I'd be fine with a Dangolin too, One Piece is full of weird and unexplained creatures after all. Also I hope my post was okay and establishes some of Mushuro's character early on.

Name: Toridus "Aldreine"

Age: Isn't sure exactly, but people would pin him to be in his early 20s or late teens.

Gender: Male

Height: 6"1

Weight: 178lbs

Personality: Toridus is a bit naive...okay, extremely naive. He's very easy to fool, and is as straightforward, blunt, and dense as they come, and when he's angry, he tends to get violent. Other than that, he's a fairly pleasant person to be around, though he is very curious about most things that are new to him. He can be a bit overly macho when challenged, often trying to prove just how freaking manly he is by taking on the biggest thing he can find and dragging it back like a trophy.

Biography: Who Toridus' family is, or where he came from is a complete mystery to him, ever since he was a child he'd been alone on an uncivilized island near the very edge of the Grand Line, populated with strong, yet gentle beasts. He grew up on this island, and for at least a decade he had lived off the land, surviving on his instincts, and with the help of his Pangog, Verdier, who'd cared for him since he was an infant. Living off the fat of the land with his closest friend at least kept him happy until the day he'd encounter the Navy, and the man who would change his life.

A Naval vessel had dropped by the island in an attempt to gather rations for their voyage landed, and began hunting down several of the native beasts. Before they could close in on Verdier, their commander ordered them to halt before Toridus charged from the underbrush with a sharpened stick, prepared to defend his only friend as he stood between her and the navy soldiers. The officer took pity on the boy living on the wilderness, and in an unexpected act of kindness, he dropped his weapons and assured Toridus that they would bring no harm to his friend, and that they were only there for supplies. The man even offered the boy and his Pangog a place aboard their vessel, to which Toridus happily accepted. Over the years the Captain personally trained Toridus in the art of Spearmanship, as well as teaching him to work in synchronization with Verdier, and revealed various details of Machoism and Chivalry to him, at least TRYING to make him a somewhat refined gentleman. Just a year ago, the Captain decided Toridus was old enough to make his way in the world, and simply told him to: "Become a Respectable man" before setting sail once more, leaving Toridus and Verdier alone to carve their paths in life.

Area of Expertise: From his life spent in the wilderness, he's become a rather accomplished Hunter and Tracker, and can easily chase prey or track down targets. He also knows how to skin animals for hides, how to build traps and snares, has an excellent throwing arm, and is a proficient spear-man.

Name: Margarita Marianna McManus
Age: 10! ... Physically. She is actually 22.
Gender: Female
Height: 4'3 ft
Weight: 70 lbs
Personality: Rita, as she is called for short, is at first glance quite a polite and refined girl. And... this is not false, at all. She is quite refined, her speech very polite. She gives the impression of the child daughter of some well-off family. Only... she's actually twenty-two so she's not that young at all. And... when she gets angry her politeness begins to fade. Rita will snap, complain, and generally be unpleasant to anyone who makes her annoyed. She also has a remarkably deep adoration of alcohol. She gets drunk very quickly and her personality undergoes a drastic shift. Rita's speech becomes very rough, and she acts like a stereotypical delinquent. She enjoys fighting when she's drunk. Fighting and pretty girls. She also tends to fight by punching things really really hard. And kicking. And anything she can possibly do to cause a lot of physical harm to someone very very rapidly, really. When she sobers up again... she doesn't deny anything but the being way too into pretty girls part.
Biography: Rita was trained from a very young age by her grandfather, studying martial arts. And when she was old enough to handle alcohol... he revealed the McManus family's secret technique to her. The fabled drunken fist! Training in this art, Rita learned how to... beat the hell out of things using alcohol power. It wasn't long before her grandfather decided that it was time to complete her training, sending her out into the world in order to do so. After a particularly intense fight, Rita found herself lost, and eventually wound up in Cocoyasi Village.
Area of expertise: Quartermaster. She won't let anyone else be in charge of supplies, and it gets her quicker access to alcohol.
