She'd probably accidentally bump into her and be like "oh shit" and start crying lol
Chou's too much of a wimp to kill someone on purpose (unless I give her some hardcore character development that makes her a psycho) (my original plan was to make her more brave and outgoing but Im starting to like this idea better)

It could be covered up as her dying in the car accident, as long as the driver who hit her does a hit and run without telling anyone. Of course people will be confused how an English girl ended up in this place randomly once they identify her. Not that this would prove anything at all.

You know what? I think I could make a pretty good story somewhere along this premise. Maybe death note style crossed with magical girls somehow.
