Wanga looked over at Phospho. "Well, I don't remember how it happened, but I got washed away in a river somewhere." She explained.

Juma stopped to listen to other cub's vague explanation. "Oh, I guess understand now." She looked down at her paws, feeling sorry for Wanga.

"Oh wow I'm sorry" phosphor said as he walked up to her and laid down beside her. Then an idea struck "wait what if you where just separated from your family and don't remember it!" Phosphor said to her loudly.

Artemis smiled when he said that. "I have raised them well." She said teasingly. She hoped he would like them and she is happy they like him in return.

"No kidding." He walked a step closer, shoving her lightly with his shoulder. A playful gesture. "Nikko will be a fine warrior."

Crimson chuckled from his perch as he watched them all before he said "You know, as cub your lucky that you live here. My old pride had a word for those born out here, we called you Daski or those who lived in the light and peace". He flexed his paw and stretched out his body.
He then shook himself of the last threads of tiredness before he jump down next to Kisari and help her with carrying her kills. "You did a great job out there, I look forward to working alongside you huntress" He said as he winked at her before carrying the bodies to where food was stored though one would probably be eaten now for breakfast.

She smiled as he said that. "I really hope he will be. I am glad that you will be able to teach him so he knows how to be safe even when he is in a fight." She said smiling at him shoving him back playfully.

Wanga shrugged. "It's possible, but I wouldn't know since I can't seem remember anything from before that." She stated as she also started wondering what could have happened. Why had she been washed away in the first place? So many questions running through her mind which she was sure no one could answer but herself. "Hey, Juma. Why are YOU alone?" She asked curiously. "What's your story?"

Juma was laying on the other side of her and lifted her head. "My story? Well, I'm an orphan because my parents passed away long ago. I think was probably a toddler cub back then. That's probably I could never really remember them." She then stood up. "But I've put the past behind me." It was true, now she was just waiting for day when she would no longer be a cub.

@Letmehaveone2 phosphor was just silent he doesn't remember how he lost his parents. Thinking about it made his head hurt so he stopped. He just set his head down on the ground.

Cyren lightly stumbled, chuckling. Before he knew what he was saying, it had slipped out. "Such a flirt." His eyes widened as he looked ahead a bit awkwardly. He didn't really..know how things worked, when it came to lionesses. And he really didn't want to let slip anything that would hurt her feelings.

As they neared the watering hole, Cyren began to wade into the water, before he moved back onto shore, where the dirt was. His pelt was dripping wet, turning the dry dirt into mud within seconds.

Instead of contaminating the water, he moved towards the small stream where the water exited the watering hole...after all, a stream flowed into the water. Without an exit point, it would have overflowed somewhat. "Here you are, Cubs." He said, giving them a grin. "I don't think getting mud in the..exit stream..would be a problem."

Artemis could not help but blush when he called her a flirt. When the cubs saw the mud they began laughing and they jumped in splashing with their paws. Artemis managed to dig some mud and moved it onto the leaf she brought with them. She used her paws to cover it up and to keep it moist to make a paste for the den. Kalina walked over to Artemis and pushed a paw print into her side and ran off laughing. "Really?" She said playfully laughing. Nikko looked over at Cryen with a playful and evil smile. He wanted to do the same thing to him but he did not want to upset him.

Cyren saw Nikko smiling, and crouched, a smile just as mischevious creeping across his face. He leapt at Nikko, pushing him back with his head to send him into the mud with a laugh.

Nikko fell over laughing when he did so. "My turn." He said teasingly as he crouched down shaking his hips before jumping to Cyren knowing it would not push him down but would get him muddy as well. Artemis began chasing Kalina and grabbed her by the scruff and dropped her into the mud.

Cyren laughed as he felt Nikko get the mud on his pelt, before he looked at the cub with a devious smile. "I'll get your mother. You get your sister." He whispered, grinning at the young cub before him.

Nikko looked over at Kalina then back at Cyren. "Yeah lets do it!" He whispered back. He crouched down waiting for the right moment to pounce on Kalina. When she had her back to him he pounced on her pushing her into the mud making them both laugh.

Cyren leapt at Artemis as Nikko leapt at Kalina, tackling the cubs' mother into the mud with a laugh. As they rolled, Cyren grinned, before he attempted to pin her underneath him. "I win."

Artemis laughed as she felt Cyren push her down into the mud. When he pinned her, she pushed him off then attempted to pin him down to the ground playfully pinning him in return. "Are you sure about that?" She said jokingly. Kalina laughed and managed to get out from under her brother splashing him in the face making both cubs laugh.

He grinned up at her, before he used his hind legs to push up on her stomach gently, rolling out from under her. He picked Kalina up and tossed her into the mud again, gently, before he looked at Nikko. "Retreat!" He shouted, playfully, as he slid into the tall grass.

Nikko laughed and chased after Cyren laughing. "Come on Mama. We got to get them." Kalina said chasing after them and Artemis followed after them as well heading into the tall grass. She had not had this much fun since she was a small cub. She was happy she could finally be herself for once.

Cyren silently slowed down and then made a sharp left in the grass, dropping into a crouch as he beckoned for Nikko to do the same, so that they were harder to find. "Time to mix training into playing.." He whispered to Nikko, stalking through the grass with a smile.
