[OOC] Call of the Hunt [EliteCommander and Muttonhawk]

You think I should do a skip ahead a few days to the next event?

[Muttonhawk]

Sure.

[EliteCommander]

At this point, I think we have started what I am loosely calling a timeskip. Skips between scenes will probably be more abrupt than usual, so we can actually get through all of these scenes in a reasonable time. Next would probably be the warriors heading to the ruin to scout and clear it out.

Afterwards, I'm thinking we can do two of the planned events at the same time. Meesei will be wanting to recruit a certain master alchemist and will be making the trip to Black Marsh personally. That would be time for Gallus to make the same trip, I think. They're going to different parts of the marsh, but it would be convenient for them to take the same ship there.

Alright, sounds good. Will Meesei be taking her pack with her or will she be going on her own?

I'm out at the moment, so I don't have my notes with me. I'm unsure whether we'll be skipping to the scouts returning or something sooner.

Meesei will, at the very least, be taking Sabine. I was also thinking about Kaleeth perhaps trying to visit her parents. Though, that's not as important.

Alright, so I was thinking of making the next scene as two short ones in parallel. Touching on Kaleeth setting up her fist fighting and Fendros showing Ahnasha the hidden letters he's been exchanging with Llarasa.

Unfortunately, today has been a big day and I'm a bit too tired to sit down a write a post. I'll try writing one on the bus in the morning.

I forget, did Fendros mention the existence of the letters to Ahnasha before?

Yeah, he promised to show them to her as soon as they got back. Ahnasha wasn't too happy about it being kept a secret, from what I remember.

[EliteCommander]

I have another scene in mind that would fit in the current moment, to give an update on how Peiter is handling things. You think Sabine might visit him in his room or something?

Sure, I'll start that in my next post.

Did you want to play out Janius and Kaleeth's bout or summarise it?
Edit: Actually, we can keep Janius and Kaleeth's fight going for now. I'm enjoying it.

So, where did you want to go after these scenes? I reckon a scene between Ri'vashi and Gallus might be nice, but if you wanted to progress the plot some more, we can skip to something a bit further.

Well, we do have quite a bit to get through, I think. Maybe we could do a scene between those two after the next big event, which I think would be delving into that ruin in Skyrim, after everyone has been moved up there.

Alright, did we want to skip all the way to the ruin? How long do you think it would take to move everyone?

[EliteCommander]

They would probably start sending people up pretty regularly along different trade routes. A month or two, maybe? I'm not exactly sure what is reasonable. I don't think the actual distance to the Rift is that far, they just have to take a pass through the mountains. We can skip to that whenever.

Hmm, I'm not really sure that I want to go into detail on them meeting with the Riften clan. It would obviously be important for them to do so, but I don't think it is overall important to the story. I think it would be best to get straight to delving into that Dwarven ruin. Now, I doubt you would want to extend out your post that much, so if you like, I could write out the rest of the summary to get us there.

I think I will. I might not finish tonight, since I need to start getting to bed earlier, but I will try.
