@FoxFireI think we have a failure to communicate there.
I'm stated the above since the next cycle is Tomorrow (Friday Nov 4th 2016) at 12:00 EST.
It was essentially a reminder to Post your actions since action points are capped at 16.
Therein if you did not use at least 4 points to begin with as of the first round, anything over 16 would have been lost to the void.
There is no need to change anything although I would high suggest that the Solar system, isn't a plane if it is part of the prime material plane. You cannot claim the prime material plane I believe as it is the basic fundamental plane which we all exist in per norma. Therein you cannot use a "Weave plane" action and create a solar system on the prime material plane and consider it your plane. The solar system would have to be something of an outer plane which touches the Prime material plane, but does not actually transect it. Else, consider Shape Plane to create additional planets around the Sun.
2 AP - Create Land: Create Land allows gods to form new lands where none existed before. You could create floating islands, raise continents up from beneath the sea, carve out massive cave systems below the surface of the earth, or create a chain of asteroids in the space above a planet. When creating land, you can decide its terrain, climate, and ecosystem. Created Land has a basic geography that is decided when it is created, and is generally the size of a continent ranging from Australia to Asia. This action can also create physical worlds that exist as a part of the Material Plane, such as moons, other planets, or stars. However, if the Land being created is supposed to serve as its own world rather than as a feature of the existing world, then Weave Plane is the appropriate action.
