She keeps her hair braided tightly to her head in a Greek style, or in pigtails.
Psychology
Pragmatic * Intuitive * Spontaneous * Analytical * Reserved
Sexuality: Bisexual, leaning towards men
Relationship Status: Single
Personality: Camilla is action-oriented and adventurous, enjoying the experience of trying new approaches to problems and examining results. She is at once, both practical and idealistic; Camilla often executes her plans with logic-based judgement according to her situation, but in the hopes of achieving quixotic ambitions. She is predictably unpredictable, at times following her gut’s whims, and at others scrutinizing information to make informed decisions. This gives her a particularly open-minded outlook on life, and she can be trusted to investigate all sides of an issue. She admires both the logical design and aesthetics of things.
Habits: Camilla keeps a little notebook on her person and jots down anything she thinks worth writing: ideas, thoughts, grocery lists, do’s and don’ts, etc. It also contains lyrics to songs and poems, in varying stages of completion.
Camilla also makes a habit of exercise three or more times a week, mercenary work permitting. This primarily includes weightlifting and calisthenic exercises.
Hobbies: Exercise, music, poetry, songwriting, singing, recreational shooting and gun modification make up Camilla’s chief interests.
Fears: Though she struggles against it, Camilla carries a small seed of doubt, second-guessing her ability to lead the Ghosts. She knows they have not come this far on blind chance, but a creeping anxiety lingers inside. She resists succumbing to it, but it troubles her once in a while, crawling from the woodwork. She can’t help but compare herself to others, especially the Ghosts’ past leaders. If she were to somehow fail her comrades, it could ruin her.
Likes: Camilla is fond of music of many genres, gravitating towards harsher subgenres of metal, but also has bouts of classical, electronic and acoustic listening. Other interests include firearms and ancient world history. She values personal freedom, requiring time to herself and room to think in-between social gatherings and conventions.
Dislikes: Camilla has a deep-seated revulsion of the ITA for the crimes she has perpetrated under their direction.
She dislikes overbearing authority, and confined atmosphere that impedes on her “creative space.” She also opposes censorship of artistic and literary work.
Cards On The Table
General Skills: Camilla knows her way around a gun, inside and out. Military experience has taught her the nuances of flying aerospace craft, in addition to frames. She is adept at navigation and survival skills. Unrelated to her military career, Camilla is a talented writer and poet, in addition to having had a stint in a choir during her youth.

History
Years of Combat Experience: 9
Background: Prior to joining the ranks of the Ganymede Ghosts, Camilla served with the ITA's newly-created 106th SOMAC - Special Operations Mobile Armor Corps. She'd been recruited from among the ranks of highly-decorated aerospace pilots; her rapid-fire decision-making capabilities and knack for improvisation under pressure landed her a seat in a mobile armor. Her detachment operated along a theoretical border between several fringe ITA colonies and Mars-controlled territory. For much of her service history, Camilla's unit conducted patrols in the region, scouting for signs of buildup to a Mars offensive and screening incoming and outgoing traffic in ITA-aligned space.
At a particularly critical junction in the war, Camilla's unit was among several dispatched to put down pro-Martian insurrections on a cluster of neutral colonies close to the border. When they arrived, they did indeed find Martian-sponsored activity, and fighting between the special forces and guerrilla separatists erupted around the colonies. In its pursuit of separatists, ITA High Command distinguished little between honest colonists and the guerillas. When it was clear that the separatist fighters would not be halted by conventional means, it devised a brutal operation to root out and destroy any possibility of lingering movements.
Camilla's unit was unknowingly armed with a deadly chemical agent under the guise of a powerful anesthetic. It was told the chemical would knock civilians inert, making it easier to transport them to safety. In reality, ITA High Command planned to use the gas to wipe out the colony populations – thereby eradicating all traces of separatist activity. The horror that Camilla and her unit faced when they witnessed the effects of the chemical agent Camilla dispersed by their own hand, no less – shook them to their cores. At the conclusion of the operation, Camilla and her unit were awarded with decorations for “defending the integrity of ITA space,” and forced to keep a strict silence regarding the details of their mission.
For the next few months, Camilla's unit struggled with what it had done, and the loyalty of its pilots wavered. The weight of being used to perpetrate a war crime lingered on its shoulders. Some continued serving, trying to justify the operation to themselves. Others either forgot or tried to forget. Some left the service entirely. Camilla had decided to abandon the ITA altogether, along with a handful of others who had become resentful of their former loyalties. Knowing full well they'd be branded as deserters and possibly hunted down, the former soldiers settled across the system outside of ITA space. In time, Camilla tired of living with the guilt and decided to step back into the cockpit. She came forth to colony authorities with sensitive ITA information, and divulged the details of the incident.
News of this reached the ITA, and Camilla fled this side of the system to escape pursuit. In a game of cat and mouse, she blazed a trail to Jupiter, whereupon she caught wind of the Ganymede Ghosts’ exploits. The Ghosts, known for taking missions that undermined ITA control of colony space, became Camilla’s new family.

Armaments
Fixed Armaments:
- SGM-89 AT missile - The Gladiator’s shoulder mounts a two-tube missile launcher. The missiles use a fire-and-forget infrared homing system to find targets. The SGM-89 is fired at an angle, designed to knock out tanks with a top-down approach. Their range exceeds 4,000 meters and they are powerful enough to defeat 600-800 millimeters of rolled homogenous armor. Six missiles are carried by the Gladiator.
- M180 machine gun - An antipersonnel 7.65 machine gun is mounted on the side of the chest. It has an independent axis with which it can traverse and fire across the frame’s frontal arc.
Hand Armaments:
- HVC-27 autocannon - The primary armament of the Gladiator is a gas-operated, single-barrel 27 mm revolver cannon. The primary tactical round carried by the Gladiator contains a bit of explosive charge sealed in a shaped-charge liner. The liner collapses into an armor-piercing jet of metal that is capable of penetrating more than 2 inches of rolled homogenous armor. The shell is also designed to fragment upon impact, having a lethal radius against unprotected targets in a 10 ft radius.
- 3x Hand grenades - high-explosive grenades for antipersonnel use.
- Vibroknife - a utility blade for clearing brush and other obstacles, or for improvised close combat.
Equipment & Design Features
Equipment:
- Countermeasures - The Gladiator is fitted with smoke and chaff launchers, which discharge tiny particles to confuse the detection systems of guided missiles fired at the frame. The smoke blocks both vision and thermal imaging. A Windbreaker active protection system is designed to intercept and destroy incoming missiles and rockets with a blast of buckshot-like projectiles. A 360-degree field-of-view fire-control radar detects incoming projectiles, immediately calculates its vector of approach and the elevation and time required to intercept it. Once it’s done so, two rotating launchers release a blast of projectiles at the projectile at a safe distance from the frame.
- The Gladiator makes use of a new targeting and night vision system. The Modernized Target Acquisition and Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) is developed by defense, security and advanced technology company Ackerman-Liao. It features infrared sensors with multiple fields of view, a TV camera, electronic zoom, target tracker and auto-boresight.
- C3i 'Command, Communication, Control, Intelligence' suite - This suite uses complex algorithms to fuse sensor data from all friendly battlefield sources and known records for a commander’s overview of the battlefield, allowing for more efficient tactical control of the situation. It is only found on frames used by officers and NCOs.
Miscellaneous
Technical & Historical Notes The Gladiator is Ceres Industries’ chief heavy assault frame, ideal for combat with heavily-armored combat vehicles in addition to other frames. It has proven popular with the cream of the Jovian Defense Force, and is not an uncommon sight in colonial territory. Its armaments enable it to perform well against a variety of targets, and its speed gives it considerable mobility. An advanced control computer gives it considerable ease acquiring and locking onto targets. To give Camille greater awareness of an engagement and to facilitate giving commands, her frame as a C3i suite installed.
