Right, that's true.

I feel like if our characters knew each other though, they would be relatively close-knit seeing as how there aren't many groups of humans travelling around together post-nuke.

Being from canada I would like to have it set there (because NOTHING is ever set in canada). We could also make it so that it's winter there, an interesting new look on the wasteland, instead of fighting for power, they are fighting for warmth and non frozen food. Plus resistances would form and add good plot devices and ways for character development, also I think our characters would have to choose a side and things like that.

However, I'm not too keen on the whole 'winter' thing. Not that I hate winter, it's just that I'd have to make a new character and everything and... *insert whining like a lil bitch*

also though I don't think the winter Idea is that bad, maybe It doesn't always go like that but when snow comes down, well lets just hope you bring a coat, cuz the cold is a coming. So it would add an interesting and new issue that I don't think the likes of this website has ever seen, muhahahaha. But we would also have the basic fallout feature we know and love. Anyone? So instead of physical appearances we would be describing clothing more than their faces. Come on people. That's so materialistc.

Well it's not as if we have to don ski masks or anything too drastic. It's snowing, not blizzard...ing. Hats are something that both shows face and keeps you more or less warm. Or you could go headgear-less.

Granted my character is mostly going to be wearing a mask/helmet whether we're in winter or not, meaning the whole weather problem doesn't really apply to me, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

well see you wouldn't always have your winter clothing on, but you would need some so you would need to describe that too
