railgun/index rp

Doing a rp based on index and railgun. The premise is that due to the success of some of the newer factions academy city seeing the promise in it tries to create their own. Their base of operation being a particular school that caters to all sides of the spectrum scientific to magical hoping to use it as way to respond to certain threats that may be appear to harm the city. I will have more info up once I get enough people interested.
