Bio: Dill Daniels isnt a cop, a soldier, a survivalist, or an expert on the Hazards of the world, hell he's not even in shape. He's a bartender from Las Vegas who got roped into a 'Road Trip Reuinion' by one of his moronic friends from college. What was supposed to be a booze filled adventure of sex and parties quickly turned into a nightmare as the rural town of the motel they were staying in quickly got overrun by mutants (which are still common in the sticks), all of Dillion's friends were killed and he emerged the sole survivor, with a lot of trauma and a much better understanding of death. The survivor's guilt has driven him a little mad, and now wants to use the RISK RALLY GP prize money, to throw 'one last ultimate party' in honour of his friends as he feel that's what they would have wanted.

But the whole carnival staff was unstable, they were known for attacking customers, not keeping rides safe and there were also rumors of kidnapping. Hank was the final nail in the coffin when his incompitence allowed two 10 year old twin girls to be put into a coma after their bumper car which wasnt properly secure went speeding off the ride and into a generator.... That incedent would forever close down the carnival and leave Hank without a job or a family. Using parts of the abandoned rides, he was able to build his own vehicle to enter the Risk Rally, and hopefully use the money to start his own themepark from scratch....to make the world 'happy' again.

Description

Painted an irridescent red and altered slightly from its previous incarnation in 2016, the 2077 Trans Am celebrates the 100th anniversary of the original Bandit. It has been lengthened to accommodate a longer wheelbase for an increase in control.

It has been heavily modified from stock. The suspension has been lifted to provide ground clearance and stiffened to handle any impact the road could dish out. It has been fitted with dual rear wheel drag radial tires to partially mitigate traction issues. A wheelie bar has been added to the rear bumper to prevent damage when the front end lifts. A fifth wheel has been integrated into the nose of the car, fully steerable and powered by the engine just as the rear wheels.

The interior has been almost completely stripped, save for the original driver seat, center console, and dashboard. The exhaust and turbocharger piping has been routed through the car along the passenger side into the trunk. A large fuel tank replaced the rear seats, along with the nitrous oxide.

Under the hood the classic V8 has been replaced with a custom 12 liter V12 engine mated with a 7-speed transmission. This engine is fed air through the ram air hood, and is supplemented with the power of a supercharger providing 15 pounds of constant air pressure, and twin turbochargers adding another 40 pounds each. These turbos are mounted in the trunk with their intercoolers. This additional rear weight also helps account for the issues with traction caused by this engine, which produces over 3000 horsepower and pounds of torque.

Jimmy loved the 80s scene especially when Rap started to come out. He kept up with the style and attitude from that era up to this point in time which his brother followed suit. Jimmy lived Brooklyn New York with his brother, TJ Brown, who happened to be a former racer for the Risk Rally GP before he was killed. TJ had plans on helping his brother make money so to make it out of the inner city ghetto and live like real somebodies and live better than their poverty stricken family. TJ survived the prelims but he was killed close to the finals by someone who Jimmy heard would be in the next race. Jimmy decided to race on behalf of his brother to not only win the money to get out of poverty and make his own business but to also get revenge for his brother who tried to make their lived better.

The Mask past is something of a myth amongst racers. There are many theories, but his silence doesn't help with breaking the mystery. All they know is that he has been racing for long, far longer than most of the younglings that come here to test their luck. This long career is what earned him the respect he has in the driving community. This and his infamous mask he never takes off.

Robert was born in Hungary in 2034, back when the world wasn't so fucked up. But it wasn't a joy living nevertheless. Dues to bonds with "night work" agents and "under the radar" drivers, his parents never really lived the normal life, and neither did him. Robert was raised as a street kid with a house to get back to, and his education was his parents teaching him. This on the long run proved more efficent than the propaganda and useless shit they taught kids in school.

Robert picked up on the family business soon enough, and found himself helping his father with cars from a very young age. Instead of playing football or reading books, his days went by learning krav-maga from his mother, and repairing cars with his dad. As soon as age 14 he was already familiar with cars, and often ran trips to get things for the family. He started driving at the age of 16, and made a name for himself in the next 5 years. He was well respected in the area for his driving talent, and his own gang, the Gas Guzzlers, was dealing with most of the "shady" cargo deliveries. Drug runs, races, gang fights forged him into a though man, and a rising star.

But all stars must fade. On the fateful night of December 1st, 2055, Robert Williams, the infamous gang lord suffered an incident whilst driving his car around lake Balaton. His body was never found. That's what the news said anyways. In truth, his sins caught up to him. The police forces rigged his ride, and blew it sky high. He somehow survived the crash with grave injuries, and he was arrested on spot and then hospitalized for weeks. His face suffered injuries that technology couldn't replace at the time, and it had to be replaced with a mechanical mask. He was forced to make a testament against his own gang, but things didn't stop there.

It was evident that his testimony was faulty and he would give out bad info. And so the police sent him on the field to pull apart his own gang as an anonymus new racer. If he was to refuse, they would make sure he didn't see the other day, neither would his family. So Robert joint the night community as "The Mask", and began working on taking the business apart, newly gaining the trust of his fellow gang members. In just a mere 7 months, the Gaz Guzzlers fell apart, but the bigshots managed to escape, their identity unknown. Robert was given free pass, but due to evidence pointing at him for letting the leaders get away, one of the more "determined" officers made sure Roberts could never warn anyone ever again.

With endless time and regret, Robert travelled around the world to seek tranquility. His life was ruined, but his passion never ended, and on his travles around the globe he used every oppurtonuity to make a name for himself. Beating up gangs, and winning races around the globe, many years passed without anything important happening to him. He watched as the world changed around him, and lived by the road and where it took him. Almost 20 years passed by unevetfully.

Then the Risk Rally happened, and Robert saw an oppurtinity in it. He hoped that he could possibly meet people from his old gang, and make things right. That the race could justify his actions against his gang, and make the deadly race his redemption for his sins. He loaded up his car with fuel, and drove back to where he came from, the palce that held so many bad memories, Europe.

Flavor Text: "Eclpise" was a parting gift by Robert's best friend. When the band was arrested, the two escaped with this car. Robert decided to keep it as a memory, and a signal for other members. The current car is a lot different from what the car used to be like, many armor plates were added, and a rotating autocannon was mounted on it. The car is accelerates really slow, but the powerful motor inside is incredibly hard to slow down once this machine picks up speed. The car is resistant against weapons, and has an excellent grip to counter speed loss. It is more than perfect for a race of this caliber, and for a driver of this caliber. The old car has had many upgrades, but the old timey mechanics, and manual control make this ride unique to most modern cars. It is a one of a kind beauty.

Bio: Anastasia was born in Samara in Russia to a pair of wealthy parents who owned a phone company named Omskcast. Anastasia enjoyed a childhood of decent upbringing in the rich end of society. She became infatuated with the idea of space travel and astronauts after watching various sci-fi films and indulging much of her childhood in it. She opted to follow her dream and went into studies on physics and quantum mechanics in hopes of one day becoming a cosmonaut. Her parents tragically passed away thanks to an accident involving an Earthquake at a press conference, leaving Anastasia to inherit their fortunes.

She poured said funds into her career, caring little for the phone company and instead using it to financially assist Rosmocos, the Russian space program that was still running after the collapse of NASA 10 years prior. After her training, she was sent aboard a shuttle to the Russian’s colonisation efforts of the moon to conduct studies and help to further the cause. Unfortunately, due to a freak meteor shower, Anastasia was forced to return home within only 2 years of the planned 5.

After its failure, Rosmocos failed to launch any further space flights and was eventually shut down due to a lack of funding, sending Anastasia spiralling into despair at how her dreams had been shattered. She became extremely desperate and from the property of the old base, stole a lunar vehicle, taking it to a mechanic with intent to turn it into a combat vehicle fit for the Risk Rally competition, intent to win the money to re-open Rosmocos and take one more step back into the atmosphere.

Anastasia stole it whilst the Rosmocos HQ was being shut down and took it to a mechanic who could outfit it, whilst keeping most of the space age tech left inside it.

Bio: Irene's story is a tragic one. She had a very decent childhood despite society crumbling around her, and lived a happy life due to her hardworking and wealthy parents. That all changed at age 27 when her husband was killed in a mmysterious shooting. The killer was never captured and she began to use drugs to deal with the grief, within a year she lost her house and began patching up criminals for money. She was spiralling into self destruction. Until one night when her husband visited her in a dream, begging her to turn her life around for the better again. Now she wishes to enter the Grand Prix to win the money to build her own hospital and do some good for the community.

SAS operative, turned to private government hit agent, turned mercenary. Oliva originates from the New English Republic formed after the fall of Britain. She was originally a member of the SAS before the fall, and her service was recognised by the new leadership. Her skills were transferred into a more specific area; Olivia was tasked with making unwanted people disappear. Often working on her own, Olivia has incredible improvisation skills that have saved her in the field on more than one occasion.

Five years later, the Republic’s leadership saw no further use for her and tried to have her killed. The only remnants that were found were the five soldiers sent to deliver the blow, decapitated and hung upside down. No one had heard from her since then.

That is until her registration in the Risk Rally.

The Black Knight was Olivia’s original service truck under the New Republic of England. After she was removed from service, she disappeared along with it. By the looks of it, all of it’s original weaponry has been removed in favor of a lighter ride. The original V8 engine was supercharged and tuned for the race, and the original transmission swapped out completely. This 4x4 beast is meant to hit hard, literally. The front chassis has been reinforced for ramming and the armor increased, making this thing a very mobile, yet unarmed tank. It’s high center of mass makes turning at high speeds a little more difficult.

Her upbringing in Sri Lanka was especially bad, as though country itself was in tatters due to India constantly bullying their island neighbor in order to further themselves. Hex got into a gang aiming to improve the economy when she was 11, seeing her parents working themselves to the bone for what little food they can afford. She has stuck with it ever since, specializing in the music and driving area of expertise, her experience growing with age. Hex aims to use the money to fund her group and get Sri Lanka's, and possibly even the world's, economy rolling again.

Special Weapon/Ability: For the duration of a single song, Hex can amplify her amps and subs into overdrive, creating what is essentially a sound barrier. Don't be fooled by it's simplicity, because the sound barrier's versatility is what makes it powerful. It deafens racers, rattles cars to the point of destruction, and plays REALLY loud music. The cool down time between uses is up-scaled by one fraction of time (so if the song were 4 minutes long, it would take the ability 4 hours to recharge), though it can essentially only be used once or twice a race.

Flavor Text: This car is pretty much home to Hex. She does unofficial concerts with it, street races with it, sleeps in it, lives in it. Though the vehicle doesn't have weapons, it has a set of four small rocket boosters underneath it, allowing greater maneuverability and in-flight corrections, as well as flips! The chassis is extremely lightweight, but durable, and her speakers are so powerful they can lift her car! The Amplifier also has custom treads which can switch depending on the terrain, from slicks to grips in a matter of seconds. Lastly, she has several high-powered neon lights on the back of her ride, which are quite useful when partying, lighting up caverns, or blinding other drivers. The car has a custom suspension which makes it almost impossible to rattle.

Bio: Riku was the driver and his four friends were mechanics they were a great team back home. Riku would win the races and the rest would repair the car, but eventually things get boring so when spice needs to be added to the recipe you must add it. Before a big race Riku and his crew were approached by some very shady people they said just win the race and become rich very rich. Of course Riku and friends couldn't turn down the deal, but Riku placed 4th and when they went to find the shady looking people. Turns out they were mobsters and said make their money back and keep their lives, but if they don't well what do you think happens to people who can't pay back the mob. And so with a deadline so close this race could mean life and death.

Apart from his obvious features, he always wears a mask. He actually isn't ashamed of his face or anything, he just finds it utterly boring and regular. To his merit, everyone who's seen his real face do find it very forgettable.
And forgettable doesn't make good tv. So he keeps the mask.
Bio: Karv hates John, he's such a bore, a drag. No fun!
Karv wants to live life!
Growing up it was obvious little John had mental problems, he was a nice boy, he even went to school albeit only preschool.
In his teens it was apparent that he had some sort of multiple personality disorder. He went into fits of stuttering and random outbursts of comments.
This hampered him in his work and soon he was kicked out from his simple office job.
This is where John died, he could not keep out the other one anymore, he had solidified his presence with his normal job and normal life. But no more.
Now Karv have taken over, completely.
Insane is one way to describe him, he is highly energetic and wants excitement at all times. Calm sessions are rare and Karv is often seen climbing furniture and all sorts of things. Karv is also slightly affected with tourettes and is a pyromaniac.
That he likes his "red rocket" is not strange.

When Karv took over he joined up with a motor gang outside the usual metropolices. They had races themselves and loved to bash together mad machines. While Karv always loved the speedy cars and the dirtbikes, it was the big rigs that stuck with him.
Or more like this particular big rig, after the first race he used it in he's never wanted another machine. Claiming it was "his soulmate.. machine... car... HIS SOUL!"
The team realized that the silly city folk also had races, and that you could win money by doing them! THAT'S CRAZY!!
Karv and his mates had a big race to see who would go. After destroying all the other vehicles it was apparent while Karv didn't technically win since he rammed that Dodge ram sideways over the finish line but his car was the only one running. So he went to the races.

Why does he race? To show those pansies how to race silly. What to do with the money? Upgrade the red rocket of love of course!

A smoke belching gas guzzling monstrosity. Usually race cars are transported around with trucks, but this one is too big.

The safety regulations proclaim that such areas should be labelled with warning colours. Karv took some warning tape and ate it when told this.
Special Abilities: A massive reinforced ram, reinforced superstructure, reinforced engine, reinforced wheels. Etc' etc'.
To ram through any known hinder along the way. ANY HINDER!
Other special abilities include massive speakers to blast sick riffs on, and a mini fridge to hold cold beers and soda and the odd ham sandwich for when you get hungry for a snack.
Personal Weapon: A two-handed rocket boosted flaming hammer with exhausts on it. And a homemade pistol with a choppy bit.
