[OOC] Teen Titans - Rebirth

When there's trouble, you know who to call!! Except civilians don't know who to call anymore. The Teen Titans disbanded and went different directions. Cyborg, Raven, and Starfire all went on to join the Justice League; Beastboy joined a new team, and Robin turned into Nightwing becoming the protector of BludHaven. They've all gone their different ways, and some had even adopted their own proteges. So new heroes have arisen to take their places, but unfortunately these heroes are still young and need to come together and train and hone their skills. The Justice League will occasionally make an appearance but for the most part, they let the teens deal out their own issues.

2. No fighting in the OOC - Fighting in the IC is good; it makes for good character development and such
3. If you're going to drop just let us know. We understand people get busy.

Ferryn was born to a con family; her mother was a cat burglar and her father was a drug dealer. She was consumed with anger and fierceness that her parents had instilled her from a young age. Her mother trained her in gymnastics and in strategy; her father taught her to be ruthless. Her family was willing to do anything it took for their daughter to survive and follow in their footsteps. So they consulted in the only person they knew she would be born into a murderer. So they called Deathstroke.

Ferryn trained under Deathstroke for years. She killed, robbed, and trained under his tutelage for five years. She became ruthless, but she knew she still wasn't good as Deathstroke. Finally Ferryn quit; she ran away and manage to buy a small apartment in jump. She knew Deathstroke wouldn't come after her; he was still to concentrated on Nightwing. She went to jump and was found by Black Canary. Canary told her of the new team.
Powers or Abilities:
Being trained underneath Deathstroke, Ferryn is skilled in hand to hand combat, throwing knives, the sword, and gymnastics from her mother. She is a skilled thinker and believer.She is superb with guns but hasn't used them in a while.

History: To be revealed later on. Just kidding. XD Well, I'm not 100% sure yet, but I'm thinking her parents were both scientists and were always experimenting with animals, mainly mice since they weren't cruel. Then they had a daughter and decided a kid could handle experiments better than an adult, so they exposed their daughter, Ally, to the chemicals. Well, it wasn't bad as she gained powers from this. Then they noticed she got very sick and weak whenever she was reexposed to the chemical. They figured she would want to join the Justice League once she got older since the young girl always followed their stories, so they got her into some fighting classes. Other than that, I don't have much. XD
Powers or Abilities: I'm thinking some super strength and speed. As far as the strength goes, she can lift a car, but more than that is too much. Maybe she can train it, but I haven't decided. Her super speed isn't like Flash, it's more like she can do a mile in a couple minutes, which is still really fast. Other than that she does know Muay Thai (basically kickboxing) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. When she's out doing vigilante stuff, she has several things you can get from a firework stands. She has those strobe flashing candles and smoke bombs. Maybe a grappling hook, I'm not sure. I would guess super strength would let her jump kind of high. Well, not higher than a building, but fairly high. XD She technically has some access to her parents' labs and tech, but she doesn't take advantage.

Raze stands at 6'4 in height and has a lanky body build. His skin is a startling deep blood red which is paired with his long messy ebony black hair that he keeps tied in a long ponytail. His irises are a unsettling crimson red while his sclera are pitch black. He has razor sharp canine and molar teeth, likewise the nails on his hands and feet are sharpened claws. His ears come down to pints and he has two large horns that come out of his head. He has a long black pointed barbed tail.

Powers or Abilities
Chaos Energy
Raze is able to produce chaotic energy from his body in the form of blood red energy. This chaos energy is able to do a plethora of things, from making machines to explode to having bridges crumble apart. They also have physical effects on people, being able to knock people about with some serious force.
Teleportation
Raze is able to teleport short distances, anywhere he can physically see. When he does this he leaves faint wisps of red energy in his wake.
Nimble
Raze is very physically quick and light on his feet, being able to flip and maneuver quite easily through the battle field.
Magic
Raze has an in depth knowledge of the arcane, having a plethora of spells he knows how to use. The most common spells he use though are summoning, more specifically a series of different stone golems he has.

Raze has a magical satchel that is able to hold a large assortment of items despite its small size.

History
Many know of the demon lord Trigon as well as his half human daughter Raven, of his plan to conquer the world through his daughter as well as how she resisted her father's dark calling and became a hero. But history is always destined to repeat itself and Trigon bore another child, but this one he ensured would be raised amongst the cult of blood and under the tutelage of Brother Blood. This child, a son named Raze, was raised amongst some of the most vile magic users that the world had ever seen, being exposed to atrocities that would drive most men mad. Unlike his sister Raze embraced his demonic nature, enjoying it, and would of without a doubt assisted his father in coming to this world if it was not for Doctor Fate. The hero discovered the cult's plan and broke it apart, defeating Brother Blood and capturing Raze. At first the boy was a prisoner of Doctor Fate's, but eventually he began to learn from him. It did not take long until Doctor Fate took Raze under his wing, eventually making him his sidekick. It was not long after that when Doctor Fate introduced Raze to the new team.

As she grew up Aria never thought she was special. All she thought was she was just Aria Crest. A normal girl from a small suburb where everyone knew who was who and all the recent news. No one ever mentioned to Aria that she was adopted. As Aria grew older however this became clearer as strange...abilities started to manifest. She never told anyone, for fear of ruining her perfect life. At the age of 14 it became clear she could hide her abilities no longer when her mother walked in on her messing with her Koniokinesis (Dust Manipulation). After that she ran away from the only life she knew. In those few years afterwards she spent time on the streets, learning from other homeless people how to defend herself and also attempting to learn her powers. It was by complete chance that she met the new team.
Powers or Abilities:
Koniokinesis (Dust Manipulation) - http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Dust_Manipulation - This is very basic all she really knows how to do is make dust into tiny bullet-like balls. She is still working on this power.
Lunar Healing - http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Lunar_Healing Aria has learned how to heal basic cuts and bruises but can only use this power under the light of the moon.
Hand-to-Hand Combat - Her short time on the streets allowed her to learn the basics of hand-to-hand combat and also using the environment around her to inflict damage on whoever is attacking her.

Sorry if this is very lousy. It's 12:30 am and this isn't well thought out. Tell me if something seems OP or doesn't make sense and I'll fix it/try to make sense of my midnight ramblings.

I'm thinking about making a rogue-like vigilante, maybe sort of an anti-hero like Deadpool, but in the sense that he will work with the heroes when it benefits him. History: Contrary to what his alias suggests, Adam Raymond was born to a normal, non-royal, rich mother, and a poor, unemployed, helplessly ill father. Tired of her husband's pathetic nature, Audrey Raymond took her daughter, Amanda, and left her son and husband. Adam and his father, Mason, were left to live on the street after being evicted from their house when the boy was seven. Not wanting to be a bad father, Mason tried to send Adam to a more supportive family, but to no avail. He ended up just handing his son away, no legal papers at all, to a "temporary guardian." Mason Raymond was later found dead in a parking lot after having committed suicide by gunshot over the guilt of giving up his son.
Chris Taylor, a drunken, drug-addicted man was now Adam's permanent illegal guardian. He was abusive towards the boy, and very demanding, since he was too lazy to do anything himself. Adam grew up resenting his parents, both of them, for leaving him with such a mess to live with. A week after his eleventh birthday, he started to talk back when Chris would yell at him. It took him until he was thirteen to start fighting back when a punch was thrown at him. By the time he was fourteen, he was stealing cigarettes from Chris' stash and sneaking out of his bedroom window to smoke them on the roof. A year later, he was stealing alcohol as well. Around the time he turned sixteen, he was being admitted to different mental hospitals for his destructive behavior, towards others and himself, and for talking about mysterious "powers" he kept accidentally activating. Once he felt he finally had the chance, he brutally stabbed Mr. Taylor, and himself. When he found that his blood was hardening to stop him from bleeding out, he dropped the knife and fled the scene, the house going up in flames behind him.
Powers or Abilities:

Pyrokinesis

The ability to manipulate or conjure fire. Being around fire enhances the strength.

Typhokinesis

The ability to manipulate or conjure smoke. Being around smoke enhances the strength.

Telumkinesis

The ability to manipulate and control weapons. If there is no weapon around, he can summon one, although it takes time, focus, and a lot of willpower.

Weapon Proficiency

The ability to be proficient with any weapon. Melee weapons enhance the strength.

Hemokinesis

The ability to manipulate ones own blood. Manipulating the blood of others takes a lot of focus and will-power. This power needs to be used sparingly.
