I doubt you are reading this because the title was interesting.

So here's the deal. I've been working on a story that I currently can't come up with more material for, so I'm starting an RP based off of the end of this story that I have planned far in advance. I'll be honest. I'm doing this in the hopes that some of you might be able to inspire new ideas for my story so that I can actually continue with it. I would greatly appreciate it. Now, onto the story.

The Story: In the beginning, you must choose. Either you are a character living within a very popular anime, living your life as if that were your normal life. Then, there is the choice to be a person in the real world, one who loves the fore-mentioned anime and comes to find one day that they are pulled into the anime without any warning.

Basically, either you are in the anime and live life "normally," or you aren't in the anime and get pulled into a new life.

The Anime:
Story: In the beginning, life in the land of Ozenbuel{Oh-zen-bool} was calm, peaceful, and untroubled{or serene, if you don't want to use all of those words}. The citizens found life to be rather boring at times, but enjoyed the fact that they weren't involved in the world's troubles. Their monarch was a smart and benevolent man, and the choices he made for his land made the entire world respect and worship him. Even the people in a democratic land liked him so much, that they legally entered the society and changed their ways of life to live in the city with them.

At first, the monarch was fine with a few people coming into the city in order to get away from all of the fighting. However, the city's population got out of hand, and he had to start kicking people out of the city, never to return. He made an announcement that made the people understand his choice, and many people began volunteering to leave for the sake of others. These people were given reprieve for the night and were allowed to stay in the palace in order to plan out their next step in life.

This is where things began to change. Everyone spent the night at the palace, and they all slept in a room cut off from the rest of the palace. They were kept under guard from the royal guards until the next day. Everyone woke up and went to the main hall in order to receive some supplies for their departure, yet the monarch wasn't there. Everyone was curious as to why the monarch wasn't where he said to meet, and the guards decided to check the monarch's chambers. To their major surprise, the monarch was laying on his bed... dead. Blood was soaked into the bed, and his body was cold. The benevolent monarch had been assassinated. This made the guard panic, thinking that the people who were accepted into the palace had something to do with it. Fortunately for those people, the guards who were watching them never let them be alone, and not a single person in that group had left during the night. With that in mind, the group of the people still offered to take their lives for the sake of suspicion, and the guards all agreed to let them off the hook.

With all suspicion out of the way, there was still the issue of telling the people about how the monarch was dead. They couldn't come up with a way to explain to the people how their monarch was assassinated. Then they began to actually pay attention. They noticed that one of the people in the group looked and sounded exactly like the monarch. Knowing this, they came up with a plan. The guard decided it was best to hide the monarch's death in order to keep everyone from panicking, and the group agreed to help them out. The plan was to dress up the man who looked like the monarch and pose him as the monarch until they could find out what happened to the real one. And with that, the plan was under way to find the perpetrator and restore the city's honor.

Timeline: The group has found a lead on someone who might have relevant information on the monarch's death, so they decide to follow it and the "monarch" goes with them, hoping to teach this person a lesson if they had something to do with it.

Character Plot: You play as a member of this 6 person group; one of them is the "monarch," while the others are just followers with an extreme passion to help each other out and find out everything about the monarch's death. They are all hidden from the general public, and nobody knows about any of the people still in the city walls or the "monarch's" true identity. As for the 5 follower characters, you're free to make them yourself. The "Monarch" character must be a collaborative creation between the person playing the role and myself, as this person will play a massive role in the events to come, so I need to have some part in making this person fit the bill.

Remember: all of these characters need to completely trust each other and have almost no issues with the others in the group. If there is any issue with making these characters, I can make them myself and throw them into the NPC group. However, I feel it would be more interesting if actual people were behind the characters pulling the stings in ways that I can't.

Now, this is all I have for now. I have to get ready for a job interview, so I will come up with the other half later. For now, I'll let you guys mull over this.

Update: Well, it would seem I have a little more time than I thought. Give about 2 hours, and I should have the other half of the story together.

The Real World:

Story: Currently, it is the year 2018 and the setting is Lower Manhatten. There hasn't been very much turmoil in the world since the United States decided to open it's borders to all who wanted to enter the states. For some reason, opening the borders stopped all of the fighting in the other countries, and there wasn't much for the news networks to report, so life became pretty boring.

The main things that the world turn to entertainment for now is comedy and anime, seeing as regular TV has turned into the same old re-runs and crappy reality shows that have been completely proven as fake shows, making those who believed in and enjoyed them completely lose interest.

One of these anime stands out above all the others. It is known as "The Story of Ozenbuel" It has become the most famous anime ever, bringing together almost the entire world. The figures for this show had skyrocketed beyond a fault. Apparently, this anime was so popular that it made enough money to translate to every language. The weird thing is that no one knows who made this anime or who funds it. It's a complete mystery, yet no one cares about it, as the show brings them great entertainment and all of the voice actors are amazing at their jobs, even if they are a complete mystery as well.

Timeline: Currently, it's February 24, 2018. The anime is on its 15th episode and is advertising at least 8 more episodes. There also seems to be a plan to have a second season, but that's only rumor as of now.

Character Plot: You play as a person from the real world who became interested in this anime (one way or another). After some time of watching the anime, you find yourself thrust into this story without prior knowledge of it going to happen or any warning what-so-ever.

I have my own character for this, but I have to make a CS for it. If any one is interested at all in this, please make sure you subscribe to it so you don't lose it. I only say this because I've lost some interesting stories in the past because I forgot to subscribe to them (not on this site, but other places).

I just remembered. For those who got caught up in the last issue, I promise this is made by the real link. My brother has nothing to do with this. I've got writer's block and my brother is completely blocked from my computer, so we won't have an issue with that again. Also for those from that incident, you may have noticed that this was moved to the Free RP section instead of Casual. Yes, it is because of the formatting. I myself plan on using paragraph/prose formatting as much as possible, but I don't want to be under the restrictions of formatting rules. To note, I am not ruling that format is an issue. You're own format is up to you. So long as you post something readable and understandable, anything goes. I will have some rules, such as keeping it rated blood and gore instead of rated M (in other words, no getting freaky). But those shouldn't be a major issue.

Like I said, if what you post is understandable, then just about anything is fine. Just try not to actually post in your native language. Lol.

mhm mhm, ok and I won't post in my native language, maybe in some rare moments I could let my character say something in german (of course I would write the translated part in brackets right next to it).

Something else according characters from real world, is it ok to make a male character and when he enters the world he finds himself in a female body? (not sure yet if I would make a character in the real world or the anime world, but I wanted to ask)

Actually, It's very possible. I have plans it. However, there is something you should know. It is one of the other rules, but I'm working on them to be fair so it'll be a little bit before I post them. Now, as far as making a character in the real world that's fine. However, as your character has no fore-warning that this is going to happen, the body they will pop into in the anime will be strictly governed by me. So, if you make a character in the real world, your character in the anime will either be an identical match to that character, or someone predetermined by collaboration between the CS maker and myself. I'm still open to ideas, so feel free to throw them at me.

Screw it. I can't think of anything else for them so here they are.

1: No formatting rules. If you feel like using script format, fine. If you feel like prose, that fine too. I have no issues so long as everyone can understand what you are saying and your grammar is at least acceptable (for those with issues on this; manyly those with a different native language or lisps, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare for it).

2: Posting an issue? Take your time, but do understand that you make everyone wait. If you have issues posting on time, then PM me with your problems. We can't have too many inactive RPers.

3: Restictions on characters ::: I have almost none on them. If you make a character in the anime, it stays in the anime. There are chances to find out about the real world, but nothing more. If you make a character in the real world, only make them in the real world. If you have story related plans for them in the anime, then their anime character will be decided between the CS maker and myself.

4: One last thing. Have fun. Seriously, these rules are more of a guide line then serious rules. Use them, but try not to enforce them too much. Again, just try and have fun.

Definitely interested in this one, I like the idea! Hope I can make a CS tomorrow! ^^

Okay, so with three people interested, I think that should do for a minimum requirement. Give me until tomorrow though. I've been up for over 30 hours, just finished a job interview, and I'm freaking exhausted. I will have everything up that is needed to make your characters and everything else I can think of. As for now, if you have any questions, please post them here instead of PMing me. You might be asking a question that someone else has, so it's easier to answer it that way. Once I get the RP set up, you can post everything there. I'll post a link to it here when it's set up.
