Agent Name: Andrew Ryan Harper
Agent Code Name: Deathstroke
Age: 34
Gender: male
Appearance: Andrew's Face
Armor: His armor usually consists of his protective headgear and mask as well as his personally crafted armor. He wears it not only for the great protection, but because of his skin disease as well. The eyes of his mask glow when activated as they function as Nightvision.
Close up of his mask
Armor and rifle (Though I'm using a different one)
Armor Front in better lighting
Armor+Satchel from back
Clothing: Normally he wears a modified enclave uniform that retains the dark gray color. Other times he tends to wear a cyan shirt under a black jacket with two stripes on each shoulder that are the same color as the shirt along with dark blue cargo pants and black combat boots.

Weapons: With him at all times, located in his boot, is his personal KABAR.
When he is in the field however, he primarily carries 3 weapons.

His beautiful hand crafted L115A1 that he deliberately named "Anna" that acts as his primary weapon. With a stronger scope and higher caliber (.444 Marlin) ammunition than other variants, it's suited for long range sniping and support. Deadly and accurate, he refuses to let anybody but himself use it as the kickback from the .444 round could knock out a normal wastelander.

As a secondary he carries his beloved customized .50 AE Desert Eagle in his holster. He tends to use the pistol more than Anna as he often finds himself in close combat.

Finally, as his melee weapon, he uses a double edged sword with a flat tip that can trigger a surge of electricity from the battery in the handle.

Miscellaneous items: several clips for both Anna and his pistol. located in the pouches on his armor. Also in the pouches are two packs of cigarettes. He has a satchel on his back that holds several other long-term items, such as some food, water, flashlight, batteries, metal teapot, tea, flint, and a blanket.
Forces of habit: He is a heavy smoker that tends to smoke whenever he can. He is also heavily addicted to the cinnamon tea in his satchel, specifically the flavor.
Biography:
"Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor, My bullet punishes all without distinction."

Andrew's life was not an easy one by any standard. He was born into the Enclave military several years before the fall of the D.C. Enclave. It was found out quickly after he was born that he was cursed with a very rare allergy that, if not for his mother's intervention, almost had him put down before he knew what was going on. Whenever he made skin contact with anybody but himself, he broke out in hives and his immune system was weakened temporarily. If too many people touched him with bare skin at once, it was projected that he would go into a coma from his body's reaction. Thus, to cope, he constantly wore gloves, long sleeve shirts that were tied into the gloves, high collars, hats, long pants. Kept underground, he was treated differently than the other cadets in the bunker of Raven Rock, treated as scum, beaten, slapped, called "mutant", "Freak", "Degenerate". They made him bitter and cold to the world. At fourteen, When it came time for the boys to enlist, he was denied and was told to go clean and be a maid as it was the only thing he was good at. Angry and sick of being mistreated, the teen attacked the recruiter and pulled him to the ground. The recruiter had no way to fight as the boy sat on him and dug his knees into his shoulders. Try as he might, the "Sickly boy" had a definite grip on him, and the punches he threw only reinforced the accusation.

Unfortunately, the boy didn't know when to stop. Punch after punch was landed into the recruiters face. He unleashed every bit of pent up anger within his body that had built up over fourteen long years and eventually...the recruiter stopped breathing, and the commander finally pulled him off of the poor bastard. He was impressed with Andrew's tenacity and courage to stand up to bullies and he was placed into immediate training. Though, the courses would not last long however as he was soon pressed into combat as the Enclave emerged in the D.C. area thanks to Colonel Autumn's attack on Project Purity. On multiple fronts the invasion of the D.C. area was a long and bloody one that nearly lasted out the year. His training was accelerated and he was put into power armor with barely any knowledge of how to operate it. His first deployment was straight into the D.C. area against the brotherhood of steel. Bastards that fought against the thought of American freedom in the pursuit of technological devices.

He was forced into the mantle of a standard soldier. The vertibird doors opened and he was the first out and the first to be on the asphalt as a sniper bullet pierced his armor and tore up his left shoulder. His squad mates stepped on his struggling body and pressed on without him. The street was littered with cars and craters as they used their explosive weapons to try in vain to gain ground on the brotherhood. Immense pain in his shoulder, he dragged himself to a nearby car and took cover. A sniper was there trying to pick off the brotherhood from long range, but many of his shots were horrible and before Andrew could pop to try and provide covering fire for the sniper, the man's head exploded in a gory and metallic mess that sprayed everywhere as he fell back. He reached over and grabbed the sniper rifle and popped for just a second so he could see the thirteen or so brotherhood still fighting with his four squad mates. Just as his head went back into cover a .308 bullet pierced the side of the car and nearly took his head off, but it made a distinct sound.

He waited until he heard the same boom of the sniper again before popping and using the car to steady the gun and took aim. He saw the flash of the sniper's lens on a rooftop at the corner. Accounting for gravity as best as he could he took the shot but missed by a mile as the bullet impacted several feet below the enemy's position. He barely had time to duck back below before the sniper's bullet whizzed by his head. The helmet clogged his vision, made it too narrow. He undid the fasteners and threw aside the helmet before waiting for the boom of the sniper again as he picked off one of his squad before popping again and having a clear view of the sniper. He readjusted his aim before taking the shot again and this time, the enemy's helmet exploded and he fell to the ground. He reached down and grabbed a new clip for the sniper rifle from the dead sniper and reloaded before proceeding to pick off the other BOS members one by one.

At the end of the day, most of the squad was lost, but the survivors reported the success of the battle being the direct result of the "Sick boy's" sniping. Since that day, he was given a .308 and was permitted to not use a helmet in battle. He went on several more excursions into the D.C. Area, but even though his squad was mostly successful, other squads were not and they were eventually pushed back to Adam's Airforce Base after Raven Rock's loss where he once again proved his mettle in taking down Sarah Lyons with a clean bullet through the bitch's head as well as two of her Lyon's Pride dogs. Unfortunately, he never got sight of the Lone Wanderer and the Mobile Base Crawler was sabotaged and the missiles rained down on the Pentagon. The Enclave called for a full tactical retreat and he was on one of the last vertibirds to the far north.

Nary a month of moving later, he was deployed against a lower scum than the BOS, the Raiders that called themselves the "Bears". They were filth, no challenge. They were disorganized and feral...and they dropped like flies. In the war against the bears, Andrew accumulated at least two hundred kills over a Three year period. After the bears were wiped out and the majority of southern Canada had fallen under the righteous hand of the Enclave the action seemed to slow down as they spent the next several years establishing a heavier dominance in Canada. But it was far from the end of his service in the Enclave and far from the end of his fighting in the US as a certain commander approached him with an invaluable offer...

Very very good, my man. Calling it now, Alexander is Magnus.

One thing with the very end however, the Eagle Claw project isn't well known among the regular troops and is not openly talked about. Nobody can "Apply" for the job, the project does that for them and makes them disappear without a trace to be placed into the project.

Go ahead and post it in the Barracks after you fix that thing I mentioned. When you find a picture I'll make your portrait.

The hashtag is lame, but it gets my point across.

Very very awesome, had me enthralled from the start right until the very end. Slap that puppy into the Barracks and get dat picture up when you can. Very excited to see him in action.

VERY VERY good mod, 90% voiced. I had no clue the Plague Doctor's mask was in it when I went into it, but it's Editor ID code is forever locked in my list of codes and the mod is on my favorites list because of it.

And Cypher, XD

I'll be working on my bio a bit tonight, though I don't think I'll measure up to Demon's.

I think that the Gauss Rifle would actually be a very nice addition to the squad, but not as an actual sniper. Maybe as a slow firing, long range DMR with a low powered scope due to the projectile speed being lower than a standard bullet.

Ok, this is old, and I don't wanna offend
BUT
A gauss rifle, is a magnetically accelerated ferrous projectile cannon that probably uses a room temperature superconductor in the game
See, that would make it FAR faster than a normal gun
And more powerful
Physics is a fun thing to be learning
(Unless you're like me and don't like studying a lot. Still I love it)

But the kickback would make it a lot less useful at far range which means a much larger area of error. Not to mention that real gauss guns (Coilgun/railgun), while yes they have faster projectile speed, are giant. A smaller variant would require much less power so the user would not get knocked on their arse when firing. Not to mention that the projectile itself is much Larger than a normal bullet. (Compared to a .22LR round in that pic.) and it would not, and does not, have to travel at the speeds suggested to achieve the same affect as represented in FNV. For some maths, in FNV the Gauss Rifle has an 0.3 spread whereas the basic sniper rifle has an 0.2 spread and the Anti-material rifle has a 0.015 spread. At a glance it does not seem like much. But for a sniper, it may as well be a mile. After testing in FO3 as well after you mentioned the gauss rifle (via VATS) I found that the Gauss projectile is actually slower to reach a target than a bullet regardless of the fact that both are hitscan. This was of course done by measuring between two placed points, me sitting next to a trashcan and a spawned in Raider (A.I. Disabled) next to a lamp post. Thus, the Gauss Rifle is much more suited to being a mid-range DMR instead of a long range sniper rifle. Especially since both FNV and FO3 are well known to have "curving bullets" that will provide an auto-aim based on a diceroll made by the game when you shoot that could present certain accuracy misinterpretations. That is not present in this RP as that would take WAAAAY too much time and I won't be doing it or advocating it.

Yes, but in Fallout, there ARE inertial dampners, if I remember well.
Also, a coilgun to actually cause the amount of damage it does (which is significant), it would HAVE to go incredibly fast.
So, the entire point is moot, since the devs don't seemed to have put thought or explained it.
But your point is correct, except that the gauss rifle does more damage than it should than with its speed
Wait.......
Shit, no, you're right
The size compensates for the speed, but without proper measurements...........
I can't tell if it breaks even or not, but we'll assume that it does
Eh, fuck it. I don't wanna use my head. I RP relieve stress and keep my mind from overloading.
Meh, I'll now return to El Dumbo Gravito Mode, as some people on another site call it

Even with inertial dampeners the kickback would be like that of the Anti-material rifle, which has no dampeners other than the stock. I did my research :P

In other words, it works here :D

And this is why I never go to the Bethesda forums, because I'll constantly be losing debates, thanks to my lack of knowledge in Fallout and TES, even though I've played all the games.

Well, El Gravito Dumbo is back.
Anyways, I'd like to talk about people characters.
How great would we fit together as a team?
I'm the lucky medium to close ranged stealth guy
The great Demontongue is a power sniper at a lesser range
You are the long range sniper

We need what else more?
Heavy weapons, I always recommend a team has two heavy weapons guys, and I think we fill that quota
We need more mid ranged guys.
And a mechanic type character, maybe
I dunno

Kyelin is going to be a shortrange crazy person, Pyro is a heavy weapons guy, it looks like Lucius is going to be a midrange grenadier, as is Mars. Not sure about Invictus.

And actually, I've never been in a debate about Fallout or TES (Except skyrim vs oblivion) either in the forums or outside.

I've had a dozen or so debates about Skyrim's easymode and Oblivion's better quality.

EDIT: Small update with my character. Gonna be heading into game and picking up a different rifle as I realized that his personality doesn't fit the PSG-1 at ALL. In fact I don't even know why I picked the PSG-1 because I'm a bolt action man.
