Long ago, it was decided, to keep the universe in balance, the Twelve Zodiacs would form a council of sorts to figure out any disturbances.
It has been many centuries since this council was formed, and all of the council members are alive and well. But there is tension between them, there have been rumors of an uprising from one of them, and none of them know who to turn to. Alliances will form and friendships will fall. Loves will flourish and hate will fester.
