Though I must say there is some problems with your post. As she has never been to the Fae Realm, Your character cannot have awoken her Fae powers. Also, Stone Henge would be sealed off from interference by Four Rulers.
so, how can I introduce her into the story. I have honestly no idea what to post or how to get her into the story line.
and I want to mentio that the other kelpie Clyde only thought her how to transform into a kelpie. other powers like swallowing a soul, draggin them to their death by enchanting them. or control over water are still very off limit to her. or is this a no go as well......

That would be a no go. If I may? You could always have Clyde take her through to the Fae Realm. Or you could be in a more open setting and be snatched up by a Fae of ours. I believe there are characters who still "have nothing to do".
I put that in quotes because your character can do what you want them to do, within limit of the laws of nature. Fae Laws. Perhaps, if Aisling were to leave the Headless Horseman in a huff and tranverse to the Fae Realm and bring you back? Or another character, I don't want to hog everyone's Rp story time.
@BlackPanther He'd have to get past her Goblins first. And the Trolls. And the Gremlins. In all honesty, she'd probably try to make him into a frozen corpse decoration for her throne room. I wonder if he would be aware that she froze her heart because of him... Be an interesting thing for him to find out if he doesn't...

Clyde is a char I won't be using until much later. for she had to search for him and find him.
and then I will write something about her being at her hometown or something. I will wait for one of he RP'rs to say he or she wants to take Laira to the Fae word.
also can you pm me about the basic things I need to know. bec I didn't knew that Stonehenge was a secret meeting place for the leaders and thought it was a portal of some sorts *-*' what else is there for me to know?
@Ojo chan 42 It is a portal, but as the rulers of the Fae are using it, there would be barriers set up to stop people from wondering in. Though those barriers would be aimed at humans. Most Fae know to leave that place alone. She could still go there (By human means), just it would be a rather large disturbance. *Grin* Might not be a bad idea.
The information you need is in the Forum's first post. I'm constantly updating that so everyone gets a clear idea. Honestly? It's pretty open, the whole half-fae thing just wasn't so fully thought out because of the fact as half fae they are generally weaker than other Fae. Not to mention rarer.
@Ojo chan 42 That should clear more up. Also note that your character is a rare case. Nearly all Half-born Fae become season born. I will PM you with a request that may prove interesting.
Half Fae - Weaker than their Fae parent and kin. They emulate the form of either a Seasonborn or the Fae parent. They must first enter the Fae Realm, or taste it's fruit to gain their Fae aspect. Even then that side of them must grow and is slow to do so by mortal standards. If the Halfling however touches Iron at any point in their life the Fae within is burned out forever once they are awakened.
@LadyRunic I propose that halfling fey, even if they don't know what they are, have an innate aversion to iron. Even the sight can be bothersome, but if they are unaware of their fey heritage, they have no idea why.
So I wanted to let everyone know I have a trip from June 5-19 It was supposed to be the 17-30 But oh the joys of the navy -.-
I will probably be lurking and such and I will most certainly try to post. It will just be a bit more spread out. With that in mind I'll say keep the meeting going...Feoras could be standing there in thought perhaps Just don't kill him *cough* @Belle *cough*
Oh, if anyone has a valid reason to be in Spring, you're more than welcome to encounter Maxwell. I honestly don't have any good purposeful ideas right now, but if you come up with something let me know.
Name: Leilinlasia Lindaria Alias: Lei Race: sprite Only 6½-7½ inches in height when fully grown, sprites are among the smallest of the fey. They are also some of the most troublesome, ranging from mildly irritating to downright infuriating. Most never live more than a few centuries, either taking a risk they shouldn't have or annoying the wrong person. Their survival as a species hinges upon their ability to get out of trouble once in it, and avoid the retribution of those they provoke. To this end, they are incredibly agile, and their speed relative to their size outstrips many larger fey. Some even have the ability for very short range line-of-sight teleportation. They are naturally able to blend in with their surroundings in most places, using subtle illusion, and their small size allows them to go where larger creatures cannot follow.
Sprites tend to be short-sighted tricksters. A large number of them enjoy danger, and most are highly curious and very persistant. There is a whole set of spell wards designed specifically to keep them out of things other fey don't want them in, though it's a constant battle to come up with protective measures faster than the sprites manage to figure out how to get past them. They are often fond of pranks, though how mean-spirited such things are varies from one individual to the next.
Most sprites are not particularly strong, magically speaking, and though they are capable of using more force than one would expect given their size it's still not a lot. They are pretty hardy, given that they are so tiny, able to take an average amount of damage compared to other fey. They come in a number of different varieties and are found in the lands of all four seasons, though Winter sprites have become considerably scarcer over the last couple centuries.
Sprites as a species have a vendetta against pixies, and the two races very rarely get along, despite a number of similarities. Calling a sprite a pixie (or vice versa) is a good way to get a very angry fey, and possibly a lifelong enemy. Sprites are almost exclusively elf-looking, while pixies often sport insect features, notably antennae. Pixies tend to group up with others of their kind, and their communities and families are much closer than the solitary sprites. Though equally gregarious, sprites prefer the company of larger fey over that of other sprites. This is probably a good thing, as having multiple sprites together can be downright dangerous, regardless of whether they are working together or squabbling. Pixies have a number of bothersome habits, but on the whole they are far more tolerable than sprites, and it's a common adage that a single sprite is as much trouble as a whole troupe of pixies. Both groups feel that's a compliment.
Court: Spring Position/Occupation: doing community service; previously a general troublemaker with a side of part-time healer's assistant Age: 250 or so (looks like a teen)
Personality: Lei is a tiny pest. She doesn't try to get into places she shouldn't as much as most sprites, nor is she fond of danger, but she loves pranks and taunting. She is sassy and sharp-tongued, with little to no filter on an often dirty mind. She is often petty and vindictive, but her tricks and destructive tendencies can be curbed or redirected with a bit of effort. Add her desire to be helpful to her aptitude for casting healing magic, despite needing direction on just what sort is needed, and it becomes clear why she is a tolerated presence in certain strictly defined places.
Appearance: Lei is seven inches tall with close-cut dirty blonde hair and eyes so pale a grey as to approach white. Her face is heart-shaped, with a pointed chin and an upturned nose. She sports the double set of wings standard to her kind, hers with a pattern of green and gold framing the nearly transparent membranes. She prefers short skirts and close-fitting halter tops of greens, browns, and yellows, along with low boots. A spelled cuff holds the binding for her service.
Family: she has them, but who knows where they are or what they're up to? Ambition: finish her sentence and get turned loose. In general, to have fun. What even are long term goals?
Background: Lei's past is not what you'd call uneventful, but it's certainly not of much importance. Her parents were a pair for the handful of years necessary to raise her and no longer, and then she went off on her own. Most fey don't bother remembering which sprite did what this time unless it was something particularly unpleasant or an obnoxiously frequent offender. She's lent her magic to a couple different healers over the years, most recently one near the center of the Spring Court. Less than a decade ago she ran afoul of a fey with considerable clout, ruining something that had taken quite a lot of work, and she was sentenced to servitude as a result. She'll get off after a sufficient period of good behavior, but that condition isn't very specific, and Lei wasn't able to get it solidified, which frustrated her greatly. She was given to the healer she'd been helping, but with the arrival of Maxwell and his subsequent trouble actually treating things, given the differences between human and fey and the lack of most of his standard tools, she was tied to him instead.
Other: Lei can't go more than ten yards from Maxwell without his express permission, and he's forbidden to give it without a good reason that isn't because he doesn't like the idea of slavery. If she even tries, she gets a nasty shock from her cuff.
@shylarah@Ojo chan 42 I almost want to huck Half Fae out the window because that's a direct contradictiong to Season-born.
Nevermind I am. Lore reasons I can't go into yet. Really, Really deep Lore reasons. As it a friend of mine helped me dig through a binder of notes as to WHY. So I'm very sorry, but the heat up here has been killing me (literally, I'm super sick). So if I've been more irritable, or forgetful it's because I've been upchucking my brains.
So bad news is Ojo, you're going to have to change things a little bit. Good news, you have two options. Either change to a SeasonBorn (Fall or Spring), Oooooorrrr The mother was a changed human (A Seasonborn) and the Kelpie Sired your lovely girly (Who would be a fully Keplie but her powers would be dormant and have a strong aversion to iron) before leaving the mother in the mortal world. The woman would have been partly mad and wanting to join her love again had tried to use the water like a Kelpie would. However that sort of portal works only for certain Fae, namely water Fae. Thus she drowned.
I've tried to think of ways around it but to be honest? There just isn't. I beat and hammered, and sorted through every artifact I've drawn up and I just can't reasonably do it and not kill the deep Lore. I'm SOOOOOO SORRY! *Chewing at liver*
@BlackPanther Nae, nae! Don't leave me alone with Zahrale! He's a meanie!
Nah man, I get it. IRL, duty calls, honor compelled. I'm heat crazy.
