So. Here's something Fallen suggested. Since I have a whole lot of lore, we figured a place for me to gather my thoughts amongst the rest of you might be ideal in making sure I don't write the entire Lore of the world and cut you all out of it. So before I start establishing too many things I made a place where you all can argue, comment or collaborate all without derailing the OOC. Which is already happening. So here it is.

I thought it was implied, though it was also nearly 3AM, I'll look it over again tonight and adjust it if I need to.

Also, I would say he's paranoid as much as cautious. Better to have something and not need it, than need something and not have it.
