Quick question before I start working on a character: I don't think it will be a big deal, considering the plate armour I've been seeing, but how strictly if at all are we avoiding anachronism stew here? Mainly in regards to styles of combat that did not exist in the 5th and 6th centuries (Sword and dagger fighting, etc.) considering if we went away with ALL anachronisms then there'd be a slight problem with including knights (8th century) or jousting (high middle ages) at all.
I suppose the question sorta resolved itself as it went on. Anything short of gunpowder era arms/tactics goes I assume?
Are we going for Arthur the welsh warlord or Arthur from Mallory here? Tone wise I mean
