I leave it for players to decide. I just oversee things and makesure there's no blatant bias and abuse of power. At the end of the day, this an RP style nation... well, RP. I don't want it to become one of those statistic driven monsters, because frankly I think they're messy. And I don't want to dictate to everyone how their nation's history plays out. From your post, I'm 100% certain I can trust you to be sensible, and I'm sure others will be the same.
Like I say, I'm just the overseer. Play realisticly and no one gets a volcano cropping up in their capital city.
