I think it's easier to just push a button on a wall rather than to pull out a phone, especially when working with dangerous chemicals.

Speaking of phones, what time period is this set in? Would it be weird for me to use retro brick phones? Would using the lastest Iphone 6 be impossible? 'Cause, y'know, time travel isn't a thing (Yet...)

When it comes to it, I was referencing the language, rather. I would think Atlas would have some bias against it.

Probably just busy. dragonmancer is constantly online, so probably just has the tab continuously running while he does other things. And some people don't have the time to do this constantly.
