IC incoming in about half an hour at least. My plans for this RP seem to be some kind of rigorous training camp at first, the ranking test, and then we go to our city.

Name: Optimal Optimalla (Optimalla for short)
Alias: The Greatest Ape
Age: 25
Personality: Short-tempered and almost completely ignores the little details, Optimalla is not a smart ape. However, he has a sense of right and wrong and uses his sentience and amazing strength for good.
Appearance: He is an 18 foot tall four-armed Gorilla with white fur, a black mark on his back, and fanfiction green eyes. He wears a white cape and a crown, taking off the cape while he fights.
Power: His powers are basically what you'd expect from a monster experiment. He is incredibly strong and incredibly durable, able to throw cars and take them. He's Hulk with four arms basically.
Skills: Punching, throwing, Four-Arm Hulk Jump, he can sniff out propane from 16 miles away. He is extremely durable, taking anything short of a small artillery shell with relatively little harm.
Bio: Twenty years ago in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, there were experiments done on human beings to push them to their physical extent. While this succeeded with humans, they were not strong enough to turn the tide against the superior United States of America. So, instead of humans, they turned to the Gorillas. Grabbing a western gorilla, they did experiments on it and gave it four arms and eventually perfected the biological form of a four-armed gorilla soldier. The communist officials rejoiced until they found out one thing about Optimalla: He was AN AMERICAN GORILLA. Optimalla broke free, smashing the facility apart and fled to America, where he found a home and a place to protect.

nazgul, if that is a serious CS, I will now blatantly reject it. If you want to join, please beef up your CS to match the length of the other accepted characters in the RP and try to fit the theme of the RP. A four-armed gorilla while interesting, does not fit the going theme we have as of now. If you are serious, write a much longer CS that I will not think is a troll comment (whether it is, or is not) and think of a new character.

Aside from that the IC is finished, I know Zero Hex and Umbra are still writing CS's, I made the beginning broad enough that you guys can jump in at any moment, I just can't wait to get this started.

Apologies for the double post but I feel as though you don't understand that, as the great Ben Grimm once spake, heroes come in all shapes and sizes. Some come in the standard blonde-hair-blue-eyes tights wearing superhuman. Some are very large mutant gorillas.

Alright alright, fine. I'll write a more serious character. One of my most serious characters ever as a matter of fact.

On a side note- People writing your openers- You do not have to write it as long as mine, 2 Paragraphs minimum will suffice. I should have made it more concise as it seems a bit extraneous. I know personally how painful reading long texts on this site can be rough on the eyes with the white font and grey background.

All our characters will be put in the same Barracks, #17, I've already written for that, unfortunately my lack of foresight forgot it is outside of the norm for males and females to share living quarters. Well, I guess it's just inviting a bit of cheeky fun so I'll keep it. Make sure the cheeky fun doesn't get cheeky enough to close the thread, that's too cheeky.

Name: Lucas Rockefeller
Alias: Raleigh, or
Age: 35
Personality: While this man is very serious as to what he does, sometimes his behavior is a little... off. He drops puns at the worst possible times, and more often than not doesn't display his best side to people. However, Raleigh is dedicated to the cause of good no matter what. Murder is not something he likes to do and that is reflected in his lack of weaponry. He isn't smart like a detective, but he has enough common sense to get by. He is simple, understanding, and he is just a stone's throw away from helping someone in need of some justice.
Appearance: He is a white man with dirty blonde hair near shoulder length, a long beard, and grey eyes covered up by cheap ray-ban sunglasses knockoffs. He wears a bomber jacket, jeans, and work boots. He's usually very unkempt and his clothes are not in prime condition, as he is currently homeless and has been for the past ten years.
Power: (How,When,What,Where, and Why?, If I see something I don't agree with here, I'll let you know. If you don't have one, that's fine.)
Skills: His superpower is that he can change any part of his body immediately into titanium and steel.
Gear/Equipment/Weapons: A swiss army knife which he can use expertly, a wallet, a disposable camera, and a water bottle. mostly held within a backpack.
Bio: He was born and raised in the grain belt by farmers. However, that was not the life for him so he went to a steel mill in the city. There were layoffs as the economy went down, and here he is with little skills to speak for and unable to keep a job. He's always had his powers and did his best to use them for good. There isn't much of an epic origin story like a bit spider or Soviet experiments. He's just an anomaly who has extraordinary power but really unfortunate circumstances. It has its advantages. Even if people see him, no one knows who he is. Homeless people easily blend into a crowd, and "a white man with a beard" doesn't narrow down anybody lol.
