I am so sorry for holding this up for so long, especially after I pestered you guys so much. I've posted now.

To clarify

Chara can be seen by both Frisk and Flowey, Gaster, and Sans whenever he uses his magic eye. To anyone else, they can only see Chara when Chara wants to be seen.

Gaster can be seen by anybody at all times, he’s just not noticed very easily. He usually has to point himself out, except to Sans, Papyrus, Frisk, or Flowey.
Why not Chara? Because Chara A) doesn’t care, and B) does not yet see Gaster as a threat.

I am only puppeting Papyrus for now.

I got just a littleeee too impatient and decided to jump ahead and post something 'cause I really wanted to put in a quick reaction to Gaster.

The one problem was not having a response to Met and Kim running over, so I had to make it like Justice was facing the opposite direction of them. Kim is using the lawns to stay hidden, while Mettaton is using the sidewalk so he doesn't get seen like that.
Somebody get the smol child.

Oh and one more thing: Kim is trying to be hidden because she doesn't want to make direct contact like having to talk while handing over the 'gift'. In her point of view it's kind of like... "a spy mission to place the artifact onto where it belongs before getting caught by the guards". Just a lil entertainment for herself.

@booksmusicanime any idea how long they're all been on the surface already? Or can I make it up? This is crucial to how Chara and Sans are going to act, and to how mean I can make NPC humans towards Tori/Gaster and co.
