Oh, if we're counting family machines, my family's first rig was a Windows 95, but that wasn't my personal computer. How I got my own PC back then isn't much of a story though; my mother basically upgraded to a 98 and in the course of like a year won another Windows 98 machine so she gave me her old PC effectively as my own rig. Lots of PC games that I enjoyed during those years that served as my introduction to PC Gaming.

My google fu and shoddy memory suggests it is possibly from one of the Chuunibyou anime series.

Not sure why but google says it's gochuumon wa usagi desu ka though the art is significantly different. Either way, I don't know what it is. The girl with the brown hair looking very familiar.

Lol, well you're not inherently misbehaving, but this isn't what I expected to see when I got back. This is what I made the hang-out thread thingy for though; building community. Good to see you two're getting along at any rate, though I've gotta admit I'm not familiar with any of the anime you're mentioning; I'm pretty into anime myself (though I'm fairly picky), but I'm sorta old-school and a lot of the newer shows haven't exactly caught my attention yet.
