Just as she gets near him she's knocked back by a large release of power. A large indentation appears below Kevin and some kind of thick, black aura surrounds him.

"No problem. I'm used to people trying to kill me..." Kevin replies. The aura surrounding him dissipates and he jumps out of the crater. He removes his mask, turning it around to look at it. "...Yeah... people try to kill me often..." He whispers, before replacing the mask.
