Soon, a drone shows up and takes the note, and heads off. After a few minutes, what looks like a zerg version of Tsubaki walks in."Is this the one you are looking for?" The large creature (called a zerg queen.) asks.

You find Tsubaki's head, with a bullet hole in it. Along with a note saying "Marie the harlot is next......" with a picture of Marie and the other you.

Marie lets out a scream, that is silenced by her head exploding from a explosive round. Oddly, you didn't hear the gunshot at all.

I pick up the note "I hope the zerg got my message." I say "Shit's getting real."

"The last two before the true target." Is written in blood. Also, a zerg drone drags off Tsubaki's head while you are reading the note.
