Testing the waters for an Outlast RP. I'd like to have it happen over the course of Wistleblower. I'd also like everyone who joins to be at least a little familiar with the game. Played it, watched the gameplay, read the wiki, whatever.
You will be player one of four technical support workers who have seen the horrors of the Murkoff Corporation and decide to act. They try to catch the attention of media by sending out video files, only to be caught by one of the higher ups. To prevent them from causing any further threat, the four are 'admitted' to the asylum and left at the mercy of the many variants. Their goal is to get out of the asylum alive. Their equipment is limited to flashlights, one camcorder, possibly a pocket knife, all spread among the four of them.
Rules:
1: I would like the RP to be pretty small to avoid total chaos. As such, each person is important. If you don't post, one third of the RP isn't posting. Please consider if you will be able to post at least once a day before you join.
2: If you disappear for more than three days, don't expect a reminder. It's your responsibility to keep up with your RPs. Your character will be killed off and replaced.
3: I enjoy long posts with character development, interaction, and things actually happening. Please be able to post at least 2 full paragraphs, grammar included.
4: Don't overpower your character. Just...please don't. I'd like to keep with the spirit of the game; your characters are not fighters. They don't have knives, guns, nuclear weapons. They aren't 200 pounds of muscle or black belts. They are tech nerds.
