he can hear you somehow...keep talking to him, try bring him back...he clearly recognizes your voice." Ashido had only been in a few situations like this but he knew now what helps people and what doesn't. Voices of someone they know can help...a lot more than people think

Giovanni took his leave from the Kido corps barracks swiftly. several people watched him go but none said anything to him, or to stop him. smart people. He quickly returned to the seireitei with no real destination in mind. He was pretty sure he would end up back at the squad 1 barracks as he usually did. But in the mean time he had to get readjusted to the light. The kido corps HQ was rather dim, he hadnt really noticed because of all the damn darkness he was in in that god forsaken cave. But out here it was super bright and on top of that it felt like his spiritual senses were sharper. His distance was the same but everything was....clearer in a way, or sharper. the cave might have heightened his awarenes and potentially his control but it did little in the way of experience.. unless somehow he winds up in another dark tunnel... but god help who ever was responsible. In other news, he was right, he wasnt even paying any attention to where he was going as he walked and sure enough winded up in the squad 1 barracks yet again. he should probably see about getting a room here, make his life easier. perhaps he would bother the captain again, give him his Kido corps plans. maybe that way the head captain would see he had an aptitude for managment. That sounds like something that would be important. When he got to the door he noticed another shinigami was already there waiting.

Rio's eyes widened at the news as her gaze shifted between the guy and Kaizo. She stepped closer, tears still slipping down her cheeks but silently. Walking to the edge of the bed, Rio fell to her knees. "K-Kaizo, come back to me, please... You can do this, you're strong enough to do anything!... I believe in you Kaizo, you can get through this..." Her hands gripped the sheets close to Kaizo's shoulder. "I'm sorry for... what I did... but come on, come back.... You're time here will not finish now... Especially not while I'm here..." She couldn't help the quiet sobs that made their way out of her mouth... She just wanted Kaizo to be Okay again.

Fumio would of chuckled at Chie's insult but instead was smothered with a kiss from Chie, a suffocating one at that. He loved this, every second of it. Moving his right hand off of Chie's hip, he moved it further around her body, holding her body close to his as he intertwined his right fingers with the fingers on her left hand. She may of captured his head, but he sure had captured her body... Fumio kissed back with force equal, if not more, than what Chie was using. Once they had eventually broke apart, Fumio look at Chie feverishly. "Chie~... I've been waiting so long to do this with you again heh~ As expected, you do not disappoint~".

The captain spoke shortly after about having to team up with this non conservative which caused him to turn to the Shinigami with an uncomfortable look on his face. "Looks like we have to work together even though I deem me and you incompatible with one another currently. I guess I'll go ahead with the first move and you find something to stack on to it. Or since we're supposed to be acting as a team and all, would you prefer to charge in first? You do look pretty intent on trying to impress the captain after all so what say you?" However Emilo would not agree with firing weak little kidos at the captain, yes in the way of saving energy it was smart, but the captain would easily deflect/throw them back or just destroy them. As Takeshi caught the man Sasha came around the corner yelling that she knew where this man was, which caused a blank expression on Henry's face as it returned back to the man just in time to see him cut through the rope and speak to the three calling them weak, before he begun his attack by sending an Arc of wind at the three although Henry and Takeshi were at the most risk. Henry Pulled out both of his Zanpakuto and held then both above one another horizontally. "Hado number 32, Okasen." Two Yellow Arcs them charged along the blade, However Henry then Shunpoed behind the man before they fired off.

As the rope got close, Sasha came around the corner yelling about how she knew he was over here which got the man's attention leading him to cut the rope with his Zanpakuto. He quickly sliced down firing an arc of wind that put mostly him and Henry at risk, but it was nothing to dodge. He shunpo'ed and stopped behind Sasha, grabbing the back of her Shihakushō he pulled her out of the way and hopped back himself as the arc of wind smashed into a building. He noticed Henry behind the man about to fire an Okasen, he him pulled out his Zanpakuto. If Henry wasn't right there then he could trap this guy in a Kaze no mure. Instead he activated his Kūki no bakuhatsu, when he slashed explosive wind would shoot out, but he couldn't risk hitting Henry....Not yet anyways.

Kaizo gave a weak smile followed by an equally weak chuckle before his hand slipped off Rio's face, with his eyes then closing. "It seems he is still quite worn out...but he is stable now. I will have to bandage up his wounds and likely keep him here awhile...he's lucky to survive...especially after getting a wound like that to his chest. Guess he still has he wants to fight for" Ashido then stopped the healing as anymore would be useless as the rest of the wounds had to heal by themselves. "I'll send some people in to bandage him up...you may stay here with him for awhile if you want, if not...that's fine...either way he will need a lot of rest..." Ashido then left the room as nurses entered a few minutes after to begin bandaging up Kaizo

A blue bolt of kido lightning formed in his hand then shot right at Henry at almost point blank range through the dust then he noticed the girl appear behind him, he turned to his right aiming to slash at her only to have his Zanpakuto blocked by Sasha's right Zanpakuto, she held it with the blade facing the ground then slid it down his blade till the Tsuba of her Zanpakuto hit his Zanpakuto with her Zanpakuto piercing into the ground holding it in place temporarily, then with her left Zanpakuto she stabbed towards the mans face causing him to pull his head back only receiving a light cut on the top of his right cheek before he pushed the blade away with his left palm then he saw Sasha throw herself into the air and twist her body, using her Zanpakuto that was stuck in the ground to hold herself up, the top of her left foot then collided with the back of the mans head and sent him flying into a building then she landed and spun pulling her right Zanpakuto out the ground, she then saw a red glow from the darkness of the building as a Hado 31 fired out at her causing her to shunpo into the air. The man then emerged from rubble of the building dusting off his uniform "Tch...you got lucky there girl..."

I somehow manged to that hellhole but why didn't that bastard show himself? Minari questioned before being poked someone which caused her to lift head up. The second she recognized who it was, she tackle hugged Aya almost instantly, with tears starting pour down her face aggressively. "Aya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She squeezed Aya even harder as her tears began to wet Aya's Shinigami outfit. "Yes it's really me and who did this to you so I can kill them!!!?"

The Captain reappeared in front of his office, proceeding inwards after taking a quick second to make sure that the barracks weren't badly damaged. After entering, he placed his left hand on his head in a depressed like manner before walking over to a small stack of paperwork. This.....is....impossible!!!!! This is way more paperwork than I previously imagined!!! And Minasa had to go through this every single day!!? Looks like I'll have to get down and delve into this endless nightmare if I ever want to even think about getting a cup of joe today. Rinkei thought while taking so he can get down to work.

Aya's poking was stopped when Leaf who was being poked, tackle hugged Aya and Titan. Looking up at Leaf who was squeezing and crying on Aya, while she was more confused as to why she was so sad. Aya wasn't the one got pierced right through the chest. "Well I was fighting him and then he showed me this screen with you fighting a lot of Hollows and then you died, then I might have went a little mad and put..... I think 32 holes in him." Aya said squeezing her back only to realize Titan was still between them. "Oops sorry Titan. Oh yeah I have a new pet that was suppose to kill us, but using my Aya charm I tamed him!"

Blocking his Hado's Henry had to quickly shunpo away as the man did his own Hado. Shunpoing onto a roof he watched as Sasha went in for the attack, and put up a decent little fight even cutting him and knocking him into another building with a kick. However it couldn't be as simple as this, as the man fired a Hado at Sasha which she dodged. So far this seemed more along the lines of a Hado fight, and if he was skilled like the Captain said then this man would know much stronger Hados than all three of them. Henry looked over at Takeshi as though he had his own little trick he wanted to do but couldn't when Henry was in the way so Henry decided to see what Takeshi has Planned and decide to distract the man by pointing his right index finger at the man and using Hado number four while Takeshi did whatever he wanted without having to worry about Henry being in the way.

The head Captain sensed two presences outside his office then spoke "Enter!" Shinji waited for the two to enter, knowing one was Giovanni and the other was someone he didn't know...regardless...this could work in his favor as he had something planned for Giovanni but it required two people at the very least. He hoped this would work with both of them but still...regardless...it didn't matter, it was something they'd do like it or not...it had to be done and Shinji had choose these two

"No apologies needed and you are indeed correct. True that we'll need to fight as if we're aiming to kill him but the thing about that is, only the higher level Kido will be effective against him. So that means you should only use the higher ones when you know it'll hit because each use takes a considerable amount of Reiatsu and also reduces the effectiveness of the next. Plus I doubt he'll be just standing there throughout the entirety of this sparring session you got us into." Kirishin noted while trying to make sure Viole didn't have any cheap tricks up his sleeve by use of his peripheral vision. A small flicker of light appeared in one of Kiri's eyes as Emilo brought up and idea of how they could attack the Captain. "Hmmm....clever and simple but after watching his previous movements, the chances of capturing him in a Bakudo will be less than eight percent. Still even that, I think I have something that will catch him off guard despite it being a little risky." He covered one side of his face and moved closer to Emilo so that only the two would be able to hear what was whispered next. "I trap both myself and the Captain in a cloud of red smoke by using Sekienton while you prep your strongest Hado to engulf us both in high amounts Reiatsu which is risky but it's all I've got. So what do you say? Care to throw all logic away and attack with the highest chance we have or waste a good opportunity to impress the Captain?"

As she looked at Kaizo's arm cradled in her grip and listened to the man who helped, she nodded, placing Kaizo's arm gently beside him. "Huh! Wai-... Um" The guy left before Rio could even catch his name. Shortly after, nurses piled into the room and begun to work on Kaizo. Rio then pushed herself up, off of her knees and onto her feet. She moved back a little and watched, giving the nurses room to work. Wiping her eyes on the sleeve of her uniform, she took a moment to just silently look at Kaizo, her mind swarming yet calm at the same time. Maybe she 'shouldn't of met him... But no... I can't think that, if I hadn't met him who knows where he'd be staying or how he would feed himself or look after himself... Maybe.... I shouldn't of returned his feelings.... He's better off without me, just so he could focus on himself... hmm... I don't know' A sigh escaped her lips before she tore her gaze away from Kaizo and walked towards the door, stopping in the doorway just to look back at him one more time as he was being bandaged.... Silence... "...Hmm" With that, she looked forward and left.
