Special Abilities:

Age Manipulation. With his ability, Justice is able to transform the age of what he so desires, be it simply in physical form or in mentality as well. He cannot change the mentality of a person into a child without also changing their physical appearance, however changing their physical appearance can be done without messing with their head. In a rare medusa-like case, all Justice needs to be able to change something's age is make eye contact-- even one eye will do. Physically touching a person has been disputed to work as well, though given people make eye contact before he gets a hand on them, no one is really sure.

Physical touch is, however, needed to affect things that don't necessarily have eyes, like trees. The ability affects anything that has either grown or have the potential to grow, so uh, read as: pretty much all living things except living things about to die. He cannot use this aging ability to kill, given as death is not technically an age. Shriveling up a tree until it's old or reversing the growth of a tree and turning it back into a sapling is no problem for Justice, though if he doesn't revert it, the repercussions could end up being weird no matter the subject, be it animal, human, or nature, leading into mental deterioration or dna mutations. The age changes tend to be permanent unless Justice wills it differently.

That said, it can be used for aging someone up to heal a wound(he can't age the wound specifically), but the process ages them only if the wound would have healed naturally without the aid of modern science and obviously can't be used too much given there's a point where a person would just turn really really old or not heal at all.

Physical Strength:

Clearly, in his different forms, Justice's strengths and weaknesses differ. While he is a fast runner in both bodies, the speed differs from him being in his normal form to his child form. He is flexible and dexterous, with a capability in both bodies to climb trees and hang upside down, as he is prone to doing (as well as lighting them up). However, the muscles that Justice has developed in his times doing crazy fucking shit does not translate to his younger body, and things that would seem like an easy thing for Big Justice, like running long distance or picking up people may seem different to Young Justice.

The same goes for the other way around, things Young Justice might be able to do not translating as well when he reverts to his original size, either because of weight difference or just because the difference in the length of his limbs are too drastic and weird. That said, he may come off as clumsy in either forms, and despite his affinity in climbing shit or whatever, he is bound to trip over his own two feet due to the confusion on his proprioception.

Mental Strength:

Justice is definitely collected, and despite the ever changing of his body, handles it quite well. The fact he changes form so much should also be a hint as to his tendency to be stubborn, not a bone in his body that enjoys losing or quitting. He's self confident despite his flaws and faults, rarely anything brushing past his thick skin. Past that, however, there are obviously some issues regarding his thought processes, given his pyro tendencies and tendency to lie about the smallest things. He feels neither closeness nor distance in others, though understands the concepts of friendships and love and acts upon such concepts if he sees fit.

School wise, Justice was never into academia and is close to illiterate, things like reading taking him a long time. He identifies much easier with pictures and images, and it's unknown if this is an effect of changing bodies so often. While he doesn't quite understand physics in the mathematic sense, his educated guesses are pretty good, Justice being more instinctive than anything, be it from how to break a fall without breaking anything, or throwing things at a distance.

Weaknesses:

Due to his always changing limb size, Justice never had time to truly get used to each version, and whenever he did get used to one version, he'd do something to transform into the other version and ultimately continue the cycle. As such, the confident Justice tends to come off a bit clumsy at times, more than once burning himself as he tried to head out of a fire he'd started. Not only that, but his hubris is to the point of unhealthiness, probably bound to get him landed in a real jail anytime soon. Honestly, if he did get badly hurt or burnt, he would probably be too proud to ask for assistance. As stated earlier, he is damn near illiterate and too proud to try and fix it. He has a deep dislike for people who talk too much about things that don't interest him, especially considering his personality-- he'd rather run off than sit and listen. Furthermore, he has a bad smoking habit, developed at the young age of a year ago and thus often gets antsy or just straight up just starts his smoke break wherever he is.

Details:

If Justice uses the ability, he can only change the age somewhere within a six months' span, the change will not affect the mental state, and the change can only last three minutes. In simpler terms: his power's useless. If he pushes it, however, a feeling akin to rubberbands tightly wrapping all over his body comes over him and he makes a physical transformation into a child version of himself. His mental age for the most part does not differ, which makes it weirder to see a little kid walking around smoking and shit. His appearance tends to stay consistent, though if he continued to push the limits of the collar, he would probably only continue reverting further as a child.

Bubble Manipulation- Perri has the ability to create bubbles or control them in expanding or retracting. Her bubbles, of course, are stronger than average bubble and will not pop without her command.

Physical Strength:

Perri is moved by motivation. If she refuses to do something or has no desire to do something, she has no power to do that thing. However, if you motivate her with certain points of interest she has been well known to run extra fast or lift a good amount. For someone who does not exercise, any exertion of her body based on motivation can make her muscles very sore afterwards. She does nothing to train her body spare stretches, and doesn't push herself. Overall, her body isn't as great as it could be, but can be motivated to do more than it should be able to.

Mental Strength:

Looking past the whole "kooky" vibes, Perri seems to be quite mentally strong, which is actually not uncommon to sociopaths. She has an interest in games made with special complicated rules, and despite it seeming as though she makes them up on the spot, if a person keeps notes, they realize she truly is playing by the rules. Which is a big metaphor on the way Perri's mind works-- she herself plays a game in which the whole world is her arena, and plays with rules that seem to always change but don't actually. She is patient and impatient, playful and direct. It takes a lot to break her, but she often breaks herself so you just have to wait till she reaches that point.

The fact that she can be motivated to run faster despite her body not being able to do that much without the motivation says a lot about her obsessive qualities as well. A tendency to warp the importance of certain things in her mind make her moral standing a bit harder to grasp. Not to mention that beyond that, she isn't necessarily lacking in creativity-- even with an ability that is as silly as bubbles, she has found many ways to use it to her enjoyment.

Weaknesses:

A girl as strong as Perri is also quite weak. From her obsessive mindset to the way she pushes her body past the limit in order to appease her obsessions, it is only a matter of time she loses a limb doing something drastic. She also has a strong distaste of consistent noises, or noises with a pattern to them, from tapping feet to a ticking clock. They irritate her inexplicably, and she'd rather scream to drown the sounds out than continue to hear them. Perri often finds herself in compromised situations due to her lack of motivation, be it being tied up and taken advantage of or being stuck with lawyers that don't do their jobs properly. She is bleeding bad luck and anyone that takes a further step back to look over her history can see it.

When she laughs, screams, or in general has a diffent voice pattern, bubbles come out of her mouth. That includes making silly voices or whispering. Often times she will be caught whispering in class due to the appearance of the bubbles-- which, similarly to the ones she can create, last longer than actual bubbles but unlike the ones she can create, are not indestructible. They make for a bad trait to have when playing hide and seek.

Robin Lowe. Never has a boy been so frightened by her and had such big eyes and pretty hair. Perri wants to scrape his skin off with her nails and trace the shape of his ears with her tongue. All weirdly obsessive stuff.
Bugs and tiny animals. Perri has a side interest in pinning butterflies down or nailing mice onto crosses, countering that it is a hobby and not simply a sick outlet to release the shit going in her head. Plus, she loves how tiny and terrified they get.
Spelling. She can't actually spell for shit, and a teacher she once had told her to spell words in her sentences that she said to both introduce vocabulary words into her daily life and also spell it. Words now interest her, though not as much as the above two.
Strong scents. No explanation here, other than she finds them intoxicating.

Physical Strength:

Hideously weak. No, seriously, Robin bruises easier then a peach and sometimes has trouble even opening a door. He isn't unhealthy in the slightest, in fact he's quite harsh on himself when it comes to eating right and exercising, but in the end he just finds himself with lack luster muscles and an inability to change this fact about himself. He's quick but not extremely so, and seems to have two left feet. Overall rating: 3/10

Mental Strength:

What Robin lacks in physicality he makes up for in smarts. Brute strength is replaced with brute honesty, wailing fists pushed aside for startling, harsh commentary. He is a little spitfire, a smiling manic with a mouth he obviously keeps unfiltered to rile people up. Robin has the eyes of an artist (albeit, a bad artist) and he uses his observant nature to point out various flaws and insecurities of people, places, or things. His bad mouth has often gotten him into trouble, and his excuse for all the horrid yet intellectually accurate words he spews is normally "I don't like lying to people's faces, ya know?" Due to his mental-oriented nature, he is relatively well off in the ways of mental fortitude. Overall rating: 9/10

Weaknesses:

• Drawing: Yes, an art manipulator with the inability to draw (draw well at least). Even if Robin is aware of his sucky art he never lets on. Sometimes he'll draw a scribble and look proud, but in the end it's just a scribble that will eventually leap off the page to wreak havoc and nothing more.
• Fighting: Robin likes to stay on the analytical side of things and often lets his drawings do the dirty work for him. He bruises easy and isn't a fan of violence in general, even if his words say otherwise.
• Observant People: People who can see through his smiley facade scare him, greatly.
• Water: Like, really. Water gets all his papers soaked and all the colors bleed together to make an even bigger mess than before. It's a real mess when Robin and water collide.
• Women: Gynophobia, the fear of women in a social and physical sense. Spurred from Robin's awful mother, he often has trouble talking to and approaching women in public, and will at times scurry away in an effort not to see any at all.

Robin's restriction is literally censorship. Yep, when his words or drawings get too out of control, his collar puts into act a various amount of bleeps or blurs to ensure that Robin can no longer speak out with his horrid words or draw anything too big and deadly-looking.

Background Info:

Robin liked drawing. Ever since he was young he made hideous attempts at art and showed it off like masterpieces. The first time his power came into action he was five and he had just drawn a huge bunny-cat combo. It leapt off the page with vigor and trotted across his room savagely, spurred by the boy's imagination alone. Robin had to squash it with a book to get it to vanish. He drew more creatures after that and honed his powers. His mother called him a freak. His father called him a genius. Robin called himself "an artist".

Robin didn't like his mother. She was the opposite of a war; she was boring and chilling and lazy. Her voice gave Robin nightmares and he eventually grew a fear of all women because she was either overbearing or nothing at all.

He went to public school and did well in most classes, besides gym. He always got caught trying to sneak out in gym. The extra punishment laps never helped him like the class any better.

Robin hung around as the head of a small school gang once. They enjoyed his plots and followed his word like monkeys. He liked them. They ended up not liking him after a certain smile and harsh set of language and devised to bully him one day in the boy's restroom. That was the first instance of ink and doodles running rampant. The entire first floor men's restroom was coated with ink stains for the rest of the year. Robin looked pleased rather then apologetic.

This accident happened many more times after that.

The second time it happened Robin was skipping class. The third time was Robin getting some relief from his boredom. The fourth incident happened when one of the taller girls got too close and scared the hell outta him. The last incident happened when he sent a few naughty scribbles out to rile up some upperclassmen. He was locked sent away for good after that.

Interests:

• Mischief: Robin's one true love. His words are normally meant to stir the waters in an effort to spawn some issues or playful problems. Of course, they're also the reason he often ends up with black eyes and bloody noses.
• Drawing: Even if he's god awful at it, drawing still helps Robin unwind and his creations are helpful, even if they're a bit harder to control.
• People Watching: "It's not perverse, it's just a hobby!" Robin enjoys looking out for peoples weak spots, and people watching is just how he does so.
• Graffiti: Though Robin is god awful at sketching and painting, he is surprisingly adept at graffiti, and when given the time and place and items he'll gladly put his tag up (in record time to boot!)
• Smiling: Robin's snarky grins have earned him a reputation of being a "fake ass". He'll smirk even when he's putting down another poor soul with his harsh words. Sometimes a more sadistic light can be caught shining between his teeth, but for all intents and purposes they're just regular, seedy smirks. And he loves making them, for some reason.
• Cooking: Robin's a killer chef, and he adores making food as much as he enjoys eating it.

Special Abilities:
Emperor’s Hunting Companion: A phenomena Arjuna refers to as his “beast”. Arjuna is capable of manifesting a strange sort of ethereal chimaera. Appearing like a silvery, shimmering wolf with draconic horns, tracks of scales, the mane of a lion, and a devil-like tail, the creature’s almost flame-like appearance and large frame cuts an intimidating figure. The beast, which Arjuna named Sascha, can operate up to thirty feet away from its master. The beast is incredibly fast and strong, but the most dangerous things about it are its more exotic abilities. Arjuna is capable of summoning individual parts of the beast from his own body instead of Sascha’s entire form. And, most oddly, Sascha is capable of “consuming” concepts. For example, Sascha can “eat” the distance between itself or Arjuna and an object as a way to teleport.
Physical Strength:
Arjuna himself is an impressive specimen. Possessing top class strength, speed, reflexes and stamina as a result of years of physical fitness training and schoolyard brawls, it would be hard not to assume that his monstrous physical prowess wasn’t granted by superhuman powers.
Mental Strength:
Despite coming off like a brute, Arjuna is actually quite sharp. Though, his intelligence is tempered by large levels of impetuousness and a tendency to have his head up in the clouds. When he actually decides to focus and use his brain, combined with his strength and willpower, he’s practically a force of nature.
Weaknesses:
-Arjuna’s arrogance tends to cause him to underestimate those that he might consider weaker than himself. This leads to a certain level of gullibility on his part when surrounded by those who pledge fealty to him.
-Summoning Sascha takes up a lot of Arjuna’s energy, which only allows him to maintain Sascha’s full form for only three minutes before he’s drained. Furthermore, difficult though it might be, damage to Sascha reflects onto Arjuna himself.
-Has to eat a lot to make up for energy consumed by the use of his power.
-Tends to rush into things without considering the consequences.
-Arjuna’s wholehearted belief in his “destiny” to become a king has manifested into full-blown delusion as he’s grown older, leading one to assume that properly shattering his firmly held dream may put him into a rather bad place. As an extension of this, being unable to gain “subjects” leads to Arjuna becoming morose.

Details:
As if to make room for Sascha’s “meals”, Arjuna vomits any time that his beast devours anything. Particularly large consumption on Sascha’s part causes Arjuna to projectile vomit golden sand along with his own stomach contents. Furthermore, Arjuna’s restraint restricts him from summoning Sascha of his own volition, the beast’s form instead manifesting in mostly harmless forms on Arjuna’s person, mostly ears or a tail, in accordance with the wannabe king’s emotional state.

Background Info:
-Former banchou of Koryu Highschool and surrounding territories.
-Parents are both high ranking businessfolk, thus leaving them with little time for young Arjuna. He’s gotten over it, though. They gotta do what they gotta do, right?
-Was a children’s clothing model at one point, though it’s a bit embarrassing for him to look back on.
-Having consumed loads of tales of kings and warriors in his youth, from a very young age Arjuna had decided that his future occupation would be that of “King”. What that means in a post-monarchy world is a question Arjuna neither has the answer for, nor cares about in any way. Regardless, Arjuna sees schools as a good practice ground for a ruler, though he’s always drawn to the wilder side of delinquent brawling instead of an upstanding position as student council president or something. After all, the kings in the stories earned everything through battle!
-The incident that managed to land Arjuna a trip to Greenwing occurred as a result of a supposed plot against him by the former bancho of one of the schools Arjuna had conquered. Sources close to Arjuna said that the vengeful delinquent offered to pay some local gangsters to put him six feet under, which angered Arjuna enough to confront the “traitor” and attempt to put an end to him. Whether said information was true or not, Arjuna still doesn’t know, but he’s at least temporarily resigned himself to building up a new “kingdom” at Greenwing.

Interests:
-While not necessarily an interest, Arjuna is very good at domestic things like cooking and the likes. Though, he finds gardening to be a particularly zen hobby.
-Enjoys myths and stories about kings and knights and quests and all of that good stuff.
-Pretty well-trained in both boxing and Muay Thai, having taken them up when he was younger as an emotional outlet.
-Which would lead one to assume he derives quite a bit of enjoyment out of busting heads as a hobby.
-Spends a solid amount of his day trying to keep fit.
-On the flipside, he’s also a verrrry big fan of napping.

-Actually quite nice as long as you’re one of his “subjects” and aren’t blatantly bad at feigning respect.
-Rather proud of his name, which means that giving the king a nickname is frowned upon.

Name: Copen Thorsen

Age: 17

Reason for Admission:
- Numerous incidents of theft. He was eventually caught when trailed after stealing a cellphone off of a display. The security guard couldn’t believe his eyes when the girl shifted back into a tall, blond teenager. After he was caught, a stash of stolen items was found in Copen’s bedroom by the police, who were now aware of his powers.
- Impersonation. Copen thought it was funny when he made out with a classmate as her boyfriend, only to shift back into himself and shock her. He’d done it a couple of times to some others, in fact. By now, the police knew of his powers – and suddenly, this was, ‘sexual harassment…’ Puh-lease, they certainly enjoyed my extensive kissing skills at the time. The stealing and impersonation happened around the same time, and the government realized the danger if this kid continued spiraling downward.

Special Abilities: Copen is a human shapeshifter. He can take the form of whoever he pleases – with a catch. His body mass has to stay the same. To get around this, he might replicate someone as slightly taller or larger than usual. He would be a very chubby six-year-old, for example.

Physical Strength:
In his normal form, Copen isn’t strong. He’s quite slender and has coltish limbs that he’s slightly self-conscious of. However, he isn’t really bothered to put the work in to become stronger – he prefers to run. Copen is quite cardio fit, and has nicely toned legs despite them being slim.
However, he is able to shift into a muscular person if he so wishes. They won’t be tall though – muscle weighs quite a bit – and this can be a disadvantage in a fight. He refers to it as, “Wolverine mode.” Minus the claws.

Mental Strength:
Copen isn’t clever. He really isn’t. He’s a bit of an airhead, to be honest – it’s why he was caught so easily. Who could resist the looks on people’s faces when they found out about him? He’s a bit narcissistic, too. He’s forever fixing his hair and straightening his clothes. Underneath this though, he does care about other people and has a soft heart.
Copen is happy-go-lucky, tending not to worry about ‘unimportant,’ things. He’s usually smiling that slight-too-big-for-his-face smile, and laughing rather loudly. He’s also flirtatious and open to hook-ups – but occasionally obsessive over a girl he really likes.

Weaknesses:
- With his good looks and charm getting him most of the way in life, Copen sometimes finds himself very stuck when it doesn’t work on people. He gets frustrated quite easily and isn’t exactly a problem solver so much as a problem maker.
- His narcissism can sometimes blind him to how he appears to others – usually along the lines of annoying.
- Electrical shocks will ‘turn off’ his shifting.

Restrained?: Yes

Details: Copen can shift with his restraint - but it comes with a catch. When he shifts, his entire skin turns blue. It makes it such that he cannot actually impersonate anyone; they'll all know it's him. His skin will turn back to normal when he's back to his usual form.

Background Info:
~ Raised by average, ‘normal,’ family in the rather boring suburbs. Only child. Boring boring boring. Mother and father are skilled Danish immigrants.
~ Popular, well-liked at school amongst peers, not so much amongst teachers – caused mischief.
~ Powers came into being at around age 12. Mucked around with them for innocent fun and attention.
~ Things got boring again, he decided to start doing more daring stunts. Impersonating teachers at school ("school’s out for the day!"), stealing and more nefarious impersonation for ‘action’ he wouldn’t otherwise get.
~ Caught at age 14 with numerous crimes against his name. Decided that he should go to the school for rehabilitation.
