Ash looked up as Demetrius approached, a smirk on her mouth with a bit of knowledge of past events in her gaze. She knew he rode the fence between two worlds, but Mephistos did not know. He was good at what he did and for that she was appreciative. If her father was to rise from the ashes she would bring Demetrius to forge the new world beside her. She took a stop forward until they were close, others moving by them with a look of curiosity.
"You're late. Don't think it did not go unnoticed." She reached up and fixed his collar, her eyes moving around the room before locking onto him. "Where've you been?"
As Demetrius approached Ash he could feel the sexuality she gave off, despite her face which looked quite innocent, yet when you had become her captured prey that look of innocence vanished with the smile she gave. He did not generally care for sexual desires as he had much more pleasure from deceiving others, yet when he was around her he could not help but feel his lust grow. The increase in lust made it hard for him to recount his thoughts about Dagon and Ames, but he wasn't too worried since he had told Dagon to make it known he was headed to London. While he was thinking, he thought of Ash and her reasons for staying by Dagon's side, and not Mephistos'. From what be could see, that reason was power, which she blatantly wanted more of.
As Ash spoke to him, Demetrius looked at the passerby's, some of which were looking at the both of them. He lowered his voice to a whisper as he spoke, so that only she would be capable of hearing. "I was in the process of doing one of the things I do best, but then I had to clean up a mess." His smile faded a bit as he continued, sighing. "Unfortunately, yours truly got to him first." The way he said yours truly hinted that it was Mephistos. His smile grew again, as she fixed his collar, and in turn he reached out and moved a few strands of hair out of her face. "Nothing to worry about though, I don't think he found out anything important, or even true for that matter."
Ash nipped at his fingers, a soft growl leaving her lips. "You know he has a desire for rage and a need for blood. He's lucky he had you to clean up his messes. I'd not be the one doing that."
She laughed under her breath and looked over her shoulder toward the demon's room. "I plan on leaving here tonight when this is over and going with you back to see Dagon. The hunters are reforming and the wolves and vamps will want to create a party of sorts to go after them. I have no desire to mingle with the humans and I'm sure Mephistos plans to assist. Forever the leader I suppose."
Demetrius chuckled as she nipped his fingers, slowly pulling them away and stroking the side of her face, down her neck as his charming half smile reappeared, and he slowly pulled his hand away, letting it rest at his side. "I'm sure you wouldn't, your talents lie elsewhere, and you do a very good job at using them."
He turned his head slightly to look at the demon's room as well, making sure that nobody had come out and heard there conversation. He listened to her and grinned, leaning close to her and whispering. "That might not be such a good idea, my dear Ash. Imagine what the others might think if they saw us walking out together...~" His voice had a singsongy property to it, which faded as he leaned back, and looked at her, smiling a bit darkly this time. "I promise you, forever ends soon."
She smiled and nipped at him before moving toward the table and taking her place next to Mephistos, a sneer of resentment for the rest of the group.
