@SheriffLlama Oh, forgot to add in. The cuffs were secured when first arrested and during the escort. But right before entering the cell, the restraints were unlocked and taken off.

@SheriffLlama Nah, it is understandable. I am pushing to get the characters out there, but just easing into things first so it doesn't get confusing.

Alright so, a new NPC has been created, Pseudo. I really like this idea of a Pseudo-Human, his backstory will be explained later and what it means to be a Pseudo-Human. But I was thinking about making him an actually character, but I'll wait and see how the roleplay goes before making that decision.

Whoever is going next is really going to change the game, that is if their character responds to that powerful question Pseudo asked.

So, with that said, there are two people that I could see responding to question: Tahlia or Owen.
Now, from previous conversations with Benji, Tahlia definitely seems like she prefers to keep their crew running under a democracy.
As for Owen, he seemed to talk the role of a leader right when Tahlia pounced on Rend. So, I could possible see him taking place as king.

But the decision is totally up to you guys. But first before any posting, I have questions for you guys.

@Atrophy So what would Owen do? Hm, will he actually take kingship or should Tahlia just chime in that they have no king or queen. Humanity runs as democracy.

@TheMadAsshatter Does Tahlia still even stand on having the crew rule as a democracy?

Tahlia would definitely prefer a very loosely democratic approach to things, but in reality, there's no rules, and Tahlia knows most of the crew is smart enough and has enough common sense that they don't really need specific rules, just an understanding that playing stupid games will win you stupid prizes. The way she sees it, being as small as it is, the crew can effectively run with everyone having their own amount of autonomy, so long as everyone does their part. More serious issues would undoubtedly call for the crew to convene and discuss it.

It's also worth noting that Tahlia is still reserved about assuming the role of a leader, per-se.

Owen and Tahlia point at each other, neither wanting to take responsibility.

@beyond visionsEcho's planted some ideas in Owen's head, but he's still a bit reticent about there even being a need for a leader. Now, if nobody were to speak up then he would probably, begrudgingly, act as their representative, but he'd quickly back down if Tahlia, or anyone else, said something.

Actually, I kind of like the idea of Owen and Tahlia speaking up at the same time and then going from there. @TheMadAsshatterWanna do a collab for their response to Pseudo?

Don't forget the aspect that our characters don't know the fate of earth. For all we know, the past 100 years has resulted in humans surviving. Don't forget that the robot mentioned treason. You can't be a traitor if you have not established some sort of loyalty.

@Atrophy Tahlia would pretty much do the same thing, most likely. That would be interesting to see who caves first and says "Fine, I'll do it." So yeah, collab time.

@Deserted And on that point, there's a thought that hadn't occurred to me. I'll keep that in mind.
