No talk= Deadpool is serious business, a bit unfocused and doesn't even try. In a fight he would just parry every move. Talking= Traditional Deadpool. The jokster who beats people up with ease.

Its like Spider-Man, during a few "dark times" his villains realize that a silent Spider-Man is damn near lethal and always a losing fight, but when he's joking around he's nowhere near as brutal

I think I'd take a talking deadpool seriously.

Which isn't allowed :P

Nah, do what you want. I personally don't like the Hulk idea. If the hulk is played I feel that Bruce should learn to control the Hulk during the roleplay.Means that he is an ally and an enemy both at the same time.

Kind of the point.

At least he explained it now.

Also Ersatz Iron Man still doesn't exist on the OP. Also Gowi you want to strike up some Stark-Future Foundation interaction at some point? Especially with the Stark Expo coming up.

With them being nearly broke might be a good idea for Reed to shows off some new inventions.

Character You Wish To Play: Wallace "Wade" Wilson

..You Alliterative Asshole

Moral Alignment (Hero, Villain, Walking the Line): Walking the Line

...I hope this ain't the DMV

Affiliation (what group/team/organization, if any, is your character affiliated with?): Agency X/The Deadpool Corps

I solemnly swear that I, Wade, will protect and serve my little italic jabs

Character Origin & Backstory:

Powers and Abilities (What can your character do? What can't they do?):
Healing Factor- given to him by Those People during his stint at That Place, he was given the most advanced healing factor ever, allowing him to even reattach his severed head.

Remember that one time at That Place with Those People? Good times, good times.

Telepathic Immunity- his brain has been rewired and operates at a faster than normal speed, granting him immunity to telepathic assault.

I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 2

Augmented Strength- Wade's muscles were experimented on, allowing him to lift 1,000 pounds

Insert 6 million dollar man music

Augmented Tactical Manuevering- Wade's mind was altered so that when presented with a combat scenario, he would go into an autopilot-like state and become a kind of killing machine, with enhanced relfexes, stamnia, and speed

Well somebody's seen RoboCop lately

Master Martial Artist Skills- Wade was trained in most known forms of martial arts during his time with those people, able to clear a room of attacking ninjas and use breathing techniaues to put his body into a near death-like state.

Wax on, Wax off

Master Swordsmanship- Wade was trained in the art by Those People during every waking moment of his captivity, enabling him to slice the wingtips off a nat or slice a bullet in half.

Alright, who cut the cheese?

Sample Post (This is used as an introduction to your writing – try to keep it to around three paragraphs or more and try to include dialogue):

Point in case, was just trying to get a bit more interaction going on. Also If you want it I also give you permission to jump in on the current fight. There would be the chance that they'd be there getting stuff ready and hearing all the commotion. Your call.

Well it was if they were at the Expo setting up anyway I'm sure they'd jump to help when they noticed what was going on.

Just trying to create a bit of interaction.

Interaction, just for the sake of interaction, is not always a superb idea.

Interaction is better than everyone running around doing their own thing. If I wanted to just do my own thing I would just write a fanfic.

Things of quality should be built up and worked towards, not thrown together and forced to allow for interaction. This is a sandbox RP. Done right, there should be a blend of both solo arcs and collaborative efforts between players.

For example: Gowi and I will have several collaborative plots in the near future, but we are both currently doing primarily solo arcs to better develop our characters and the part of the world/RP they live in. If we had just decided to do a collab post immediately, solely for the interaction, our characterizations would likely have suffered.

All-in-all, I believe interaction should be well thought out, otherwise you end up with another debacle such as Robinson Park - to use a reference the Ultimate RPers here would be familiar with.

I agree all the time interaction is bad, some down time is good. Though some of the best interaction as well is forced. When players are just forced upon eachother and have to make do. As that shows what your characters are really like in extreme situations.

They also shouldn't be prolonged to the point where it seems pointless either. I mean if chars are going to be solo most of the time and then in a group for a short period of time it isn't really worth it as far as I am aware.

Forced writing is never good lol. Throwing a bunch of characters together doesn't show how the characters react in extreme situations, it shows how a writer, forced into a potentially frustrating situation, tries to stay afloat long enough to turn the situation into something maneagable. More often than not, these forced situations don't turn out anything close to well.

Worked well for Jedi Exile, on the most part. There were iffy spots though that was largely due to me travelling or other people going inactive for a bit.

I guess we just like different things in a roleplay, this is allowed :P

Gowi - You don' wanna link up till the Expo tis fine with me. I'll have Stark annoy you then. The Expo I felt was just a great thing to have, it lets players mingle as either themselves or their y'know. Secret identities (For those of us with secret identities) and generally hullabaloo and if players want it the whole interaction thing. If ersatz is a nice GM and doesn't drop enemies on people, don't worry. I won't at the Expo.
