Zach looked ahead, "we're almost there Shima" the woods broke into a clearing where the clan was. The others took Shima to one of the tents where it would be warm inside for her, before he could follow the others blocked his way.
Shima sneezed and coughed sitting down her nose more red than before at camp and she looked around the tent shaking only a little bit her eyes half lidded
Slowly the weretigers, treated her and set a pair of jeans and a black shirt with boots by the bed. After a few hours of reporting to the leader, Zach walked inside the tent "how are you feeling" the was a tone of worry in his voice, he cared for her a she did him he slowly sat on the floor giving a slight wince at the pain.
Her eyes opened her cheeks were flushed as she looked at him. She smiled. "I am fine I feel hot and cold at the same time" she said in a dehydrated voice as she coughed a little bit and sniffled her snuffed up nose
Zach got the water skin, that he always kept on his belt he poured some water into a glass and set it on the little table by the bed. "If I knew this would have happened then I would've left you back there," slowly Zach shifted back to his human form and took her hand in his. "Just get better alright."
She nodded. "If I would have been still back there my father would have killed me" she said drinking some water before coughing hard closing her eyes as she finally stopped
Zach sat back down on the floor, slowly dosing off every now and again. He would soon need to get himself checked out, but he wasn't going to leave Shimas side till she was well again.
"H how are your wounds" she asked trying to prevent a coughing fit from coming out again her eyes half lidded looking at him. "Do they need any cleaning at the moment" she asked.
Zach looked up at her, slightly shifting his weight "they'll need to be cleaned in two days, but for now I'm not leaving your side." He meant what he said, he wouldn't leave her till she was well again. No matter how much she asked him to, he wouldn't go anywhere.
She smiled tiredly and teached and touched his hand, her skin a little hotter than normal and was sweaty before she fell asleep her hand landing at the side of the bed limp coughing a little bit.
Zach got a chair, and sat in it he grabbed some cold water a dampened a cloth in it. He put the cloth on her forehead. After a few hours passed he dosed off.
She had woken off and groaned the cloth has lost all it's coldness and was as warm as her fever, She smiled seeing he was asleep and he sat up holding the cloth in her hands her fever went down a little bit.
Zach's breathing was steady, but his hands tightening on the arms of the chair as he was having a nightmare about the day his parents were killed in front of him by human soldiers.
Slowly Zach hands loosened, slowly he woke up to find Shima hugging him. His arms went around her in return he didn't say anything, he didn't want to speak right now not yet.
Zachs arms tightened, when she started to cough again. He wished he could help more than he was now, "if you don't want to move you can sleep against me I don't really mind," he kinda knew what it was like to be sick not wanting to move at all.
Zach smiled, keeping his arm around her "it's not really a probem Shima," he kisses her forehead. "Just get bbetter alright." He was worried about her, there was no questioning that.
