How can Raymond and Juliette understand Ed and Luna? You sent away their translator XD

I always assumed that Colin was the most knowledgeable out of the three of them in that area

I've always been working under the assumption that Raymond can speak the language just fine: kind of like how some people grow up speaking a foreign language with their parents, in the case The foreign language would be the UI language, does that make any sense?

Sort of like some families really embrace a new country's culture and try to become integrated (morrisons) and some families really stay disconnected from their host country and follow old traditions more than new ones (rahleis).

Does that sound like a workable idea?
