Sadly I think Des is twisting about with how she thinks. Part of her is utterly loyal to the circus (And partly to D. Ark outside the Circus realm of things, though she would NEVER show it in any way bad for business and all), while the other part wants to just devour them all. I'm currently trying to think of a way Chitter won't wind up on the 'Eat' list. She may threaten Johnny with it but Des wouldn't eat him. He's a annoyance.

Little Chitter is a threat to her point of view. Now more than ever. @FallenTrinity

Chitter in my opinion and Des's... She's dangerous. Annoying, but someone Desdemona is keeping a eye on. She's a worrying pawn in play.
