[IC] Secret Mission (Magarafoxfire and Drakon)

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage shook his head, "I'm not going anywhere like Kylar told you I think of him as my own son, I'm not going to leave till I know he is still in good shape it takes a lot for people to get to know me. Kylar has known me since he was a kid, I rather have someone by my side that know my strengths and weakness's than a person that doesn't. Not a lot of people understand him anymore, everyone liked him when he was a kid now they think he's not even there anymore."

[MegaraFoxfire]

Megumi said "Well, after we are finished with this mission...they will se him again...but I mean you don't need to stay with me when I do this...I can send one of the ninja to get you when I'm almost done. I promise you will be the first thing he sees when he wakes"

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage nodded, "thanks megumi." He started heading back toward the office, his mind mostly on Kylar while he tried to get work done. He couldn't concentrate, with Kylar mostly on his mind he couldn't even write one word. He leaned back in his chair, and waited since he couldn't get any work done.

It took a number of hours, soon it had been almost 12 hours of Megumi working on Kylar. After that a ninja came and told the mizukage that Megumi was almost done and she was calling for him. When he got there Megumi hadn't moved, her skin pale and covered in sweat. She didn't move her eyes, the glow still there. She looked drained and tired, but she kept going.

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage sat on the floor, and waited he wasn't a very patient person, but he kept quiet knowing if he broke her concentration it would back fire. He just watched as Kylar lay there unmoving, he hated it when Kylar was this still he knew he couldn't stay in one place for very long. That's why when something was wrong, he knew because Kylar didn't move an inch at all.

[MegaraFoxfire]

Megumi panted, knowing she was almost there. But something wasn't right and she knew it. She closed her eyes and muttered softly "Spirit of the shade...give me the last bit of strength I need to save him...please..." The mark on her neck glowed brightly and a new wave of energy pulsed thru, cleaning out anything left that was harmful to the lad. Megumi could barely stay on her feet as she was pulling the shadows away from him, stumbling back as she said "He should...rest now...he should be up by morning..." She pulled her last shadow off and the glowing stopped.

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage put his hands on her shoulders to steady her, "you need to get rest yourself." He called in another ANBU which lead her to another room not far from Kylar's "I don't think you want to be that far from him." He gently closed the door behind him, he went back onto his regular patrols.

[MegaraFoxfire]

Megumi sat down on the bed, feeling her body shaking. But she didn't want to leave his side so she got back up and went out the door, pausing by the room then opening the door. She moved to kylars side, taking his hand and sitting down. She was tired, but she wanted to be sure he would wake up.

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage was sitting at his desk getting the work he needed done, they had found the people who were causing the activity. now they needed to stop them, Kylar's breathing was steady. The mizukage had tons of work to do, he slowly got back to work it would be a tiring night he knew itm but he had work to get done.

[MegaraFoxfire]

Megumi smiled weakly as his breathing returned to normal. "It's going to be alright my friend....your safe now..." She fought to keep her eyes open, not wanting to leave him defenseless

[Drakon rilt]

Kylar mumbled in his sleep, "megumi," but that's what all came out of him while he slept. he was having a nightmare, but was to tired to wake up from it, he had to deal with it, but he could manage.

[MegaraFoxfire]

Megumi held his hand tighter, her hand shaking. "I'm right here, kylar...I'm not leaving till your well again..." Her head was pounding and her eyes fought to close but she pushed it away.

[Drakon rilt]

sweat was running down Kylar's forehead as he relived the night his parents were killed in front of him, he was letting out shuddering breaths.

Megumi hated seeing him like this, so she focused what little chakra she had left and said "ninja art....deep sleep...jitsu..." It was a small trick to cause dreamless sleep. But she was over taxing her self, a drop or two of blood falling for her nose as she used the jitsu

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage was leaning against the door, "he wouldn't want you over working yourself just for him, he would do the same thing for you and I'm guessing you wouldn't want him over working himself for you, but he'd do it any way."

[MegaraFoxfire]

She looked at him and said "I had to try....he deserves better then what he has been living thru..." Her head was swimming as she finished the jitsu and set his hand down. She was pushing it now

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage looked at her, then at Kylar sadness showed in his eyes as he looked at Kylar. "you at least need to get some rest we got a lot to do later and we need both of you at your best. you can stay in this room there's another bed on the other side or go back to the other room."

[MegaraFoxfire]

Megumi nodded but didn't move. She was too tired to move at this point.

[Drakon rilt]

The mizukage picked her up, and laid her down on the opposite bed.

She was out in moments, looking drained, tired and pale. But she was almost smiling in her sleep. She done all she could. She would be out for a while to recover her chakra.
