[OOC] TITANS SOUTH (MIAMI)

The appearance of so many new but youthful Heros called for the creation of the Teen Titans and in the beginning they were found only on the West coast in Jump City. they were were formed by Robin, Cyborg, Starfire, Raven and Beast Boy.

This Quintet was later followed by the Titans of the East in Steel City and founded by Bumble Bee, Speedy, Aqua Lad and the twins Más y Menos.

Then came the Titans of the North based out of Canada formed by Res Star, Argent, Kyle and Gnarrk.

This team though will be an alternate version of the Titans of the South and based out of Miami.

Formed by Jesse Quick Daughter of Johnny Quick and Liberty Bell this is the newest team in the Teen Titan's franchise

I am making this short and sweet so we can get started as I am sure people wish it to be.

Guidelines

1 : This RP will be based on the DC Hero code of Ethics ( No lethal attacks)
2 : Characters will be no older than 20 (Hence the Teen in the title) and no younger than 15 (This is not a daycare)
3 : Characters can be related to existing DC heros or OCs
4 : No Superman level characters (This includes Lanterns, Shazams and other mega types)
5 : The GMs rulings are final when so stated as "This is my ruling" (I dislike endless discussion and arguments as I am sure do others)
6 : Romances and mild Romantic conflict encouraged ( Who didn't enjoy Starfire an Robin's confusing attempts to explore what each meant to the other or Beastboy's crush on Raven)
7 : Mental abilities such as Telepathy and Mind control will only be used on NPCs unless both players agree ahead of time. The exception to this is if a player says they are thinking something in their post and don't have mental shields.
Example = Marcus looks at the new Lighting God Motorcycle by Wayne Inc. And thinks ~Man I wish I could afford that~
In this example Marcus is actively thinking something that to a telepathic could be considered the same as thinking out loud.

Additional guidelines

Please post you characters name at the top of each post to ease identification of who is active

Example

You don't need to be as flashy but using color and bold makes it stand out

Also when talking to or being involved in action with other characters you should use the mention at the bottom or top of your post so they will know you've responded is a good idea to speed up the chance they notice

Power(s):
Cryptid Shape Shifting: James is able to magically shape shift into different beast from legends such Big Foot, The Lochness Monster and more. As it is right now he has five different forms that he can change into and each form comes with their own special abilities. It takes him five seconds to change forms and the more he changes the more energy he uses.

Sasuatch: This form grants James great strength and allows him to lift a max of five tons. He also has night vision.

Champ: This form is for underwater travel and combat. As Champ James can hold his breath for three hours underwater and his skin is dense enough to allow him to dive down to very deep depths with no pain and thus gives him high resistance to blunt damage.

The Dogman: The Dogman form is strong, but not as strong as James' Sasquatch form, but The Dogman is far faster and more agile as well as have a far greater sense of smell and tracking capabilities.

The Jersey Devil: This form allows him to fly at top speed of 300 mph and has great aerial maneuverability.

The Best of Bladenboro: In this shape James is a little bigger than an average cat and is vampiric in nature and needs to drink blood to sustain his strnegth.

Skill(s): He has incredible knowledge of cryptozoology and naturalism.

Weapons/Gadgets: none
History: James was born in a small town in the Midwest of America and for as long as he could remember the stories of legendary beasts such as the Sasquatch and the lochness monster. He always had a dream of finding such incredible beasts despite all of his friends telling him constantly that they didn't exist. Little did James know, he was a homo-magi and thus capable of wielding the arts of magic. For James his magic was the ability to shift into cryptids and take on their shapes. These amazing abilities made him powerful and it wasn't long until he started using them for the greater good. With a costume he made himself, James' took on the name Strange Beast and began his teen career of hero work.

He eventually teamed up with Animal Man and two did some work together. The senior hero then introduced him to the new team of teenage heroes known as the Teen Titans and James' excited to meet others like him with special powers.
