Karaha the Umbreon
[Folio Town - The Blue Treecko]

@Crimson Flame@Light Lord@Lucius Cypher@Shiny Keldeo
Taking a seat at the head of the table, the Umbreon looked over the group for a moment before his gaze fell upon Devon. The Totodile was having issues with the menu from what he could tell. A soft sigh escaped his maw.

When Devon questioned everyone, the Umbreon sat his head on the table, waiting for their answer. That was of course when Gren replied. With an audible groan escaping his maw, he picked himself up, looking over the small Aron with amber eyes.

"...The lower level of the trunk is where I actually found you, Devon. In fact, it was the deepest chamber in the dungeon. That said, it's exceedingly dangerous... Gren. Why, might I ask, do you need to go there?"

Robel the Heliolisk
[Folio's Trunk - B10]

Leaning against a mossy wall, a Heliolisk allowed himself to drop as he slumped into a seated position. Pulling forward his pack, he rummaged around in it before pulling out a Big Apple. I've searched the entirety of this dungeon, and I cannot find a trace of that Tyranitar. I wouldn't expect him to come this deep into the trunk, but... it's the only place left.

Opening his jaws, he chomped down on the Apple, a happy smile crossing his features. After a few more bites, a dark navy figure came into Robel's peripherals. Tearing his eyes from his meal, the Heliolisk's gaze then fixed upon the form of a Garchomp.

This isn't good.

The ground before him opened as an [EARTHQUAKE] headed straight towards him. It's super effective.

It wasn't over. Before Robel could even pick himself back up, another [EARTHQUAKE] ripped apart the ground before him. In that moment, the Heliolisk crumpled to the mossy floor.

————

Eyes fluttered open, and the Heliolisk pulled himself upright; every inch of his body thoroughly in pain. The room seemed empty now, except for a satchel that was tossed some ways away from him. Oran berries...

Straining, the Heliolisk limped towards the pack. Finally reaching the pack, the Heliolisk threw himself at it, rummaging through before finally pulling out several oran berries. Hastily, he stuffed them into his jaws. The glow of a green Wonder Orb would catch his attention. Pulling out the sphere, he would find it was an Escape Orb!

Holding on to the shimmering orb, he would close his eyes...

[Folio Town - Town Square]

Appearing in the middle of Town Square, the Heliolisk would collapse.

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - The Blue Treeko]

@Ninian@Crimson Flame@Shiny Keldeo@Lucius Cypher

Devon held up both hands with a bewildered expression when Karaha told him the true location of the area he was found in. "Whoa, hold on. Really? Is that where I was? Jeez. For the record, I still have no idea how I got there. I just kinda....Woke up." Lowering his arms and hanging his head for a moment, the Totodile's brown eyes then settled on Gren. Face stern for what he was about to say. "Anyways Gren, I wouldn't take the chance and go there unless your quest is uber important. Like Karaha said it's really dangerous. I almost got chopped up by some crazy Gardevoir when I was in that place. Be careful."

With that said, Devon's face relaxed again. The reptile leaning back a bit in his pillow as he put his claws on his knees and turned to Veronica and Breeze. "So how about you guys? What are you up to in Folio?"

Breeze the Shaymin, Folio Town, The Blue Treeko Inn

@Ninian @Light Lord @Crimson Flame @Lucius Cypher
She had to admit, for a town almost completely cut off from civilization for so long, it was, well, pretty civilized. When they got to what she believed to be the local Inn, something kind of confused her. It was called the Blue Treeko, yet it seemed that a Servine was the only Pokemon working there. In a small town like this, there wouldn't be much need for staff for such an establishment, so she pegged the Servine as the owner of the Inn.

The group were given a table with some menus. There wasn't much on the list, but at least they had some nice dishes. "I'm probably going to get that Oran Berry Salad with some water. I can pay for that myself, of course." The group began to chat about what brought them to Folio Town, and what they were going to do from then on. The Aron, who's name was Gren, was going on some kind of quest.

The Totodile, Devon it seemed, was found in some kind of Mystery Dungeon, apparently located inside the massive tree the town was nestled in. It sounded very dangerous, especially for such a low level like the Totodile. Time to speak up she guessed. "I came for the adventure. Not many Pokemon have been to this town before, and when I heard about it, I had to come see for myself. It was kind of bittersweet, though. Just before coming here, my team... disbanded..." She didn't want to talk about it, it just kind of popped into her head. "I won't talk about it much, I don't want to ruin everyone's good moods."

Then she noticed something through the doorway she was positioned at. That flash, it was unmistakable to an adventurer like herself, she had used the very same thing multiple times. It was the residue from an Escape Orb. "Did anyone else see that? Someone just used an Escape Orb out there..." It worried her. After what she had heard about this 'Folio Trunk' Dungeon nearby, it might be some injured Pokemon or something...

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - The Blue Treeko]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo@Crimson Flame@Lucius Cypher

Devon put his arms up on the table and rested his chin on top of them as he listened to Breeze's story. It was a bit awkward since he had to stand up to do it, but the position was comfortable for now. The sad note that the Shaymin ended on made Devon's face droop and his tail fall to the floor. "It's ok Breeze. That really sucks though. If you want, you can keep hanging out with us after lunch if you don't got anything to do."

The Totodile didn't notice the flash of the Escape Orb himself. Seeing as he had his back turned to the entry way of the building. Though he did turn around to look out into the streets with a curious face. "'Escape Orb'? That's the thing that that we used to get out of that room earlier right Karaha? Does that mean it's someone else coming out from the trunk?" Pausing for a moment, Devon's face scrunched up a bit in thought. Karaha keeps saying how dangerous the inside of the trunk is....I wonder if the Pokémon that came back is hurt?

Walking away from the table and stopping at the doorway, Devon looked back behind his shoulder and pointed a claw towards the source of the flash. "I'm just gonna go check it out real quick. If you guys wanna come with ya can but I'll just be a sec."
With that said, the Water-type quickly ran out of the inn.

[Folio Town - Town Square]

Running towards the small crowd of about six Pokémon that had gathered around the fallen adventurer, Devon squirmed and dodged his way through the crowd to come out next to the collapsed Heliolisk. The yellow reptile had certainly seen better days. Cuts, bruises, and sharp stones littered it's form as it still lay on the wood street. With a bit of worry on his face, Devon hesitantly poked at the Guild members shoulder. "Hey! Are you ok!? Can you hear me!?"

Selena the Bayleef, Folio Town Center

@Ninian @Light Lord @Crimson Flame @Lucius Cypher
Why did she even bother coming here? Every time it was the same thing. She'd try to make a friend, they'd scoff at her, insult her, and make her run off in tears. Or... that's how it usually went. Today the Town Center seemed... empty today. There were a few scattered locals here ant there, but nothing like its usual hustle and bustle. Well... on the bright side, those bullies weren't around today. She sighed in both relief and disappointment. She looked around a little, happening to look towards an odd group of Pokemon heading into the local inn and cafe.

There was a local Umbreon, Selena couldn't quite remember its name. Then there was that Aron, Gren. An adopted child to a Mawile if she could remember correctly. The rest were unknowns to her. A... Totodile she thought they were called. And... maybe Lampent... she hadn't seen one before, but had heard about them. Then there was one she had no clue about... it looked like a grass type... She decided to follow from afar. There weren't too many Pokemon around, so she let her guard down a bit as she peeked through the door.

Then the flash behind her caught her completely off guard. She dove into the bushes, terrified for a moment. The Totodile headed towards the Town Center, and she, for some odd reason to her, felt compelled to follow. When she caught up to the aquatic Pokemon, there was a small group of Pokemon forming around... "Mr. Robel! Oh no..." Robel was a Heliolisk associated with the Folio Guild. They were some of the only Pokemon in town who didn't make fun of her or judge her, so she considered them her friends. "Something must have happened down in the Trunk... I could find help, maybe, I know! My mom could help! She knows Aromatherapy..."

She'd never felt like this before... she wasn't exactly scared, but she wasn't being courageous. Something just kind of... took over. A sense of knowing that she should do something was telling her to do something. Her knees were shaking, but she couldn't help it. She couldn't describe the feeling she had right now if she tried.

Breeze the Shaymin, Folio Town, The Blue Treeko Inn

Devon left rather abruptly, clearly concerned about the Escape Orb flash just moments before. She was just about to follow when that unmistakable growl from her stomach announced itself. She hailed down the Servine who had been their waiter before. "I'm ready to order. I'd like the Oran Berry Salad with some Pure Water please."

She looked back around the building. For a small town that had little traffic, it seemed a waste to have such a large building for Travelers. Sure she's been to places like Treasure Town and Pokemon Square, but those were often wide open to the public. Her thoughts now returned to the Escape Orb flash. "I'm still really worried about that, Escape Orbs are usually only used in drastic situations..."

Karaha the Umbreon
[Folio Town - The Blue Treecko]

@Crimson Flame@Light Lord@Lucius Cypher@Shiny Keldeo
Listening to Breeze's story, Karaha's ears drooped a bit. With furrowed brows, his amber gaze fell upon her, "Adventure? Well... I suppose you'll find quite a bit of that here if you plan to venture into the Trunk, or even the Thirsty Desert. Apologies about your former team, but perhaps you can start one here?"

When Breeze mentioned the Escape Orb, Karaha's eyes narrowed, looking back over his shoulder. Devon made his way out the door before Karaha was able to properly stop him. Turning to Breeze, a small smile crossed his muzzle, "Do not worry, we will handle it. Eat first."

Picking himself up, he started out towards the entrance of The Blue Treecko.

When called over, the Servine quickly attended to the exhausted Shaymin. "Oran Berry Salad, with Pure Water coming up..." Furrowing his brows, the Servine noticed most of the Shaymin's party had exited the establishment, "...Is everything all right?"

Robel the Heliolisk
[Folio Town - Town Square]

Eyes fluttering open, the Heliolisk would find a group gathered around him. A small voice called out to him. "Hrrngh..." A pained grunt was about all that came out of the Generator Pokémon's mouth.

Another, more feminine voice called out. Was she calling his name?

Karaha the Umbreon
[Folio Town - Town Square]

Arriving outside of the Inn, the Umbreon immediately rushed towards Robel. "Oh no," was about all he managed to say. Trying his best to clear the crowd, Karaha then used [WISH]. Karaha's body gives off an extremely bright flash of light. The gentle blue glow of [PSYCHIC] embraced the Heliolisk as Karaha backed away, and set the critically injured Pokémon in the spot he was previously.

A few moments later, a bright sparkling light rained down upon the Heliolisk, filling him with gentle healing energy.

Immediately, the Umbreon turned to the somewhat familiar Bayleef. "Your mother knows Aromatherapy? Please, fetch her at once."

Selena the Bayleef, Folio Town Center

@Ninian @Light Lord
The young Grass Type was caught off guard when the Heliolisk started floating in the air, jumping back for a second. Then she realized that Umbreon from earlier had arrived on the scene, gently using Psychic and Wish. He must have heard her talk about her mother, for immediately he asked her to go and get her. Selena was without words, but nodded and took off towards home.

Soon she spotted it, the house covered in flora. Her mother was outside checking over her garden. "Mom! Mom!" Selena yelled as she ran up to her mother. "Sweetie, what's wrong? What happened?" Said the Meganium, slightly caressing her with neck. "It's Mr. Robel! He's hurt real bad!" The Meganium's expression became shocked. She turned back to the house. "Brute! I'm heading into town, something's happened!" A Torterra came to the door. "Alright, Leanne. I'll hold down the fort here while you're gone."

The Meganium nodded, motioning to her daughter, and took off towards the Town Center, Selena right on her tail. When they arrived, the Heliolisk was laying right where Selena had last seen him. The Meganium turned to the Umbreon. "Karaha, what happened to Robel?"

Breeze the Shaymin, Folio Town, The Blue Treeko Inn

@Ninian
The Servine began questioning about where the others had gone she presumed from his question. "Something happened out in town I think, they went to go check it out." She motioned to the places where Karaha and Devon had previously been. Then her stomach growled loudly once more. "Sorry, it's been a good while since I've actually had something to eat..."

Gren

Location: Folio Town - The Blue Treeko Inn
Activity: Waiting for food and talking to Breeze

Gren lowered his head when he was told that going into the trunk was dangerous. Gren didn't really say why he wanted to go in the first place. He had to have a long talk with mom about going, and she got... Unpleasant. Of course she was only worried about Gren, thinking that he was far too young to try to burden something as heavy as finding out who his real parents were. At the very least, she wanted him to grow up (i.e. evolve) into a larion first before he left. But Gren insisted, day after day, to the point that even a few adults (Most whom Gren didn't really know) tried to tell him to just stay with his mother. Gren didn't know how Karaha thought about Gren going, so he just stayed quiet.

As he waited for someone to get their food, something happened outside. Some sort of commotion. Gren looked from his seat but didn't leave. He already saw a lot of people and his mother told him not to crowd around scenes. It was a magnet for danger, though Gren didn't know what a magnet was. So he stayed put and waited for the Servine to come around, though Gren was still curious. Only Breeze and Veronica was here, and he didn't really know what to talk about. But then he remembered Breeze saying that she used to be in a team. Gren knew that Exploration Teams went into places like the Trunk all the time. Surely Breeze could help him? Maybe even... Understand his plight.

Gren had to get out of his seat (He was too far away from Breeze to speak quietly) and went up to her. "Um... You said you were on a team before, right? I know this might be sudden but... I'd really appreciate it if you could come with me into the lower trunks. I need to find someone down there." Gren knew it seemed rather odd and even impolite for him to simply make a request from a total stranger, but Gren felt like he had little choice. He needed the help of an outsider who didn't think he was just a child. "No one in town will help. They think I'm too young. Maybe I am, but... I'm looking for my parents. My real parents. I was told that someone lives in the lower trunks who might know them, but I need help getting there. If you're going to explore it, maybe I can come with you?" Gren said rather quietly, though anyone who was still at the table could hear him if they paid attention.

Karaha the Umbreon

As the Meganium approached, Karaha continued to gaze upon the Heliolisk. After a moment, he finally shook his head. "I... do not know. I do believe I heard of a mission to the lower trunk, but..." Furrowing his brows, he let out a strained groan. "His wounds do not match what I had just encountered... This would have been either a Rock or Ground-type attack..."

Petra

Folio’s Trunk - Floor 6

Petra kicked up a continuous cloud of dust, as she dragged her feet on the ancient floor, trying to amuse herself.

This had to have been her fifth time walking through this dungeon. As always, it was different every time she went through, but that didn’t really make it particularly difficult or exciting. In fact, the extra time consumed to find her way through somewhere she already knew inside out made the whole thing kinda boring.

Oh well. Prices had to be paid to go from inside the town to the outside. This was still the only place she’d explored since arriving. Petra usually used it as a sort of training. If she was going to explore anything, she had to understand the workings of the dungeon she already knew she could walk through.

It didn’t feel like she was learning much anymore, though. She hadn’t seen anything new this entire time, for some reason.

Actually, come to think of it, there was a suspicious lack of the mindless Pokemon that usually came alongside a dungeon exploration. For whatever reason, Petra had been able to make her way through all the last 5 floors completely unbothered. She didn’t mind, obviously, they were barely more than a nuisance at this point, but at the same time, the twisty cave’s silence gave a sort of growing eeriness. Petra, typically bold, found herself acting a bit more cautious around shadows and corners. So far, there’d been nothing to confirm her creeping shivers.

That is, until now. A faint, high voice, yelling out. Petra had no idea where this had come from, but it almost sounded like a child, screeching to another.

If that was the case, that could mean there was a child in the dungeons. While Petra was, technically young herself, she was fully capable of holding her own against the dungeon’s Pokemon. A kid, not so much. Petra ceased her foot-dragging. There was no time for that now, a kid could be in danger!

While not a particularly quick Pokemon to begin with, owing to her heavy natural armor, Petra was capable of sprinting at speeds that would typically be considered a leisurely jog by most others. As she sped through empty room after empty corridor, she finally encountered a trace- A room, with a severely blackened crater in one of the far walls.

As she approached it, Petra realized the blackness of the little crater was the effect of some sort of writing foul residue, of an unknown origin. She’d never seen anything like it. She hoped to never see it again.

Further investigation of the room around her revealed a large streak of floor, which had been roughly swept away with a poorly-made broom. Evidence of a fight? She hoped not. A fight would mean she was too late.

It looked like whatever had happened here had happened only a minute ago. There was a staircase up in the other side of the stairs, and if the sounds were any indication, the combatants had continued upwards. Petra, afraid for this unknown child, rushed up the stairs to find them.

At the next floor, there was even more evidence of attacks. More black craters in the walls near one of the corridors exiting the room she was in, and plenty of dust, hanging in the air. She hurried down the corridor, and sound started to become clear. Insults, yelling, and incoherent sentences soon became heard.

Petra briefly paused her sprint, to pull a small seed from her ear. She wasn’t actually entirely sure what it did, but it looked vaguely menacing and smelled foul. She held it in her mouth, taking care not to bite into it, and then resumed her chase.

Less than a minute later, she finally stumbled upon the source of the noise. There was a massive Gliscor, chasing something smaller and blue. The massive bat-scorpion was clearly the aggressor, flinging all sorts of attacks at the blue Pokemon. Petra saw her chance! There was a kid in danger, here was her shot at doing some good for once.

Petra abruptly lifted herself up on two legs, then one, and spun herself around a few times. When she had built up enough speed, she released the seed from her mouth, which flung directly at the Gliscor.

Before she could see what happened, though, she fell to her side. She was momentarily too dizzy to see what the seed did, but that would wear off soon. Petra hoped she hadn’t made a mistake.

Lilisette the Kirlia
[Folio's Trunk - Floor 6]

@Empour
While flying from Petra's mouth to the Gliscor, a giant flamethrower followed as the Blast Seed impacted the Fang Scorpion Pokémon's back. Letting out a pained yelp, it fell to the dungeon floor, curling into a ball.

Hearing the blast, Lilisette skidded to a stop, turning around to see what had happened. Perhaps not the best idea, but the Kirlia was curious. To her surprised, once the dust settled, an Aron was laid on its side behind the Gliscor's crumpled form. Rushing over without a second thought, she called out, "Was that you who saved me!? Are you all right?"

Closing the distance between herself and the Aron, she knelt down with a worried expression. "Can you get up? We should probably keep running, I don't know if you knocked out that Gliscor, or what. That was really amazing though, you probably saved me."

Selena the Bayleef, Folio Town Center

@Ninian @Light Lord
The Meganium took in what Karaha had said, and judging by the severity of his injuries he wasn't too far off. Her medical training luckily prepared her for this. She had practiced healing and other such things since that lone Audino had come once, seeing that lady do what she did best inspired her, and she never looked back. She wasn't the official town healer, of course, but she would do.

Firstly, she had to get him somewhat stable. She began using Aromatherapy, letting energy flow to the weakened Generator Pokemon. As this happened, she looked over his wounds much more closely. This was definitely the work of a Ground Type, a powerful one. She didn't recall any such Pokemon living down in the Trunk, this worried her. She'd have to keep Selena far away from that place for a while.

And what was this, something on his lips. It looked like the remains of an Oran Berry. Good, Oran Berries would help him get some strength back. From what she could tell, however, he would be recovering for at least a few days, if not a few weeks. "He'll be off duty for a while, but he'll pull through. His injuries aren't life threatening, but they'll take some time to heal. We should probably get the town doctor to take a look at him, but he's definitely been hit by something that definitely shouldn't be down in the trunk..."

Selena was amazed at her mother's talent. Sure, she'd heard about it from her, but she'd never seen her in action. But... learning that something might be down in the trunk... that was unsettling. But this day... she felt like she never had before. Things were beginning to look up...

"Hey, look, it's her again. We thought we had made it clear that you weren't welcome around here, weirdo." It was Bruce, a Hitmontop, one of the biggest bullies in town to Selena. Her mother was clearly distracted, and the injured Heliolisk had drawn a lot of attention to the area. Of course they'd show up now. "Can't you take a hint? Beat it!"

The courage she felt earlier was now gone. The tears started flowing like a river, and in moments she was gone. Her mother heard her child leave. "Selena? Where are you going?" She wanted to pursue her daughter, but had to focus on Robel.

Bruce and his pals laughed and laughed. "Haha, shows that weirdo again." However, one face in the group wasn't amused. "Bruce, why are you such a jerk? I wonder why I even hang out with you anymore." It was a Quilava, a young one at that. "Ember, don't be like that, you now how she is... she's a..." The displeasure in the fire types eyes shut him right up. "I'm done with you bunch, goodbye Bruce." She spat an Ember at his feet, and off she went. She didn't know what they didn't like about that Selena girl. Sure she was different, but that's the way she was raised. She shouldn't be shunned for that. Hopefully she could track down the shy grass type.

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Town Square]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo
Thankfully, it seemed Karaha and this Meganium had it covered for helping the fallen Heliolisk. It's not really like Devon could do anything at the moment besides watch the event's unfold. That is until the Bayleef's mother spoke of the town doctor, and the Totodile raised his right hand. "If anyone tells me where they live, I could go find the doctor. I'm new here, but I bet if I got some pointers I could probably find em."

Then another scene began to play out in front of the Water-type. A gang of what he assumed to be bullies descended upon the Bayleef and forced her away. Devon stood back with an expression of shock that soon turned to that of annoyance. He turned his head to the left and his brown eye's narrowed at the Hitmontop that had made the rude comments. ...What a jerk.....She didn't do anything to deserve that.....Maybe I should have a chat with that pin-head....

Before the Big Jaw Pokémon had a chance to speak his own opinions on Hitmontop's behaviour, the Quilava of the group finally seemed to wise up. With a fiery spit on his feet, she took her leave and walked past the crowd surrounding Robel. Leaving the group of bullies with stupid looks on their faces. A short raspy laugh escaped Devon's jaws as he smirked at their leader. "See what happens when you act like that? You start losing friends. Grow up, and maybe that might happen a little less."

Selena the Bayleef
[Folio Town]

@Light Lord
The Hitmontop was momentarily speechless. Not for long, though, as some Totodile he'd never seen before started calling him out. He kept his cool though. "Whatever, she always was a little too hotheaded for me. Come on boys, let's scram." The Hitmontop turned and led his posse away from the Town Center and eventually out of sight.

The Quilava, Ember, was now scanning the streets of Folio, trying to find any sign of the poor Bayleaf that had taken off. However, it was hard to try and find her when she took off like that. It was like she had memorized the whole city, knew just the route to take to avoid anyone. There was just no sign of her anywhere. This was the first time she'd actually seen him do this, but the way she reacted, it had happened before. "Ugh, why did I even think of hanging out with that guy?!" She yelled into the open sky.

It was strangely silent this day, all the commotion had drawn many down to the Town Plaza. All that could be heard was the slight whistle of a breeze blowing through. She kept trodding onwards, heading out of the established town and out towards a rather un-colonized part of the massive tree they lived in. Very few lived out here, even less dared to tread out this far into the tree. Then she caught sight of something, some footprints in the trodden leaves.

She grew cautious, she had no clue who would be out here... Then she heard, crying? Maybe that was Selena... she followed the sound to what appeared to be the charred remains of a structure. She cautiously entered, finding the Bayleaf in what would have been one of the side rooms. "Um, Selena?" The Bayleaf jumped, knocking into the wall which caused a bunch of ash that had built up on top of the remains of the roof to tumble down on them. The dust cleared, and Ember shook off the ash. "I'm sorry, I'm so, so sorry..." said Selena, obviously nervous if not scared. "It's okay, really. I came to apologize about what Bruce said... he's just one of those guys who doesn't understand different backgrounds."

The Bayleaf started to calm down a little. "So, you know who I am, but I don't think I caught your name..." She said, still a little unsure about this meeting. The Quilava responded with a smile. "My name's Ember. It's okay to be nervous around new Pokemon." She looked around the charred structure. "So, what is this place?" Selena finally started to relax a bit more. "This... this was my home, a long time ago... it burned down, no one ever figured out the cause..." The Quilava felt sorry for the poor grass type, she'd endured so much but still wanted a friend so badly...

"I'm sorry, I bet it was really beautiful. I'm also sorry about the way you've been treated by many of the Pokemon my age, they shouldn't be like that, but growing up in town like that has made a lot of them, well, one-minded." She smiled and looked out towards town. Selena walked over and looked with her. "...You're the first Pokemon who's treated me like this, except for my parents, and the Guild Members. Thank you." Selena gave a small grin. Ember took another look around. "You want to head back to town? Or do you want to stay here a bit longer?" Selena looked up into the air, thinking. "A little bit longer here, I know a spot that has a better view than the town lookout near here."

Breeze the Shaymin
[Folio Town - The Blue Treeko]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Lucius Cypher @Crimson Flame
Shaymin was getting anxious now, the crowd was beginning to build at the Town Square. She'd been sitting down for way too long, her body just wouldn't stay still one more second. "I'll be back for that meal, but whatever's going on out there... it's just too enticing." She jumped into the air, floating out to where the crowd had been steadily growing. In the center was a Meganium, along with Karaha and Devon, and a badly injured Heliolisk.

She didn't say much, but quite a few members of the crowd were talking about some Guild in town. She caught one line from someone. "Someone go find Guildmaster Glyph, tell him Robel's hurt bad this time!" She guessed the Heliolisk on the ground was Robel, but she had no clue about this Guildmaster Glyph, heck she didn't even know a town this small had any kind of Guild.

She looked back to the scene in front of her, the Meganium was using Aromatherapy on the Heliolisk. Maybe she was the town doctor... Those thoughts were dismissed when they said for someone to get the town doctor, for which Devon quickly volunteered.

Karaha the Umbreon
[Folio Town - Town Square]

@Shiny Keldeo@Light Lord@Lucius Cypher@Crimson Flame
Listening to the Meganium intently Karaha nodded along with her assessment. "...Certainly, he needs to be treated properly, but... Where would Rhys be this time of day...?" Looking over the crumpled form of the Heliolisk, the Umbreon thought back to only a few minutes previously. A strange Gardevoir found its way into the Secret Room, so he found it likely many others may have breached the Trunk as well.

Lost in thought, the blue-ringed Umbreon only heard a bit of the teasing going on nearby. Ears twitching, he looked over towards the Hitmontop briefly, his amber eyes narrowing with distaste.

Finally, after coming to a conclusion, Karaha turned to Devon, whom had volunteered to find the healer. "Devon... The town's healer is a Chimecho named Rhys. It's entirely possible he's visiting the Sibyl right now..." Turning his head, he raised a paw to gestured in the general direction, "The entrance to the building is guarded by two Grovyle, it really shouldn't be hard to miss."

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Town Square]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo
Devon's head craned over to where Karaha directed his paw, a branch that was just past the plaza above them. The Totodile's eyes scanned the rest of the environment to find a path to the area, finding it in the form of a large set of stairs carved into the tree itself. The young Water-type spun back to the Umbreon and gave him thumbs up. "Ok! I'm on it Karaha! Be right back!" With that said Devon took off at a full sprint towards the stair case.....Then he tripped and face planted on the first step. This didn't seem to deter him however. He got back up after only a few pained groans and continued to race up the stairs and higher into the branches of Folio.

[Folio Town - Sibyl's Retreat]

The town nested in the branches of the large tree was certainly vast. Many branching paths and buildings passed by Devon as he sprinted through the streets. His head rapidly darted to both sides, attempting to locate the building guarded by the Grovyle. Building with Grovyle.....Building with some Grovyle.....Wait! What's a Grovyle look like?.....Crap. I better not have passed it already....

Fortunately for Devon, he hadn't past the Retreat. Slowing to a halut the little Totodile stood in front of quiet little section of the settlement. A building just to his left had two green bipedal Pokémon with leafy tails split into two. The blue reptile simply stared at the two guards for a moment before strolling over to them. Hopefully this is the place....

The Big Jaw Pokémon stopped and stood in front of the slightly taller Grovyle and waved up at them. "Hiya. Is there a Chimecho named Rhys around here? There's someone that's hurt really bad in the plaza!"

Grovyle Guards Hugh and Lugh, and Rhys the Chimecho

[Folio Town - Sibyl's Retreat]

@Light Lord
Both Grovyle's attention was on the unfamiliar Totodile who approached the Sibyl's Retreat. One spoke up, "That's... not good. Yes, Rhys is here, but he's currently having an audience with the Sol Sibyl. I'm not entirely certain how much longer he'll be..." Glancing over to the Grovyle posted at the other side of the entrance, he continued, "...What should we do?"

Furrowing his brows, the other Grovyle thought it over. "Ugh... Good question. Sorry kid, we really, really can't barge in there. Not even we're really allowed an audience with the Sol Sibyl. There's only a choice few that are granted free entry."

As soon as the second Grovyle finished his peace, a Chimecho rushed out the door in a hurry. "Oh dear... this isn't good..."

Lilisette the Kirlia
[Folio's Trunk - Floor 6]

@Empour
Picking himself up, the Gliscor let out a roar. The Kirlia flinched, looking back over to see her assassin rushing straight for her.

"Woah, I thought you were out for good." Looking down at the collapsed Aron, she apologized, "I feel reaaaallly bad for having to ditch you right now, but he's after me, not you.

Wide-eyed, the Kirlia began to speed off towards the stairs that were now in sight. Finally, some luck.

[Folio's Trunk - Floor 7]

Once up the stairs, the Kirlia let out a shriek of joy as she saw yet another staircase. In the same room!

[Folio's Trunk - Floor 8]

And what luck. Yet another staircase in the immediate area.

[Folio Town - Entrance to the Trunk]

"I made it! In one piece too! That was a LOT harder than it should've been. What gives?" Taking a look around, the Kirlia noticed that no one seemed to be in the immediate area. It was then that she looked up towards the Town Square, where a massive crowd seemed to have gathered. "Oooooh! I bet the dancing troupe has made it here already! I'm REALLY lucky today! Well, sort of lucky if you ignore the almost dying part."

[Folio Town - Town Square]

@Shiny Keldeo@Lucius Cypher@Crimson Flame
Finally making her way there, she couldn't see much of anything over the dense crowd. The lack of music, however, was fairly telling; there was no dancing troupe, after all.

Collapsing to the ground, she let out a groan, "Whyyyyyyyy. Wait... huh?"

Now on the ground, she could see through the legs of the Pokémon standing before her. Collapsed in the center of the crowd appeared to be Robel, a member of the town's resident guild. Is he dead? I thought he died in the Trunk, not in the middle of the town? This is weird.

Butting her way through the crowd, she finally made it to where Karaha the Umbreon and Leanne the Meganium stood. "Woah, what happened? I can Heal Pulse, is he even alive though...?"

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Sibyl's Retreat]

@Ninian
Devon's jaws dipped in a frown as the two Wood Geckos didn't really have anyway for him to get inside. .....Aw crap. Guess I'll just wait it ou- His own thoughts were soon cut short as a small floating white ball with a long thing tail hurried out the door of the building in between the two Grovyle guards. Devon immediately ran in front of the Chimecho and held up his arms. Panic spread across the Totodile's features, eyes wide and voice quick. "Wait wait hold up! Rhys! There's a guy that's really hurt laying face down in the town square right now! I think he's names like, Robel? You gotta come with me and go help him! Please!"

Rhys the Chimecho

[Folio Town - Sibyl's Retreat]

@Light Lord
Halting mid-air, the Chimecho looked over the Totodile with confusion before his eyes widened. "Y-You...!" Blinking a few times, it took a moment for him to process the Totodile's words, over everything he had just heard. "R-Right, yes. Robel, please, show me to him at once!"
