@TheMinorFall Actually that wan't my intention, I meant for it to be the perception field around the place, but since you mentioned it I'm gonna go with it. Not unable, but guests are dampened a bit -- and employees are boosted. This is especially useful for Zoe and her brothers, who have an excellent nonlethal magic. Most of the time it takes a full thirty seconds to a minute of uninterrupted staring KO someone, though they might start feeling the impact right away. Here, it'd be...hm. For standard folks, ten to twenty seconds. The more powerful would require up to thirty seconds. Unless the target is koed, effects dissipate slightly slower than they accrue.

Out of curiosity, was what he said to Cera polite or rude?

Um, I guess rude, but more in an authoritative way than common rudeness. Like the way your boss can be rude and you do nothing. As a Vampire, she should be vaguely aware of who he is. Maybe she has heard stories or rumors as a newborn vampire of a 'Hybrid demon' who ended the Great Vampiric War. Single-handedly. That is, if we're using ALL of my lore. Now the question is how to get Jareth to come with. He's pretty serious about his degree...I could have him come with because of an instinct. He /might/ get taken as leverage to draw Amune out, I suppose, if he stays behind. I'm really not sure what would work well...

Before I finish my post, I want to iterate that, like I said in the original thread, many different stories and lore are true in this. Kaneki Ken is as real in this thread as Edward Cullen, Blade, Dimitri Belikov (if you know of him our friendship will be even stronger), and even other things, like Harry Potter (yes Hogwarts is a thing in my story), and Stargate SG-1. Even lore from ancient cultures is a thing. The idea is its a functional universe that allows players to be whatever they want, as long as it is worked in the lore. I say all this because I mention Centipede in this next post and I know you didn't want the ghoul fandom, and i just needed to let you know that that's not what this is.

@TheMinorFall. Hmm. Do vampires count as demons, then? ..Did he look at the menu at all? If it's possible to tell he's not human, they would have given he m the special menu. There's certainly both human meat and blood on it, and I wouldn't be surprised if they served various other kinds of people meat, as well as magical creatures.

Unfortunately if he eats the waitress, he will no longer be welcome in this town, and it may have repercussions even voyond. Some groups with a presence heree and elsewhere will put up a notice that a violator of a trucezone is fair game and encouraged as a target. Might be fun though.

Vampires are technically demons in my lore, but very deluded. More human than demon. Also he's not gonna eat her. He just ate ^.^;

I'm going to clear the question of recognizing him up in the next post. Assuming these people know ghouls. That being said, they should be able to recognize ghoul masks too.

I dunno what you have for Blood Warriors, or what exactly they are, but it's entirely possible that a local Blood Warrior supports the truce zone, and so it's at least unofficially part of the Pact. I don't think I want to formalize it, as that brings all sorts of farther reaching politics and potentially arbitrary rules.

I have no idea what you'd like them to have in the way of information, and...hm. Giving informatioon might be frowned on by the Upstairs But they totally know information dealers, and might talk off-duty. If Queen is wanted by the humans, I doubt they care, unless she's drawing unwanted attention to their community. If she's causing trouble in the community, it might be a different matter. Hm, I wonder, how much killing each other does this town allow...? There's always the potential, and certainly not everyone fopllows the rules, but...hm.

Also wondering what they'd know about Blankface in general.
