[IC] Outbreak

Jax shook his head at Tim and Olliver's childish conversation. "Ignore them Miss Anna." Jax entered the quartermaster's building, requested a weeks worth of clothes and handed them to Anna. "You'll have to wash them on your own sadly. Until we can make room for you, you can have my bunk in the center big hangar."

Oliver had a smug grin. "One day that temper will get you killed." He called out.

[Patient 43Delta]

Tim walked in with a tear in his eye. " Permission to take my leave for the night sir" he said as he saluted jax.

[Ayemdar]

Anna tried not to show too much emotion towards the guy's banter. She could sense that Oliver would take some work, and Tim had some anger issues. She couldn't figure out what Jax's flaw/baggage is, he seems really great. "Thank you. You don't have to give up your bed.."

Jax nodded and patted Tim's shoulder. "Get a good night's rest Cap. Colonel said our first mission briefing would be tomorrow. I want you with me for this one."

"Dont worry about it." Jax chuckled and led Anna to his bunk. He'd hung a curtain up around it for his own privacy. "No one will bother you here." he smiled at her and turned to Olly. "Get some rest too kid. I want you at your peak tomorrow, okay? I need you watching my back."

[Patient 43Delta]

"Yes sir, thank you sir" Tim said as he walked out " have a nice night sir" said Tim as he looked back at Anna and as tears came into his eyes. He softly whispers a few words and turned away almost as of in pain and walked out.

"Well thank you, goodnight.." Annabelle gave a soft smile. She turned towards Oliver. "Sure."

Oliver turned to Anna. "Strange. I don't buy her shy bullshit. No one survives this long with that." He muttered. He put up the hood of his cloak and walked to the wall of the base. He hopped the fence and ran to a nearby building. He checked his supplies and nodded. He looked back at the base. "Sorry Jax, Tim." He fortified the building and went to bed in the sleeping bag he had brought.

Annabelle kept her bat in hand and gestured towards Oliver, showing she was ready.

Annabelle was a little wary, but she didn't think Oliver capable of doing anything too crazy, so she followed him silently.

He hopped the fence and beckoned for Anna to follow.

Jax bid goodnight to Anna and Olly before exiting and walking to one of the two Humvee's that had been given to his team. It was barely visible as it was mottled black and grey. Jax opened the door to the passenger seat, removed his boots and gun belt before entering and set them in the driver seat. He pulled himself into the seat and curled up, slowly drifting to sleep.

[Patient 43Delta]

Tim watched oliver quietly from the main building. " well well well" he whispers to himself."looks like we've got another lone wolf to deal with" Tim walked away from the telescope it his window and picked up a picture frame and got tears in his eyes then set it down and whent to bed.

"Watch out" Annabelle said before tossing her bat over and climbing after over it. She straightened herself out and picked up the bat.

As soon as she was ready, he ran to a nearby building. He barricaded it and turned to Anna. "Ok, spill it. What's really going on here. And don't lie. I know what I'm doing. He drew his pistol in a flash. "Move to grab your weapon or hit me, you're dead. "Now, talk."

[Ayemdar]

Annabelle looked at Oliver with shock. "Wh-What do you mean?" She froze against the wall in fear, but started wracking her brain for ways to maneuver out of this.

"I said, talk." He aimed at her leg. "Or I shoot. Why are you here. What's your real reason for joining them. And, why the fuck are you pretending to be shy?"

As this was happening Tim woke up from a nightmare in a cold sweat. And looked at the clock" 00:05 " he said Tim got up and walked to the window and opened it letting the cool air wash away the memories of the nightmare, he looked out the widow at the night sky. For once in a very long time he was feeling OK.
