I think it would be easier to start with the most recent bullying and then just refer back. It will have our characters interacting sooner instead of waiting several days of real time to get to the "meat" of the rp, if that makes any sense.

Large city, on the outskirts in a kinda rural area? Not too far from the central hub, but far enough out that there are still yards, fountains, and grassy areas. Places where my guy can commune with others of his kind.

I'm guessing this is mostly going to be a "near-future" Gattaca-esque level of technology? Though in my near futures I always include more computerized stuff and more cell phones, tablets, and laptops than many movies usually show.
What else would you like to work out? (This is already more planning than I'm used to doing. I often just jump in and let some of this stuff fill itself in as I write. But I don't mind more planning either.)

Time setting sounds good to me, but with the kid's status as you've set it, I'd see him not having much access to the higher tech.

I hate character sheets. I've come to resent them because I would work very hard on them for group rps that fizzled out for one reason or another. I had two terrible experiences with that in the past year.

Well... he wouldn't have access to the newest stuff, but tech is becoming cheaper and cheaper. In my opinion, it would not be unreasonable for him to have much older, used, models of at least a laptop and maybe a phone.

Now we're just missing hair and shoes :P But thanks for the additions on the clothes. The abuse at home is up to you. I see emotional and physical, but it's up to you how bad you want it, or what kinds. I will ask, no sexual abuse or disfigurement. Oh, and I'll get to my character sheet some time tonight. I have 4 RPs to reply to and these three OOCs to work on, so I may fall silent for periods of time while I'm working on responses :P

Skin: Unearthly white with only a single flaw, a harsh pink scar running from hip to shoulder blade across the back.
Build: Very slight with no clear muscle definition, but not sickly looking.
Extra: When in human form he has a cat tail just like in his animal form, but as thick as his wrist, and long enough to wrap around his neck several times. He also has the radar like savannah cat ears atop his head and no human ears. His nails are black, longer, ticker, and more pointed than human nails. All of these he can hide magically so that he can look completely human if he wants to.
Clothes: None. He can will a simple kimono and cover into existence, silver in color with a black obi and dark red covering, but he is naturally naked.

Also, while not hiding his animal qualities his senses are like a cat's. He is strongly connected to nature and seems to understand messages on the wind.
General Personality: Yu is a very relaxed guy. He is almost instinctual slothful in many respects and gets testy when forced to move against this will. However, once he becomes active, he tends to not be able to stop until he's exhausted. Having see a lot of things in his many years, he isn't as easily fascinated any more, and something has to be particularly new or play to his more odd fascinations to catch his attention. He loves people for the most part, but has often found times where he wishes one nothing but harm for their actions. On the whole though, he love attention, if he doesn't have to work for it, and seeks out places where he can attain it easily. He can be somewhat obsessive and has a strong protective/possessive streak when it comes to things he likes.
Background: He was born at a time where it was already against the unwritten rules to reveal yourself to humans. He spent his childhood with his grandfather at the outer edges of a small village on an island. Eventually his grandfather returned to the clan, deep in the mountains. However Yu stayed in the village for quite some time. He became their good luck charm, but after a generation the village fell on bad times and blamed him. He was driven out of town, one farmer managing to get in a lucky slash with his old war blade. Now, even in cat form, he carries a scar across his back from the attack. In his feline form it is represented by a strip of white fur in the same shape, length, and location as when he's human. After that, he never stayed in a town or village longer than ten years, to avoid suspicion. He eventually hopped a boat to a mainland and has traveled the world ever since. He's been in his current town for only a few months and is just now getting to know the human residents. He's already acquainted with a few youkai like himself who live outside of town, but never meets with them in town. His life has been long, but not overly exciting, and even after his bad experience at a young age with humans, he finds himself very fond of them.

I think you starting would make more sense, but I can come up with something if you want me to start. No problem. I set up a thread in the Help section in hopes that one of the mods will delete those posts we want deleted. Kangaroo deleted a post for someone else before, so I hope someone will do it for us too. You seem stressed. Don't worry about it, I have 26 other RPs to keep me occupied, so don't feel rushed. I'm a patient person.
