Geez this got a lot of attention but first...
@Prince of Seraphs
Because spoilers that you like to tell people.
Because this time I went through and ironed out all the wrinkles in this RP. Now please, if I accepted something, leave it alone. @BlackPanther has made a lovely character and has played a wonderful Summer King.
You were NOT to mention certain history. I told you to not repeat it in the PM I sent you about it. I also would appreciate a chance to respond before to people interested in my Rp if you do not mind. Also, DO NOT CRITICIZE MY OTHER GMS. I do not mind you poking holes in things but when you continue to do so after we have stated that is how it is... It's testing my limited patience. So do not go calling me out unless you would like to make your own RP, I do not appreciate it nor do I find it helpful for a RP I am running. You are in grave danger of losing your spot as GM. I've had several Rper leave because you've made it hard for them. NOW, enough. Else I shall take action.
@shylarah I'm sorry it's a jumbled mess but I'm writing as I read this, so please bear with me? Again, sorry but the sheer number of posts while I was gone...
@Ojo chan 42
Hi, welcome. And you can absolutely do that.
@Prince of Seraphs@shylarah
@Prince of Seraphs
@LadyRunic Quick questions, Falk is listed as a Fall-Born fae but exactly how can that be if he existed before there was a Fall Court?
Because spoilers that you like to tell people.
@Prince of Seraphs
Okay you had good points but now they are going into criticism and not good criticism
He was accepted in the original thread so, I am done justifying him to you
I will no longer be answering your demands for justification.
@BlackPanther
So was Raven yet LadyRunic is only now dealing with exactly how the Tuatha fit into her history of the fae.

Seelie (Summer and Spring) are kinder, they are more ready to use the apple instead of the stick, while the Unseelie (Fall/Winter) are more ruthless, and more willing to use the stick. Honestly I can't explain it better than to tell you that Winter and Summer are the extremes of both and Fall/Spring are more blended. It has a good bit to do with the personality but also it's referencing to the history that Seraph should NOT HAVE SHARED. When the Court first split.
There is travel and trade, and parents who have offspring between two of the Courts will raise the child. But due to the attitude the child will either be a second rate citizen or shunned and forced to the Wild Fae or the other parent's Court. Spies are hard to obtain but it can be done, it's simply offering a good deal, knowing the right Fae. The only reason I haven't really covered travel and mixxing is due to the tension between Summer and Winter. With those two at war the trade, travel and such has suffered and dried up. No UnSeelie or Seelie Fae wants to risk being on the wrong side.
As for the "Fae specie belongs here and no where else" rule... It's flexible so long as you have the backstory to explain why there are where they are, such as the Mara that became King of Spring.
Humans cannot use magic and Seraph was essentially right. There are some humans who do wander about the Fae Realm free, while it certainly isn't common, but they do require protection from a goodly Fae. Of which there are some who will do so, just for company. Some humans may join the Fae willingly but often they get so tangled up in the strands of time they become season-born. They loose their sense of time and place, and slowly begin to change. But this takes hundreds of years, and often they will still think themselves as human. It's a process that will often drive the human to madness and so if a Fae wishes to make one they must slowly grant them power and be extremely careful about it. Too much, and they will kill the Fae or drive them mad, too little and it will take too long. It's very rare this is done because of the power and concentration it takes.
He is also correct about the Wylde Hunt to a point. Fae may join it's ranks and leave when the hunt rides, but Falk does not encourage this because the Hunt may turn upon the Fae that ride with them. Not recognizing them as allies till they truly join their fellow Huntsmen.
The name at birth for Fae or Human... Their FULL name, is their true name. The more you have, the more power over that person you have. Yes Falk is Tegvan, it's just Falk. HOW can you NOT like FALK as a name over Tegvan?! And honestly? It just stuck.
I do like your Maxwell idea. I see no problems with it, other than perhaps a parent of his told him he must never make promises. And he's been forced to live to that rule ever since. As for Fae magic... I would have to say he (Maxwell) wouldn't have the ability, unless a Fae were to grant him a artifact or he were to tap other sources not yet known. So it's possible, just difficult.
As for Half Fae... It would depend if they had activated their Fae power yet or no.

You may want to clarify with Lady Runic but I believe that those that are half fae aren't born with any powers and only gain them by exposure to the lands of Faerie.
I was intending for her to have no powers( except for a bit of struggels with water)

I do not mind critique, but if I have accepted something, or said something is a certain way then it is for a reason and as GM I have final say. I DO NOT appreiciate your attack on BlackPanther. I know both of you thought it as critique but you both potentially killed this Reboot and scared people off. You also filled two pages with me having to read it all when PMS would have sufficed, so I am less than pleased. If you wish to pokes do so. But if GM has spoken several times for it. Leave it. I'm warning you both, when asked to stop by the person do so. Else I WILL take action.
