"All padawans are to remain close to their masters. The Smuggler's Room is no place for children to wander aimlessly. The galaxy is a dangerous place for Jedi and even twice as dangerous in Hutt Space. Before we make landing everyone is to have a background story, none of us are to be caught off guard in any situation where we might be questioned." Kraytan said as he checked one of his DC-15s blasters. He holstered it and through up the tattered hood on his poncho he hade out of his old robes. "Our main mission is to establish a secure communication with Jedi Knight Anje on Mandalore for Deja and to locate a new ship, all other objectives are secondary." Kraytan told everyone. He knew others would voice their opinions about trying to find other Jedi, but if there were any on Nar Shaddaa when Order 66 went through, they were probably long gone and to look for lost Jedi would only bring about more attention and force them to stay longer than needed on the planet.

"We will be arriving shortly, so make any preparations you want before we drop out of Hyperspace."

Vor'loch nodded. "I will not let my Padawans out of my sight-" He looked at them, both of them looked at least somewhat wealthy which gave him an obvious solution for what to do. No doubt Jerek would approve of his idea. "- I also have an idea on how me and my Padawans can look for a ship. Due to their dress they appear to be wealthy citizens. As I am Noghri a suitable suggestion would be that I am their bodyguard and they are both wealthy children. Siblings would be out of the questions however some form of relation could be suggested." He stood looking around at the rest of the people in the room all the other Jedi especially Kolinn. "What about the Padawans who do not have masters yet? Kolinn expressed a desire to go on this mission due to a premonition within the Force. I do not think we should block out such things over what has just happened and should allow it to play through. If necessary she can accompany the three of us. Acting as a servant girl as I do not believe we could convince people of her being a sibling to the other two." He looked around the room at all the other Jedi and smiled inwardly, while the Empire crushed them down they would survive.

They would become united due to their shared history and what had happened between them.

Jacen

Jacen smiled at all the Jedi, most of them were sporting either clothes that looked far too fancy for a Jedi or far too large. Several of them had armour that they had spottily painted and it all looked a bit odd. However at least they didn't look like Jedi. "Vor'loch makes a point, most of you with Padawans will have an issue of explaining why you are together-" He looked at Kraytan "-specifically those of you with young padawans. We will be dropping out of hyperspace soon so you will need to get everything ready and establish your set roles."

Alaric had left Vor'loch and the others to prepare for their arrival. He had managed to fashion an outfit with little more than his old robes, and some apparel he had been given by the troopers after arriving. He also cannibalized his boots, and his utility belt. In about an hours time, he had affected the look of a typical (if that word could be applied to one of his people) feeorin thug. Ankle-high leather boots, wrapped in strips of brown fabric to soften his footfalls.Form-fitting tan leggings, around which was slung a (now considerably looser) belt, where he figured he could sling a blaster. He wore the upper third portion of his cloak, having torn the arms and most of the hood away. His hood now allowed his tenacles to fall freely down his upper back, and he had savaged his tunic to secure what was left of his cloak to his torso. The upper portions of his boots had been turned into bracers, and were bound to his forearms with more strips of fabric.

Altogether, Alaric seemed to be fairly chaotic, at least in terms of dress. Fitting enough for the moon, in his opinion.

When he was finished, and feeling no small amount of self-consciousness despite his attempt to remain aloof, he found his way to the others, and approached the group as a whole.

"I... Have no idea what I could pretend to be. None of my experience involved subterfuge. Just... Plugging up holes in people..." He said, grimmacing sheepishly and averting his eyes from the room as a whole.

Youngling: The adventure continues!

In this harrowing episode, the intrepid adventuring adventurer had bravely dared the Ventilation Shafts of Mortes, the narrow bridges of Maintenance Walk, and recovered the Sacred Relic of Gortorgophlez from out of the Caverns of Portune. Note that the Sacred Relic of Gortorgophlez may have closely resembled a broken laser sight lens from off of a DC-15S and the Caverns of Portune may have more closely resembled the private quarters on board the clone commando drop ship.

Having transitioned from out of the lightsaber workout to exploring the ship again, the young Nautolan now found himself in the ship's galley. Small hands plied at the controls to the autochef as the youngling looked over a menu that, while small, still presented him with more freedom and choice than he had ever known in the Jedi Temple.

How did people decide what they wanted without being told?

There were, of course, perfectly nutritionally functional ration packs lying around... but the autochef represented a kind of rebellion from logic or functionality. He could order something that wasn't a ration pack. It was an invitation to be different for a youngling who had spent his entire childhood training to be just like all the Jedi kids around him. To meditate on command, on demand, and in harmony. To practice his Soresu on command, on demand, and in harmony. To use the Force on command, on demand, and in harmony.

Unity and harmony were really nice words. And they really, really sucked when one wasn't as good, or better, as everyone else. Zak always felt like he was behind all of the others in the meditation classes, or that he was having to wait for everyone to catch up to him in the Soresu lessons.

But to be able to order from an autochef? Not to have to wait for everyone to get their food, and make certain everything was fairly distributed or shared or no one ate before any other youngling... To be able to pick what he wanted to eat. And when he wanted to eat.

It was the most un-Jedi thing he'd come across since they'd left the Temple.

He had a meat-filled pastry stuck in his mouth, a handful of algae fritters in his hand, and was wiping a greasy palm on the front of his tunic as he emerged back into the communal hangar bay. The sight of the myriad of Jedi dressed as... well, regular people... took him for surprise in how very different the same people could look outside of their Jedi robes. Hoping back on top of a crate, the moss green youth started munching away at the meaty pastry. His short legs absently swung back and forth, as dark eyes surveyed the assembly that was preparing to depart.

Nar Shadda didn't sound like all that scary of a place to him. He'd just walked out of a whole planet of clones that had been shooting at him. If some sleemo blaster-brain thought he was going to come after the Jedi, Zak would be ready to take him down!

Well, not really.

Zak only knew Soresu. So he really couldn't take people down. But he could deflect blaster bolts until they were so tired of shooting at him that they'd fall over in exhaustion. Or something.

Okay, not that cool at all. Still, Nar Shadda didn't seem like all that scary of a place to him.

"Given Kraytan's guise as a dangerous bounty hunter." Deja said sarcastically, but before she could even react Kraytan had drawn one of his blasters and pointed it at her head.

"It might be a guise as of right now, but I spent three years with my master essentially learning the ins and outs of being a bounty hunter. I will not be playing the part of a bounty hunter, I am a bounty hunter and I expect all the other members here to not act their parts either, but be them." Kraytan twirled the blaster speedily in his hand and placed it back in his holster. "I think it unwise for the younglings to follow us, but I also think it best for them to stick as close as possible to us at the same time. Any padawans without masters yet who wish to go to Nar Shadda will be accompanying me in helping Deja establish communications with her sister and General Beskad and clan Maximus on Mandalore."

"If nessecary I can always separate from Kraytan's group and find a way to communicate with my sister on my own if his assistance is needed else where. Though that still doesn't solve our background stories for having children with a big nasty bounty hunter. I can pass off as your pilot in this flight suit, but what will be their story?" Deja said crossing her arms and tilting her head to the side waiting to her Kraytan's genius mind come up with something.

"Startes with an 'S' and ends with a 'laves'. If anyone really questions who they are they will respond that they were taken from their parents to be slaves. Their owner had a bounty on them and I felt honor bound to see that they found a new home out of slavery." Kraytan said as he started at the younglings so that they got the idea. He felt the ship drop out of Hyperspace and could sense the billions of lifeforms as the ship slowly drifted closer to the smugglers moon. "Remember, don't play the part, be the part."

Changing clothes was a good distraction for the still-embarrassed youth, and Jerek quickly found himself chatting with Erin as the two exchanged their Jedi garb for something less likely to cause a stir on the planet below. The discussion of a cover story grew into something of its own, and soon it seemed as though the two padawans were instead well-seasoned thespians developing their next act. As Erin changed, Jerek surveyed the articles of clothing provided by the Sector Rangers.

The boy changed facing away from his companion, for a reason he couldn't explain. The cause was not modesty, Jerek had grown up in the temple around the Jedi, and his clan was made up of several boys and girls from species human or near enough to human anatomy-wise. He had found no difficulty disrobing among his clanmates, or other Jedi, before. Something else kept the sandy-haired padawan's back turned from the older girl, and Jerek struggled to comprehend it as he changed into a more appropriate outfit. Under a navy-blue jacket with brass adornments, he wore a dark tunic, pairing it with khaki-tan trousers and a pair of combat boots made to fit bigger feet than he had.

Once he was fully dressed again, Jerek turned around to face Erin again. No, the boy thought as he stood open-mouthed before her, she is an angel. Her crimson dress accentuated her body, with gold trim following the curves of her bosom and hips until it split open to reveal her black-clad legs. Without the bulky Jedi robes in the way, it was if the boy had only just noticed Erin. Whatever it was that had caused him to turn as he dressed returned now, lodged squarely in his throat and making a massacre of any words he tried to speak.

"And that's that..."

"Yeah," Jerek croaked weakly from behind Erin as he followed her back towards the cargo bay. He tried his best to focus on the walls of the transport ship as they made their way to the other Jedi. As Vor'loch and Kraytan instructed the motley assortment of fugitives, looking very uncomfortable out of their robes, Jerek tried to focus once more. His eyes barely wavered from the form of Erin in front of him, his mind giving her his total attention.

It wasn't until a young, green Natolan hopped up onto one of the nearby cargo crates that Jerek could look away. Before he realized it, he had sidled up to Erin and nudged her with a, "Hey," and a nod towards the youngling. With the spell suddenly broken, the hazel-eyed padawan chuckled, "Look at the youngling."

After all that, what left the sandy-haired padawan grinning like a fool was the sight of a Natolan youngling, seated on top of a cargo crate that was too large to let his feet reach the deck, munching on snacks as the Jedi prepared themselves for the worst.

Vor'loch shook his head at the slave idea. "You must realize master Kraytan that many of these Padawans have little infiltration experience if any. My own Padawan has a little experience but that is about it. I feel it would be better if we either followed through with the noble children idea, or I have an alternative." He walked into the middle of the room and did an assortment of moves that were more gymnastic than anything else. "We all can do such things, and we can all move around and do things beyond the capabilities of other people. Purely upon our Jedi training." He walked back to his part of the circle and then he spoke again. "Travelling performers, it could fit. We just have to be sure not to overdo it and cause suspicion." He held his hands behind his back.

"There are many types of people on Nar Shadda, many of them travelers however not all of them. The Hutts are extravagant and many of their followers are too, there are many people around Nar Shadda who perform and are members of the performing arts. We can blend in with them and be part of them, it would help explain our strange attire and how different it all is. For we can say that it is all related to our acts." He shrugged after giving the suggestion. "In the end, I feel this should fall to a vote or down to the Jedi Master."

"True performers would make a good cover as well Vor'loch, but on the other hand that is until someone asks us to perform. No doubt we can all easily do a few spins and jumps, but performers usually draw attention, because that's what they are suppose to do. Slaves on the other hand no one bats an eye for on a planet ruled by Hutts. I am up for either idea, for we are all looking out for the Padawans and how to protect them best." Kraytan commented, Vor'loch was the only other Jedi Knight besides himself and Deja. It was probably best for the Jedi Master to decide, no one could dispute the words of a Master. Whatever way he voted he would follow the orders given to him as long as they didn't conflict with his main mission, to protect the future of the Jedi Order, which was the very few Padawans aboard their ship.

"I ask that whatever the verdict be, let us decide quickly, we are approaching Nar Shadda and will be landing any minute now. I think it best if we don't put ourselves in a situation that requires us to talk to anyone. The less talking we end up having to do, the less attention we will draw to ourselves and the faster we can get out off this planet and Sector." Deja said adding her thoughts to the conversation.

Joshua continued to follow the feeling the force was giving him and thinking about what this might mean. If there was a group of Jedi this big on Nar Shaddaa then there was either going to be big trouble or they had rediscovered him and found it necessary to send an entire squad to take him down. The last thought actually got a chuckle out of him. If the temple felt it necessary to send this many people after him, they were gravely overestimating him. Yeah he was good but there was no way he was THAT good.

Before getting very far, Joshua got a familiar feeling, only this one had nothing to do with the Force this time. This one was an instinct he had developed over the years and had grown to trust. Some called it paranoia, but he preferred to think of it as a survival instinct. He had come to learn that this feeling meant he was either being followed or attacked. Then again the Force did that as well but this feeling was always a bit different. Still, maybe the Force had something to do with it. He could never figure it out.

Deciding to see if he was right, Joshua stopped at a nearby stall to look at it wares for a few minutes. Once he was done he left and walked further down the streets before turning into a back alley. One rule of Nar Shaddaa: never go down a back alley. If you went down one, you were very likely to get mugged by someone who wanted something from you. It was also a sure fire way to see if you were getting followed or sort out the people who were new to the moon.

Once he was in the alley, Joshua used the Force to jump onto a nearby balcony before wrapping it around himself, hiding himself from sight. He loved Force Concealment, as it had so many uses other then sneaking around where you weren't wanted. So he settled down and waited to see who would come down the alley. IF no one showed, hey, that meant he was paranoid now. Great.

"Both of you argue very good points, but I say you are both overthinking the situation." The Jedi Master said as he was called to bring forth the final judgment on their predicament. He was still in the process of healing and would not be able to make the trip to Nar Shadda with some of the others. He was forced to stay on the sidelines and dish out orders like a coach for a sports team. "I think it will be in our favor if act as if we don't know each other as best we can. Deja must establish contact with her sister, but does that require all of us to follow single file behind her? We need another ship, but should we all move as a group to acquire one? I think it best that we split into as small of groups as possible and stay within close promixity of each other in case of danger, but not close enough that others will notice." He said as he hobbled about with the use of a cane. The medical droid insisted he use one and he wasn't going to argue with that.

"We can't use the Force to the degree we use to in public, but we shouldn't shun it completely. We can communicate to each other to alert one another of danger telepathically, so there is no need to lock arms and walk down the sidewalks of Nar Shadda. There is an old saying that it is easier to fight one big enemy than many small ones. If we clump together we are making a bigger target, if we fan out we have more advantages in place like Nar Shadda. Now while I would love to talk all day and discuss plans, time is of the essences my friends, and as of lately we are running out of time it seems, so hurry you must and embark onto Nar Shadda." He said as he felt the ship land softly on a landing pad. Rarely anyone inspected ships on Nar Shadda unless one Hutt was trying to get into another Hutt's business, so they were safe from anyone trying to snoop around the ship wondering what they were up to.

Jacen

Jacen nodded as it was concluded and clapped his hands. "All right, Master Sorni is right. While we're at it I'm going to take some of y'all to Telos IV to see if anyone from the Agri-Corps is left over. They may not be the strongest force users in the Galaxy however they too follow the Jedi path so could be beneficial in aiding us against, what I have recently heard is called the Galactic Empire. What a lovely name for it to be called, it just fills you with hope." He gave a short chuckle before he turned back to the group. "When you guys are down on the planet we'll be on our way. Masters Sorni, Vondaas, Rivers and Padawan Eldrel will be coming with us. We will keep comms active for where to rendezvous after you guys have finished on Nar Shadda. Sound good? Good. Have fun!" With that a ramp lowered and Jacen walked off, his job done.

Vor'loch

Vor'loch nodded. "I will take my two Padawans to supervise the actions of Kolinn. I believe that now would not be the best off times in order to ignore any visions that the Force gives us.Once that is done the three of us will work on acquiring a new vessel that is somewhat more... inconspicuous." He turned to Kraytan. "We should not leave the youngling on the ship as there is a chance that the Empire is at Telos IV. I feel as you are travelling with the more combat experienced personnel that you should take him with you." He nodded to Jerek, Erin and Kolinn. "If we are ready. Let us depart, the less time we spend in one place right now the better."

He walked away from the others and down the ramp. Once the three Padawans joined them he turned to them. "After we leave this area we will not mention the Force, we will only mention things that are happening to us right now. You are portraying wealthy clients, Kolinn is your servant and I am your Bodyguard. If anyone comes up to speak to you let me do the talking as is often the tradition for bodyguards and younger charges." He turned to Kolinn. "It wouldn't be unusual for a slave girl to go first, with the bodyguard bringing up the rear. This is advantageous as you are the one who had the vision, and as such you can lead us to where the Force is telling you to go."

"Come, young one."

The small Nautolan looked up at the voice that was undeniably speaking to him, finding himself staring up at the Cathar Jedi Sentinel. The feline knight had traded her temple guard armor for the appearance of a merchant-noble. The white, tan, and gold accented tunic and robe had been re-sewn into a dress and cloak that hung off the shoulders of the cat-like warrior. Placing her hand on the small of the child's back, the Sentinel steadied the boy as he hopped off of the crate, then began ushering him toward the off-ramp.

"Stick close to me," Deja cautioned gently, as the pair approached where Kraytan and the other youngling were waiting. "In case we are separated, Sor-Jan will go with Kraytan and you'll stay with me," the temple guard added, giving a brief look up at Kraytan as she spoke, as though seeking affirmation of what she'd just proposed.

Reaching down with one arm, the woman patted the small cylinder at the youngling's side. "Keep that out of sight, but keep it with you. If we're not cautious, there could be trouble," the Cathar explained, stooping down to remove the small lightsaber and tuck it into one of the folds the boy's tunic.

"Master, do you think we might stop at some water on this planet?" the youngling inquired hopefully.

"If we do, I doubt you'd want to go swimming in it," Deja answered wryly. "The Hutts aren't known for clean environments."

"Heh, that is just.. adorable," Erin found the correct term, and was soon grinning like an idiot at the moss-coloured little Nautolan youngling. Somebody clapped their hands together as if to pull the young Jedi back into the ship. It was Jacen, who was on about a trip to Telos IV with Master Sorni and some of the others. Erin hoped it wasn't goodbye, as she'd grown quite close to Valka Sorni during the Temple escape. The galaxy didn't accept the Jedi anymore - that was the harsh truth of it. Telos might not be as safe as this world, where Erin could barely sense anything besides chaotic muffles in the Force. The Noghri began to speak as he headed down the cargo bay ramp, Erin listening with interest as the plan was formed. Kolinn would be joining them!

After Vor'loch finished briefing them, Erin folded her arms with a sly smirk. Kolinn was her slave girl, and her new master was her bodyguard. Roleplaying would be so fun! "I'm all for Kolinn leading the way," Erin confidently started as she placed a hand on the Dathomirian's shoulder, "But don't you worry, Vor'loch. I can be precious and poshy if anyone approaches with questions. I've practiced in the mirror my whole life for this moment~" she chuckled.

Kolinn had gotten changed as well, donning a black outfit, boots, trousers, shirt, and a black leather belt. "I'm going for the 'Successful Smuggler's arm-candy' look." she said to Vor'loch as she did a little twirl for him as though to ask the masters approval. Over the top, she put on a white woolen cape. "If anyone asks, my going rate is 1,000 credits an hour." she said, taking Erins hand and walking with him. "My vision said that we are looking for a pair of smugglers, a Talortai and his human boy... Master told me that few Talortai leave their homeworld, so one shouldn't be hard to find." she said. Walking through the dock, she approached the foreman who was overseeing a large freighter docking. "Excuse me sir, but we are looking for a-" He waved her away without a word. She then moved her hands across his face. "You want to answer my question." she said.

"I want to answer your question..." he replied.

"We're looking for a Talortai and a human boy, has their ship come through here?" she asked.

"Their ship came through here..." he replied in a monotone zombie manner, he pointed to a old YT-1210 Stock Frieghter.

"Where are they now?" she asked,

"Hell if I know." His voice changing from its previous monotone. "Probably went to grab a drink." She then walked back to the other 2.

"Best hit the Cantina's." she said. Looking around, there was a rather large one quite near them with flashing lights outside "Smuggler's Waterhole" it said on it. Walking inside, she looked around, several drunken patrons wolf whistling to her, she frowned and was tempted to end them... What? What was she thinking... She wasn't that way anymore. She wasn't the kind of person to just murder people that annoyed her, not since she found the light. Large crouds bring out the worst in me... she thought as she looked around, she then saw them at a table in the back, the tall Talortai and a small boy stood next to him.

"So, I hear that Jabba over on Tatooine's giving some good creds for people to do the Kessel run." said Renny as he worked on the side of Inuel's head, a hydrospanner in his hand. Inuel, simply sat, slugging a glass of juma, his cybornetic eye that Renny was working on was flashing red, indicating a fault in it.

"I don't care, that route's too well guarded by the Seps..."

"What? Didn't you hear? Seps are gone." replied Renny.

"Really?" he asked. "I thought this damn war would never end. Lemme guess, the Jedi are all high and mighty about their victory."

"Nope..." replied Renny, he reached into his jacket and threw down a datapad. "Coruscant Post says that the Jedi tried to stage a coup." Inuel picked up the datapad and read.

"After Master Mace Windu and several associates attempted assassination failed, due to the intervention of a member of their order, loyal to the Republic, simply known as "Vader", Republic forces stormed the temple to find the Jedi amassing an army of their own with which to take control of the senate. I don't believe this..." he said.

"Well, read it and weep, told you those a-holes weren't to be trusted." Renny replied, not looking up from his work.

"No, I mean I literally do not believe it." he said. "I don't like Jedi, never have, but I've been working with them for 4000 years, I'd believe a small sect of them trying something like this, but not under Yoda's nose. The gremlin doesn't have the stomach for it... And I don't believe any parent is cruel enough to call their child Vader." he muttered.

"Yeah, that's what I thought." the hydrospanner sparked before finally, Inuels eye glowed an "Everything's fine" green. "What kind of a stupid name is that?" Renny giggled. Then he looked over at the people that had just entered. "Look at that." giggled the boy. Inuel looked over at them.

"Humans, more damn humans..." he sighed. Renny then punched him in the arm.

"Dibs on the grey chick... Oh crap she's coming this way." he quickly scrambled for his seat and tried to play it cool as the 3 sat down at the table.

"Hello." said Kolinn. "I am... Looking for someone, and I think you might know where I can find them." Inuel looked them up and down. Renny, in the meantime was only looking at one place... Erin's chest... Then a cybornetic hand clonked him on the head. Inuel then sat forward.

"It's going to cost." he said. "A word to the wise, never just go up to someone on Nar Shaadaa and ask for what you want? You're likely to be shot. Especially if that thing is someones name or where to find them. So, who's the brains of the operation?" he asked. He looked at the Noghri, he'd never seen one of those before, didn't even know what it was. "This thing your pet?" he asked Erin.

Balkk Yarroq
Nar Shadaa

Hoarse alien languages calling for the sale of their wares was becoming louder as Balkk walked in the crowds, his eyes fixed firmly on his reptilian feet. He had entered some kind of market area - stalls lined the edges of the street, selling everything from blasters to roasted whomp rat meat to Wookie skin. Aliens of every race stood behind their stalls, some dirty and poor, others clean and better off. At least every stall had some kind of hired muscle stood at it's side, scaring away potential thieves and loiterers. A lrge, one-eyed Wookie growled and it's hand instinctively fell to it's blaster as Balkk strode past. The Trandoshan ignored the Wookie's growls. Trandoshan's and Wookie's were natural enemies but Balkk had long lost his primal hatred for the large, hairy oafs. He didn't even glance in it's direction. It was best not to provoke a creature known for tearing limbs from their sockets. The crowd was beginning to thin now, as the pedestrians curiously looked over the wares and haggled prices. The bounty hunter's pace slowed to a leisurely stroll as he side-stepped closer to the front of the stalls. He looked over the various trinkets that were being sold, pretending to be interested in them. The whole time, though, he kept an eye out for his target. There was a Jedi in the area, if his employers were to be trusted. He knew nothing of this Jedi but his name, race, gender and the fact he was on Nar Shadaa. That was enough.

Jedi, during the Clone Wars, were unafraid of showing off their membership in the order. Cloaks billowing, a lightsaber in full view to the public, they would descend on planets with a full squad of Clones and go about their business of killing enemies of the state or getting into bar fights. Due to recent events, however, Balkk suspected Joshua wouldn't be so arrogant. He would most likely be keeping his head down, with a complete change of clothes and his lightsaber kept under lock and key. He had to be doing something wrong for his employers to know he was on Nar Shadaa and it was Balkk's current job to find out what. Perhaps he had used his force in the wrong place or showed the wrong person his lightsaber (*wink*). He stopped at a stall and pretended to be interested in the various jewels that lay in piles upon it.

'You lookin' fer a nice piece, lizard-man?' asked a Toydarian, it's stereotypically Jewish accent piercing his ears. The ugly creature fluttered behind the stall, it's beady eyes looking for a sale. 'No' answered the Trandoshan shortly. 'Ahhh, come on! You have a lady friend, yes? She might like a nice jewel!' The Toydarian smiled, showing it's nasty teeth. 'I like you! 75 credits and you have nice jewel, I have nice money, you have nice lady friend and everyone happy!'. Balkk looked at the jewel held in the Toydarian's filthy hand. It was a small, green stone and the colour was probably the most remarkable thing about it. The bounty hunter had no doubt that this sneaky Toydarian had fifty just like it under the desk. 'I don't have 75 credits to spend on that shite' growled Balkk. 'If I really wanted that, I would take it off you. Now, fuck off'. The Toydarian's mouth turned from a friendly smile to a scowl. It dropped the green stone to the table and folded it's arms. The Trandoshan continued on his trek down the stall front, this time making sure not stop for too long at any stall.

Fifteen minutes later

It was him. Or, at least, it looked like it was him. A human man had suddenly darted from the crowd and disappeared down an alley. If this was Joshua Tamashii, he might of sensed Balkk with the force. If it wasn't, then some poor sod was going to die. Balkk decided to trust his instincts and the Trandoshan suddenly broke into a sprint. He pushed a group of protesting aliens out of the way and darted behind a stall that sat in front of the alley. The alley loomed in front of him, dark and foreboding. It was everything he expected in a Nar Shadaa alleyway - dark, damp and a strong smell of vomit. A few dustbins lined the walls, which led to a dead end. Above his head, balconies blocked out the light. But no Jedi. His right hand grabbed the hilt of his sword and he drew it out slowly. The sound of the crowds was muffled behind him. He had no doubt in his mind this was the Jedi. No normal person could disappear so quickly. He glanced up at the balconies, which were all empty. The bounty hunter entered a battle stance, his sword held in the traditional Trandoshan way. He began a slow walk down the alley, slowly turning his body to make sure he wasn't jumped from behind. One had to be careful in a Nar Shadda alleyway, especially when hunting a Jedi.

'Jedi' his voice echoed, bouncing from wall to wall. A low hiss began to develop in his throat. 'Come out, come out, Jedi'.

Joshua watched the alley and saw only one person enter. Judging by the looks of it, with was a Trandoshan and judging by his comments, it seemed someone had sent a bounty hunter after him. Well, that was problematic but also somewhat worrying. He sat down and thought about who might know he was a jedi. The tribe of Tuskan Raiders was the first to come to mind, as he had spent two years with them. He knew they wouldn't sell the out however, as he was considered a part of their tribe and Raiders were nothing if not loyal. Maybe one of the tomb raiders he had worked with along ago had sold him out to save their sorry hides. He would spend several minutes thinking about it before shrugging. It matters little now. What's done is done and all he could do now was adapt. Still, this bounty hunter might have some useful information.

Carefully making his way down to the Trandoshan's level, he used the force to quickly close the gap between them while taking out his shoto and he made two quick slashes, which were meant to take off the Trandoshan's lower right leg and his right arm. He was betting on the element of surprise here and hoped the Trandoshan wouldn't react quickly enough.

Kraytan checked his blasters and holstered them before ushering them to walk down the ramp. "In my many travels before my place as a Guard, I made connections with several organizations across the Galaxy. One of them happens to operate off Nar Shadda and they owe me a large favor. They have a warehouse not too far from here that we can hopefully make a secure connection to Mandalore with." Kraytan said as he stood on the landing pad looking out at the city world of Nar Shadda, to some people it was amazing, to someone like him who had lived and breathed Coruscant air for half their life, it was no big deal.

"As long as you know what you're doing Kraytan lead the way, just remember not to stir up any trouble, we have two children already who can do that." Deja said with a small laugh as she followed behind Kraytan their masculine mercenary protector. Coruscant and Nar Shadda were two different worlds, while Coruscant operated by the law (or tried to) Nar Shadda was controlled by Hutts and to get in trouble on Nar Shadda was to get in trouble with the Hutts which was the last thing she wanted to do, so she crossed her fingers and prayed that nothing bad happen. So many bad things had already happened, they were bound to hit a lucky streak soon right?

Balkk Yarroq
Nar Shadaa
Some fucking alley

The Jedi appeared behind him. The flap of his clothing as he landed alerted Balkk to his presence and he glanced around in time to see a lightsaber swinging towards his sword arm. The bounty hunter gave a yelp of surprise before quickly pulling his arm away, hopping away from his attacked. As he was turning to face the Jedi, another lightsaber swing came towards his leg. The Bounty Hunter jumped back but it wasn't enough. The tip of the lightsaber grazed his shin, cutting straight through the cloth of his trouser leg and into the scaly skin. Green blood spurted from the wound and Balkk hissed, half in pain and half in anger. He ignored the pain to re-enter his traditional stance. The element of surprise was gone. Now that he faced the Jedi head on, he could feel the adrenaline at the back of his throat and his heart beating faster. His breathing became faster and soon, he was almost panting.

'You're quite young for a Jedi' smirked Balkk. The bounty hunter began a slow run backwards, not taking his eyes off of the Jedi. While doing so, his left hand reached behind his cloak and he drew his Stun Carbine from the holster. It was a gun made specifically for Trandoshans and their often clumsy three-fingered hands. When his back touched the back alley wall, he had his standard set up. The sword, in his left hand, was held high and sideways as a protection from the lightsaber. The Stun Carbine, in his his right hand, was lower and closer to his body. He stood to the side, one foot in front of the other, making himself a smaller target. The plan was to usually stun the target, while protecting himself with the sword and when they were stunned, finish them off. The sword wasn't built to take many hits from a lightsaber, however and more than once he had to send it to Dosha to be repaired.

The bounty hunter, keeping his stance, took a few steps forward. Green blood dripped down his shin and onto the concrete ground beneath him as he walked. 'Goodbye, Jedi' he smiled, showing his sharpened teeth. And with that, he let forth a round of shots from his slavemaster towards the Jedi, confident of his victory.

"Damnit, how to hell did that fail... maybe I didn't keep the concealment up." Joshua said to himself, not really paying to the Trandoshan that was backing away from him at the moment. He paid enough attention to know where the alien was and not get caught off guard by any sudden attacks. The hunters excitement didn't go unnoticed by Joshua so he decided to give the alien his full attention. He noted that the Trandoshan was now in a slightly more defensive stance and that it was bleeding from a lightsaber blow. It also had a blaster of sort that it could hold in one hand and fund him rather young to be a Jedi, which slightly hexed Joshua, for more then one reason.

"First off, I'm not a Jedi. At least not entirely... did they send you to find me by chance? Something tells me no, cause if they were after me they would send a Master-Padawan team or two... or maybe several Knights if they saw me as that big a threat." he said, keeping his eyes on his opponent and his silver-bladed shoto ready." Also you do realize that that bla..." Joshua had to leave the sentence incomplete as he blocked all the shots fired at him with his shoto. Once that was done he continued," As I was saying, that blaster is gonna be pretty useless, as I just proved. So, would you mind surrendering before you make me angry. Trust me, that will be the last thing you want, and I will make sure you can't move for a long time. You Trandoshan's and regrow limbs, being oversized lizards and all, right?"
