Interesting that no one has said any of the 5 characters that I had in mind (although one was close-ish). Obviously we all have different ideas.

Hey I did suggest She Hulk's outfit, that's the least skimpy outfit suggestion thus far. And it's associated with a powerful female figure.

So incredibly weird discovery in the 90s DC and Marvel teamed up and created Amalgam Comics https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LVd_B3Bc5U Yeah, Batman was a SHIELD agent, Iron man was a Green Lantern and so forth.

Technically Spider-Man was the least skimpy outfit.

True, but that doesn't count since as you said she already dresses like Spider Man. Although a custom web version of Silk's costume would be pretty cool. Hastily made and skimpy to boot. Does Aracne's webbing dissolve????

Yes. Her (Arachne's) silk dissolves. Wait...if Silk's webbing also dissolves...WHY DAN SLOT! WHY!

Also, on a different note. The below will be in hiders because I assume not everyone has seen the most recent Heroes Reborn and Flash episodes.

@Dedonus I picked up the first season of the Flash, so I haven't seen the new one. Which I don't think I'll be able to until they release to DVD. I don't really want to pick up Netflix. But if they already have the second season I might. You know what pisses me off, Numbered Episodes. Or the lack of thereof. Seriously TV guys! Just tell me which episode I'm watching in the info so I know where I'm at!

Also it looks like the second season is just about done airing so even if they do re-runs and number them properly. I'll have to wait longer.

Holy crap! I just realized all my shows only have three episodes left (Heroes Reborn, Flash, Agents of SHIELD)! In 3 weeks, I will only have Criminal Minds to look forward to (although it might be a good thing for school )!

Edit: Also, how do you like season 1 of the Flash?

I quite enjoyed season 1. I finished it in three days. So far I think the characters are memorable and the casting looked good too.

I liked that the actor whom they picked for Iris' dad was also on Law and Order.

So since we're on the top of superhero shows, what are your favorites? Movies, Comics, Anime, Manga. All of the above.

Personally I never got into comics all that much there just seemed soo many places to jump into that it got confusing.

My favorites are.

BOKU NO HERO ACADEMIA. A school that trains super heroes. Some of the powers are rather unusual, one kid can turn his hair into sticky ball grenades. Another has explosive sweat. Some awesome fights and good character growth.

One Punch Man, the main character Saitama is a almighty superhero who can defeat all of his opponents in a single punch. Normally this would be boring however the anime/manga uses this as comedic routine. Saitama wants nothing other than a tough boss fight to be brought to the edge of death only to emerge victorious. You'd be surprised how well this works as a comedy.

Medaka Box. A school anime where the Student Council President is a super, and all sorts of unusual students attend and fight for various reasons. Humans are called Normals, Specials and Abnormals respectively. There are some odd battles, where even color is removed from existence. But it's quite fun.

Binbougami ga. While not a superhero show exactly. It does have it's moments. Ichiko Sakura is the luckiest person in the world to the point where money falls out of the sky for her, she can manipulate her luck to her advantage. Or at least she was until a God of Misfortune appeared to steal it from her to restore the balance.

Kekkai Sensen. Also not exactly a superhero show, there are super men but all of them share a similar ability to manipulate their blood in the city of Hellsalem's Lot formerly New York. The show has an amazing cast of characters that are well written and the action picks up where it should. Maybe this just hits all my favorite genres but I really enjoy this one.

A more western one is the webcomic Supernormal Step. Where Fiona Dae is pulled into an alternate dimension of magic and superheroes based upon magic.

I mainly grew up with the 90's cartoons (particularly Spider-Man and X-Men). For Western Cartoons, I would recommend these:

90's Spider-Man / 90's X-Men: These have a huge nostalgia factor for me but they are still good nevertheless. They are also good at different things. X-Men adapts many of the "classic" X-Men story arcs, while Spider-Man allows anyone to just "hop in".

The Spectacular Spider-Man: I never saw this until recently but it is pretty good. I would never admit its better than 90's Spider-Man, but some have made that claim. Very nice reimagination of the character.

Wolverine and the X-Men: Despite only being one season long, this was a pretty solid TV series.

Avengers: The Earth's Mightiest Heroes: The most recent one on this list. Still bitter that they canceled this show for Avengers Assemble. *face palm* You can tell from the final episode that it was cut off too soon. >.<

Young Justice: As you can tell, I am more of a Marvel guy. While I have not seen all the episodes for this series, from what I can remember it was well done (and I have heard the same from others who have).

Batman the Animated Series: Probably held as the pinnacle of superhero cartoons. However, someone with more DC knowledge would have to go into more detail because my childhood memory of the show blends it with Batman and Robin, which was also in the same era.

@Dedonus I remember all of those. But how could I forget Batman the Animated Series as a favorite! I re-watched it all not too long ago even the Batman Robin. Also there was Avengers Assemble, though only due to the character development for the Hulk which is usually lacking. It's been too long since I've seen any of the 90s Spiderman and X-Men, so I can't remember if I enjoyed them to list them among my favorites.

I did enjoy everything else though, Wolverine could have been great if it wasn't canceled otherwise that's a pretty solid round up.

@VATROU Well, sounds reasonable.
Now here are my favorites, at least those I remember.
Pretty Much anything Batman- Exactly what it says on the tin.

Anything Marvel- I read my dad's original Marvel comic books (bought from a drug store) so much, that they started to fall apart.

Samurai Jack- OH MY GOD I loved this show. I watched it all the time. A time-travelling samurai fighting robots, beasts, and a GOD that sent him to the future? HELLA AWESOME.

Toaru Majutsu no Index- Aaaand now we get into the anime. A show about, where, in a city of espers with superpowers, a boy whose only power is to negate others' falls into the world of magic after a nun, known as Index, jumps into his life.

Tiger And Bunny- Corporate-sponsored supers. 'Nuff said.

90's X-Men has some of the best (i.e. the worst ) dialogue.

"Hey, tin woodsman, I'm sending you back to Oz, in pieces!"

"You look more nervous than a cat in room full of rocking chairs"

"Does a mall baby eat chili fries?" <- What the heck does that mean?

And this is only from the first two episodes (which were part 1 and part 2 episodes).

@Athinar Samurai Jack was an epic show, though since no one really has superpowers I didn't include it in my faves. To be fair there's only two guys able to stand up to Aku, Jack and the Scotsman, though the later isn't effective against Aku.

Tiger And Bunny I actually enjoyed this far more than i thought I would, the plot was fun and the main character developed well.

I think the 90s were more about zippy one liners than making sense with them.

I think it's supposed to indicate that girls/boys that hung out in malls eat chili fries a LOT. To be fair, I remember chili fries being a big thing back then.

NMS is back!!

Now that NMS is back, how much longer till this next arch? The one Ded has, I seem to remember that he said he was waiting for the other archs to wrap up. I myself don't want to advance the time anymore because this arch is just around the corner and I don't want to jump and miss it.
