Superpowers are still relatively new to mankind, first discovered for over a century ago in the city of Tokyo, Japan, news that of a baby that gave off a luminescent glow right after it was born. Since then, strange abilities have been sprouting up across the world. Time passed without the cause being identified; scientists have struggled to find out the cause behind this, lamenting it to evolution, however there is no solid evidence to what brought about this new super gene.

Naturally, humans were scared. They were met with newfound powers, dangerous and abnormal. For much of the first few decades, supers received brutal discrimination and punishment. Many were forced into camps and prisons and some were stolen away for experimenting. But as the numbers increased and the supers became more knowledgeable of their own abilities, they banded together and rose against authoritative figures. As history shows, with time and persistence, compassion begins to grow. The supers collaborated with humans, working side by side to protect civilization and prove that supers aren't all power-hungry monsters. There are a handful of people that have made a stand for the rights of supers and influenced the world to follow in their ideals who led the people with their brilliant and passionate words, opening the door to a brighter future for both humans and supers. Before we knew it, the supernatural became natural, and dreams had become reality.

We now live in a superhuman society with majority of the world's population possessing some kind of special trait. In this world swirling with chaos, the profession that everyone once dreamed about and admired came into the limelight. That profession is...still not quite yours. You are not a professional hero, the symbols of hope and peace for the entire world. You are a student, not at one of the top academies in the entire country, but in a newly established institution that aims to cater to those who are deemed less fortunate in one way or another. Those who failed to pass the grueling entrance examinations of other institutions, lacked financial aid and resources, or individuals who were not blessed with amazing quirks, none of those hold any bearing. No matter your backround or upbringing, you’ll always have a place here.

A quirk is a special, superhuman ability an individual can possess. Quirks are generally unique to their user, and are classified in multiple categories. Quirks are inherited genetically, and typically manifest in children by the age of four. A child can manifest either one of his parents' Quirks or a composite of the two. There are several laws and procedures to ensure the conscientious use of Quirks. During elementary school, children receive Quirk counseling, in order to learn how to use their powers responsibly. Public display of Quirks are against the law, except in cases of self defense, such as when one is under attack or preventing someone else from being attacked.

Quirk Types

• Emitter Class - These quirk class grant the ability to either release certain substances, or alter materials around them in certain ways. While most emitter-type Quirk users generally have a handle on their own "emissions", it's also possible for users to hurt themselves from coming into too much contact with their quirk.
• Transformation Class - User of this type of quirk are able to take on a temporary alteration of some kind. Transformation quirks allow the user to temporarily "transform" their body in a variety of manners, sometimes enhancing existing features or perhaps adding new features to the body altogether.
• Mutant Class - These quirks can have a wide variety of features and abilities depending on the individual, but the common similarity seems to be that these quirks are a part of the user's physicality. As a result, these Quirks are always active, but generally allow the user the greatest degree of control.

Basically, think of it as another organ system in a way. There are probably gonna be exemptions to this rule, but yeah. Given that, the ability to make use of toon-related abilities, is probably not possible.

Personality: Collin is a quiet kid. Not because he doesn’t like people, but mostly because if he tries to talk, he will often bite his tongue. He has a little trouble with more complex words, but mostly understands the language, and has a very soft spot for music. He loves all kinds, and will talk anyone’s ear off when the topic of music comes around. He is a happy go lucky kid who loves to have fun, but often hides his mouth when he smiles, as his sharp teeth can often be intimidating to others.

Background: He lived overseas with his parents for many years, so when he moved back home, he could barely speak the language. And when his quirk came in, he would often bite his tongue whenever he tried to talk, so he avoided talking as much as he could. Others would often see the blood coming from his mouth and run away scared. He wound up without many friends because there was no one he could talk to, so he spent most of his time at home. He was pretty bored since he didn’t have any friends, so his mother bought him a violin so that he could have something to do after school. So he started practicing and immediately fell in love with the instrument. He spent the next few years doing not much but practicing, never really making any friends as he devoted most of his time to mastering his skills.
He was planning on going to a musical middle school, until on the way home from practice one day, he found himself in the middle of a monster attack. He didn’t know what to do, until another kid from his school ran past him and started evacuating innocent people. In that moment, he realised that the only people that could help were people that were prepared to do so. So he decided that he would use his power, that had given him such a hard time, and use it to help others. He would never give up his love of music, and would continue to write songs, but he had discovered a new passion. And thus began his adventure to become the

His teeth and jaw become stronger, allowing him to have the bite strength of a great white shark. His face deforms slightly to fit in his teeth when he fully transforms, but he is always left with a sharp set of teeth in his mouth, often making him bite his tongue.

Talents: He is a very good violin player, and often writes his own songs and composes music in his spare time.

Personality: Somewhat cold-blooded to the random strangers he's being forced to meet. Though underneath, he actually has an older brother feeling to those close to him.
Background: Abuse at young age --> Gangster Leader of a Crew --> Jailed Comrades leads to Forced School Participation

Quirk: Corporeal Form (Transformer Quirk) - Ryu can temporary make himself corporeal and whatever he has on him into a non-solid form for a certain amount of time, though he is still very much visible. However, this draws from his physical condition and constantly ends up with him exhausted if pushed to his limits. (Limit - can go through things, such as standard walls, for about 15 tries. This goes to one try if he has to bring two other people with him. Also, he can only keep this form up for about 6 seconds before he has to go back to normal.)

Talents:
-Combat Focused (Metal Bat): Gangster lifestyle was cruel at points and one needed to defend himself of course...with a metal bat
-Leadership Foresight: Was the head of a gang before his arrest and now forced to play hero...

@Sam12435 Gave it a quick read and edited the formatting. The code for it is down below to make reposting it easier. Anyway, everything's all good. I edited the description of his quirk a bit and removed the bit about the great white and just stated that his bite-strength was on par with some sharks. Just think that great white bite strength would be a milestone Dante is gonna reach soon enough, then after that, something even stronger. Accepted dude!
