Powers(Up to five): So, basically superior strength and speed. She can probably bench about a ton, but that's as far as it goes. Maybe she could exercise to get it stronger, but... eh, that can be explored later on. Super speed is nowhere near Flash, and is mainly just she can... well, the fastest mile time recorded for a woman was 4 minutes 12 seconds. She could do it in about 2 minutes at her max speed. She also has overall heightened senses, like sight and smell. Also she has some pain resistance, so a punch from the average person would probably sting, but that would also mean she has trouble feeling touches. If you can't feel a mega punch how could you expect to feel a tap?

Weapons: She relies on several gadgets, like smoke bombs and flashbangs you get on the 4th of July, two grappling hooks, and some pretty strong nets. Sometimes she uses three laser lights, a blue, green, and red one, when teaming up with other heroes. Each has a meaning, but I'll get to that another time.

Skills: American wrestling, Brazillain Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai are her main fighting styles. I'm sure she knows something else here and there, but I'll figure that out later. XD

Weakness: I guess someone who has more "mystical" powers. It would be harder for her to fight someone who could telepathically lift her than it would be her fighting someone with a sword. She isn't bullet-proof either.

Personality: Probably someone a bit nerdy, but overall kind. Very stubborn, that's for sure, but she'll definitely grow more as the thread develops.

Occupation: I imagine her anonymously writing her stories as a hero for cash. Or maybe writing them into a book and publishing those.

Powers: He basically resembles a tiger's abilities. He has heightened senses, super strength, probably able to pick up a small car, super speed, not matching Flash's but faster than Agent. He has a healing factor, so if he sleeps his wounds heal a lot faster.

Weapons: He puts sharp fangs into his mouth when fighting and his gloves have sharp claw tips.

Skills: Doesn't know specific fighting styles but gets by fine.

Weakness: Since he doesn't know fighting styles, he relies a lot on his powers. Basically if someone is stronger and faster than him, he's screwed.

Personality: As a citizen he's very charming and nice, you'd never expect him to be a bad guy. Even then, as a villain, he tries his best to never murder.

Occupation: Works at the animal shelter.

Personality: Roxy comes across tough and sarcastic. She keeps a wall between herself and others. She doesn't trust easily but if someone earns her trust she is loyal to them. She isn't very forgiving or understanding. If you screw up or piss her off it will be along time before she is willing to let it go. She is brutally honest. She doesn't care if you like her or not. She is very stubborn. Once she decides something it is hard to get her to change

Other: Summary of Organization: The Vigilance Group (AKA Vigilance Security Solutions) is a legitimate business that has secret ties to the criminal underworld of Treaft. On the surface, they are merely a company that supplies security systems, and who are currently in talks with the government hoping to earn a 'national security contract' that would see them implementing a surveillance program called Overseer into the framework of every security camera nationwide. They have secretly already developed Overseer and embedded it into their products, giving them insight into over 75% of Treaft's security feeds. Their President/CEO/Founder, Zachariah Kreiger, who may or may not have past ties to a life of crime has decided to reach out to other syndicates in hopes of a partnership. He would offer up knowledge gained from the Overseer program and his private security forces, the Lancers, in exchange for simply a piece of the pie. The aim of Vigilance is not to control the world, but to merely aid and co-exist with whomever ends up in charge.

Weapons: Brass knuckles, but he is able to improvise weapons on the spot. Also has as grappling hook.

Skills: Advanced hand-to-hand combatant (knows a number of pressure points and the best way to take down an opponent fast), stealth, acrobatics and great detective skills.

Weaknesses: No skill in the use of firearms or ranged weapons (the grappling hook being an obvious exception, if you count that as a ranged weapon), basically has a glass jaw (it doesn't take a lot to knock him out, which is why he prefers to dodge attacks rather than face them head-on), and he'll never compromise his views on morality (which means that, even if punishing a villain would lead to something like the world being destroyed, he won't compromise if it means letting the villain get away with their crimes).

Personality: Anton is a man of few words, instead choosing to let his eyes or, in some cases, his fists talk for him. Has a very strong sense of justice and doing what's right, and believes that to achieve peace and harmony he must rid the world of every bit of scum there is in it. That means anything from the common criminal to a serial killer to a corrupt politician. This usually leads to, at the very least, him leaving criminals with several broken bones, cracked ribs, and just barely alive. And that's at least.
Usually very calm, though mention of his parents will make him snap (due to his mother being a dead prostitute who hated him and his father having left them before Anton was born). Also hates men who hire prostitutes, due to his past. Keeps a journal and buys a new one every year, and usually has inner monologues, as he thinks of himself as a detective in a noir movie.

Occupation: Full-time vigilante; he believes that a job would distract him from saving people, thus he doesn't have one. Needless to say he's homeless.

Looks: Anton when not wearing the mask. Considers himself ugly, thought most might disagree. His costume consists of a white ski mask that cover everything but his eyes, a black fedora, a black trench coat and black gloves. Considers his mask to be his true face, and his actual face to be his 'disguise'. Rarely seen without the mask.

Other: Never try to take off his mask. Ever. If you do, you're gonna have a bad time.

Powers(Up to four): Ability to create and manipulate electricity and hovering (not flight; just hovering).

Weapons: His powers, or his martial arts skills.

Skills: Natural agility, pick pocketing, lock picking and Krav Maga.

Weakness: Like Anton, he has a glass jaw and no skill with firearms. He's also not as perceptive as his brother, easily missing details.

Personality: Like his brother, he is calm and collected, preferring to be as laconic as possible. But that's when he's Allen Watson. When going out as Polybius, he takes on the guise of a madman ripped straight out of a comic book. He rants on about his plans, and talks of destroying the world. To most, he'd just seem nuts, but it's all an act.
He's only a villain for the fun of it, because being a street fighter and thief gets boring after a while and he just wants something new in his life. He'd never actually do extremely sadistic things, like murder and torture, instead choosing to duke it out with heroes who are more experienced than his opponents in street fights. He took a particular liking to fighting Phantom, becoming a sort of arch-nemesis to him.

Occupation: Street fighter and thief.

Looks: Click. Usually has some bruises and bandages on his face. Costume consists of an all-black lycra suit, with a kevlar vest and this mask. The mask also has a built-in voice changer, which changes the pitch and tone of the voice every word, successfully masking the gender, age and identity of the wearer.

Other: Polybius/Allen/Sergei is Phantom/Anton's older brother, though neither knows it as he (Allen/Sergei) was taken from his mother by Child Protective Services before Anton was born and their mother never spoke of Allen/Sergei. Also, if he were to discover that Phantom is his long lost brother, he would more than likely make a heel-face turn.

Peak Human Agility- Can move better than the likes of an ordinary human, enabling him to move with great agility, reflexes, speed, and accuracy.

Skills: Capoeira and stealth

Weakness: Not bullet proof, ears are quite sensitive so he has to wear earphones or plugs. If he doesn't wear earphones or plugs when using his screams, he can be victim to his own attack. Can still get physically hurt and if vocals get damaged, the screams can get nullified.

Personality: Solomon usually have a cool attitude, smiling, and willing to have a good time and make things almost into a game.

Skills: Boxing, surfing, stealing.

Weakness: He needs to be near a water source to use his power. If in a desert......he's shit out of luck....

Personality: Cocky and brash. But tries to sweet talk the women. He loves a challenge and will either provoke a fight or perhaps not walk away from one.

Occupation: Works in a smoothie shop but wants to live better, so he's a thief as well.
