It's pretty gross outside where I am so I'm currently snuggled in, watching Avengers: Age of Ultron so that I'm good and ready to watch Captain America: Civil War this weekend.

I've been having some trouble coming up with my fight scene these last few days, guys. I've never really written one before and I'm just having trouble coming up with ideas. So that's why I haven't posted yet, hehe.

We can definitely help out with that. Since it's just a fight against fodder essentially, you have lots of creative freedom here. This isn't a realistic simulation roleplay either so you're also free to be a bit flashier in terms of movements and combat actions.

As for writing the scene itself, there are many different ways to write a fight scene. Just try and imagine the scene visually in your head, like a movie, and describe how you'd want your character fight her enemies. You can even add in dialogue and such from the grunts if you want. I'd give you a more detailed reply, but I'm at work on my phone lol.

To be honest, I've been waiting on someone else to post first. Add on a horrible work weekend and me being burned out by RPs and getting really into Battleborn and there you go. But I am here, I am alive, and I am still a part of this.

You guys don't have to be afraid of doing something wrong. There really isn't a right or wrong way to write this kind of scene, it's basically just whatever you feel you want your character to do. As I've said, these guys are fodder and they're not meant to beat any of the player characters so you literally have free reign. Remember, the only thing I ask is that we all try to hit three paragraphs for the sake of others having something to bounce from, but that's the only imposing rule. Don't worry about it too too much, just let yourself write naturally and see what comes up!

It's not that I'm scared to post first, it was I wanted to wait plus those other things. I don't know if I'm going to be able to get one done today with work and all, but I am off of work tomorrow and can devote more time to getting something up.

Nope, the addition of more soldiers is fine :). Lol, Dianthe is calling out Bryce huh? Intriguing. Bryce and Ophelia were going to join the fight anyways, but this is a nice little development. I'll roll with it then in my next post.

Between these site outages and an unexpected trip I was forced to take (with electronics being banned for good measure >>), it's been a bit hard to get to the site so sorry about that. I'm going to go ahead and put up my story post though. @Oxenfree seems to have disappeared for the moment and @FantasyChic is a bit of the same. I know Vicious is still gone so I'll have my post up just as soon as I can while also navigating through these intermittent outages.

I don't think I once said I was gone, or made it look like I was. I've been here, just been busy with a ton of things like work. Plus I will be going on a trip for a few days as well. I'm still around though, never left.

Christ, what a week. Sorry for the lack of updates, work has truly been a nuisance for me this past week. I'm still here though and my post should be up tonight or tomorrow for those who are still here.
