The High Spire Lounge is a very upscale but rather villain oriented place. In the sense that a lot of the people there are corrupt types. But the upper crust of the baddies of that sort. Where the higher ups in criminal organizations and such hang out in luxury sort of thing.

I'm guessing random people walking into the place is a no go. I was looking for smaller dives where the chances of the doorman not being filthy rich and mega tough aren't a certainty.

You would be correct in that guess. I just was offering one of the ones I have in my roster of them. I also doubt you particularly want to go after the Cancer's area but if you do I could list off some of the less significant and minor Crew hangouts.

I've thought about making a few crowd-controlled organizations littering the world as a sort of 'punching bag groups' giving any hero something to beat down.

The Steel Lotus and Egragore Consortum are two organizations I've made a bit of lore with, if they could be contributed to the villain pool.

Eventually someone will say hey boss there's this sword lady making trouble in our territories and that boss can decide to either deal with it on his own or bring it to the big bads if things escalate.

Still there will be places I make myself but I was just asking so I could decide which would give me more options.

It's usually pretty neat, for me anyway, to see people using something I've made and build off of it. So I can understand the sentiment over what you just said. Sandbox is fun, yes, because you don't have to depend on others to create your own story but I usually find it more fun to incorporate others' element to make the world feel more connected. It makes my PC feel less in a bubble.

Speaking of Villains. Anyone with Big Boss type characters or lots of criminal elements should probably flesh things out, turf wars, neutral zones like bars, and varied history. Little touches that would add character to the small places in the world.

@VATROU I was about to get to that actually, the Cowl owns at least a significant hand in most areas of Lost Haven and controls a good portion of it's gangs, everything else it at least has an eye on and its fingers in.

But I'm probably going to sit down in a bit and level out what exactly the Cowl 'owns'. I've already talked to some other gang keepers, but I've got a few ideas for some of the surrounding area. A few lounges in Little Sicily and Little Paris, a large amount of property in Sherman Square, and a chunk of some other undisclosed areas, especially with the amount of contraband The Cowl had smuggled into Lost Haven during the night of the riots. The Shroud Syndicate are getting kick-ups from minor gangs, so really any tree you bark up will most likely lead to them. You let me know you want to mess with the Shroud Syndicate, I'm always more than happy to offer my crime kingpin to the fire. He's been on the backburner since all this cosmic and world chaos occurred, but trust me, he's still out there.

I'll try to re-connect with everyone and see where their territories lie.
