Sounds good to me! I was planning on Geothermal Energy to be the main focus of my company, so there is a good source for conflict between Jötunn Industries and Carolus Holdings!

I can give you a big chunk of Denmark Northern Denmark! Or all of it, for i have big plans for Iceland ^^

@Elgappa Carolus Holding's core is mostly finance. That being said they mostly act like leeches. Instead of antagonizing each and every mega-corporation they try to be on friendly ground. Only so everyone puts their money in their banks. So when other Mega-corporations benefit, they do too. Of course, they're not above sowing disagreement so both of their clients would up production and income. Which basically means more money for them.

So concidering Jotunn doesn't seem to overlap much with Carolus I doubt there would be much problems beyond the usual. Hell, if they need a new rig financed or a new thermo-generator, they know where to get the loan! Also, I see you make weapons. My guys are greedy for weapons. Preferably lethal mixed with Less-Than-Lethal (gotta keep those guys down at PR happy).

Well, in that case i could see them on quite friendly terms! Maybe even having a contract with Carolus, giving them a prime deal in matters of energy, and weapons, for granting loans with little intrest, allowing Jotunn to rapidly expend!

@ClocktowerEchos @Asura Sudden idea, but.. What do you say about having the fall of the Battenburg Group as the first real event at the start of the RP? A power vacuum right in the middle of Europe would be a huge deal for the nearby corps and would spur many of them to action in one way or another...

Unless someone's already taken Germany again and I missed it?

While I won't be doing it in Germany/have it be the Battenburg Group, I think I'll run off of that idea and have it be some other larger group that falls and creates a power vacuum.

Also, since I'm noticing a trend amongst NS, remember simple economics: if there's a large supply which exceeds the demand, the profit will be lower; too many chiefs spoil the soup.

Well, underwater mining would be still in its early concept and far less efficent then surface one, but with a lot of Experience in Geothermal work, i could see them having an edge in that matter! Also Greenland should have enough to mine in, with the ice-caps melted away

I've updated my NS and CS to reflect the changes. Considering we went backwards in time, I've also downgraded the EDA's initial technology and claimed 'first!' on the field in exchange. :P

Also added missing industry names and a WIP logo. But don't look at that. Seriously.
