ICR 45 - One of the standard-issue Ionic series of rifles developed pre-apocalypse, the ICR 45 is a beautiful piece of revolutionary weaponry, despite being standard. In today's world, it is one of the most powerful pre-apocalypse weapons known to man, since it utilises sunlight to create bolts of energy which can be used for a variety of different applications. Whether you're shooting a mutant made of rock to blasting out a wall; from giving yourself a nightly light to starting a campfire, this thing can do it. Nobody quite knows how it works, not even Outsider, but considering it's made to last and be useful, well...
The Razor - The Outsider's greatest weapon in a close-quarters fight is his blade. Yet another pre-apocalypse relic, this advanced knife does but one thing: cut. How well does it cut? Well considering it can slice through diamond with relative ease, one would assume very well. Don't ask what it does to butter... or human flesh, for that matter.
P.E.P. - The Perception Enhancement Program is something Outsider, himself, has made. To put it simply, this little device has the ability to increase Outsider's visual and auditory perception many times. To give you an idea, Outsider can see a person a hundred meters away as though he were right next to them. If that person was also whispering, Outsider would be able to hear it clearly. Unfortunately P.E.P. is still in it's beta stage and not only drains power rather quickly, but also has a tendency to fail, so Outsider is working on fixing that...
The Suit - Of course, this is where all of Outsider's true "powers" come from. It powers his rifle, his P.E.P., and is pretty much his reason for survival. The suit can commence active camouflage, apply boosts to speed and strength, silence footsteps, withstand both searing heat and chilling cold, and even help the wearer in question keep living without food and water for days. How exactly does it do this? Outsider isn't too sure. However he isn't too keen to let anyone even touch the glowing compartment on the back of the suit. All of his powers aren't much on their own - he's something of a jack of all trades. Of course, he needs to balance how much energy he uses, lest he put his suit in lock-down for several minutes. Essentially, if Outsider's suit runs out of power in the wild, he WILL die, unless he's especially lucky.
It can work without sunlight due to a rechargeable battery (using 2999 logic here), however it doesn't last too long - maybe 2-3 hours at most (and considering the day would be a lot longer in the future...). Sure you can do a lot in that time, but you know how I said he has that blue glowy thing on the back of his suit?
Let's just say, if that gets so much as a crack, he's practically paralysed till it can be repaired :P
The suit doesn't do well against radiation, either. It can block out small amounts, however if there's any kind of hot spots and he's in it, he'll be affected. The general trade off between all of his abilities is that Outsider is still human, and though all these things are great, they aren't perfect.
His active camo emits a thermal signature, and you can even feel the heat when nearby; his weapons don't cloak either.
The ICR 45 might run on energised sunlight, but it can't actually pass through anything. It's strong against exposed or electrical targets, yet it won't affect anything with low conduction of electricity. Even though it's more like energised plasma, all it does is shock and burn. Still pretty nasty stuff against flesh, though.
The knife is just that. A knife. That means, if the enemy somehow gets their hands on it, it's just as effective at cutting through Outsider's suit too.
P.E.P. is rarely used, so you won't have to worry too much about that, due to aforementioned weaknesses.

He's cunning, and the people of the Obsidian Tribe know it, but truthfully he really just wants a place to stay where he can call home. It's not much at the moment, but the Obsidian Tribe at least let him in, so he's working hard to try and earn a place there. He's sick of roaming the wasteland. He wants a place where he can consider himself safe from the outside. A place where he doesn't need to look over his shoulder during the day and lose sleep to the night. Classic survivalists tale in truth: grew up in the desert, lost his parents during his early teens, and then discovered an ancient relic or two which made The Outsider who he is known as today. Not a mercenary, not a killer, just a survivor. Pretty difficult to do in today's world, but he still manages somehow. He has not yet answered as to how he survived in the irradiated world, and how he didn't fall susceptible to the radiation which unlocks the hidden genome. If you ask he will tell, plain and simple, but every time he tells his tale, it's almost as though something is left unsaid...

Sure he seems interesting. But can his suit not work without sunlight at all? Or can you make him have a greater weakness? if you do let @wick or @ashevelendar check it out if im not on and move it bro

Kyle will be getting to every character, but right now Kyle is talking to The robocop guy. if anyone wants to join the conversation they can, or if they want a seperate interaction they can, just have everyone mingly or do their own thing and Kyle will find them, unless you dont wana talk to Kyle.
Side note: Tokala basically can't hear with the hat on. His ears are basically smooshed forward so...that makes that open to a whole lot. It's basically his way of showing he's upset...other then his tail being fluffed...and the crossed arms...and the glare.

Alexandra left the tribe for a few days to speak with Hunter. The crops have failed and Ranna has a new way to raise crops. Kyle and Alexandra had a little "fight". We have two new people if you didn't saw them yet.
