Some people are born differently. These different kids are often unwanted. Many of them are abused by their families because of their differences. On the outskirts of a large city there is a huge orphanage. But this orphanage isn't for ordinary unwanted children. It is for those who were born differently. The orphanage is operated by a housekeeper for someone only known as the benefactor. It is said the benefactor might have been the first of these unusual kids and now that he has made a place for himself in the world he wants to do the same for others like him.

Appearance: Myra has light brown hair with purple and blue highlights, she has green eyes, and is Caucasian. She normally wears a T-shirt abd jeans with a lot of jewelry on her arms.

Personality: He is a very quiet and shy boy, though he can be kind to his friends.

Abilities: Sensory manipulation. Basically, he has the power to create illusions, but ones that can work with other senses as well as sight. Unfortunately, he has very little control over this ability and it usually backfires, affecting him more than it affects others. Because of this, he sometimes fades into trances or waking nightmares, especially when he loses control. When he does have control of it, he can release his power in small bursts, creating pleasing images, sounds, and occasionally scents in the area around him. When he loses control, his power can affect those near him negatively, but he always gets the worst of it. The whites of his eyes turn black while the irises turn silver when he is about to lose control, but he can be calmed with either the bell he carries or with the scent of peppermint.
Personality: He doesn’t talk often. He tends to either write or draw what he feels that he needs to say. Generally, artistic expression is easier for him than verbal expression. He tends to act a bit cold, but in reality, he actually cares a lot about everyone. Although he is usually fine with eating pretty much anything, Kyo seems to have a problem with any type of food that appears to have a face on it, most likely because of what his sensory manipulation powers have done to him in the past. His favorite flowers are catkins.
Appearance: Black and nearly shoulder-length hair, very dark eyes, and slightly tan skin that has gone pale from a lack of sunlight. He often carries a leather bracelet with a bell attached to try to help him keep control of his ability.
Kyo was abandoned by the age of eleven by his aunt. He had been considering running away before then, though.
Julius, sometimes called Julian

Power: When Julius thinks about something it happens... Well not as simple as that for he never knows when the vent will happen and if it wil conflict with previous thoughts for example: when Julius was a boy he was neglected by his parents, teased by his siblings and bullied at school at beaten by all, this made Julius quite and depressed and on many occasions he thought "I wish I was dead" but when he read stories of people like him becoming successful he thought "I wish I could live forever" these obviously conflict with each other but Julius knows that fate has a odd way of working out.
The story of Julius is no different to the others stories of the Orphanage, he was beaten and ignored as a child and has often been suicidal. Julian has grown to be Shy, Sadist, Negative and wants the world to burn, which... Who knows? It may happen....

Personality: David has bad insomnia and Narcolepsy, due to his telepathy. He hears thoughtsz of several people at night. Mostly prayers our people b eing greedy. It isnt as bad as it was when he was younger but he still has sleep problems. He after learning his family was going to send him to some governemtn officials to be used for their needs. He founded the orphanage when he was 13

Power: animal morphing- he can turn into animals but do to his lack of control he often half shifts... on accident. oh and sneezing almost always leads to an elephant trunk. personality: despite being kicked out his house he is a pretty happy kid. a bit cynical at times but shows very few signs of emotional turmoil. though he does often say if things dont work out he can join a traveling circus.
